Five years has gone since the BanG Dream franchise really set off like it is today.

It begun 7 years ago in general, but the game, Girl's Band Party, really helped sparking a greater interest in it, and today we are here.

BanG Dream has meant a lot for me ever since the game first came worldwide, and from there, this is a franchise I regard as high as Transformers, and that is a very big feat for any franchise I end up liking and loving.

I will admit I had a sort of falling out with the franchise for a time in late 2019, despite liking Raise A Suilen, and instead almost having my interest in Love Live again, which many knows isn't really too much a franchise I look up to much more

But then Morfonica came to game and...

She... Touko Kirigaya, came into my life.

I were confused, I didn't know what to say, but bit by bit, I started realizing how she really made me much happier than ever before, just seeing her made my heart flutter like no other waifu/comfort character of mine has ever done before.

I finally found that character that I could have eternal love for, no matter what new stuff comes.

It's just Touko for me.

Alas, that doesn't mean I don't acknowledge the franchise as a whole even now, because I do, and I am grateful for BanG Dream becoming a thing to begin with. It helped me find another interest after leaving Love Live behind me and already having wrapped up my Danganronpa playthroughs.

And despite an up and down with it later on, I dived back into it again thanks to Touko, and more than ever I would say now.

So, thank you, BanG Dream, and Bushiroad as well for that matter, for creating happiness for a lot of people. And for creating Morfonica and basically make my life the best ever with Touko Kirigaya.

And thank you, Hina Suguta, for lending your voice to Touko Kirigaya and giving her the life and personality she has. I would not be the one I am without Touko, so again, thank you.

Thank you to all voice actresses that are voicing and has voiced all the band girls in general, all of you has brought more happiness than you can possibly imagine.

Maybe this thank you for me won't mean much, because I am bad with speaking from my heart admittedly, but there is no way I can't acknowledge how long the franchise that has changed me over and over has been around, and always changed me for the better.

Happy 5th anniversary, BanG Dream, keep on bringing smiles to our faces in this new, exciting year!
