Bakugou's PoV

I set the last box down in me and Izuku's new house, straightening and sighing softly.

"Are you okay Kacchan?" Izuku says, coming up to me and hugging me around my waist, nuzzling his head into my chest. I smile and hug him back, burying my nose in his fluffy green hair.

"I'm fine, just glad that we got all our stuff inside." I say softly, breathing in his addictive, sweet, orange chocolate scent. I sigh softly in content, a small smile on my face.

"Mmm...I love you Kacchan..." Izuku mumbles softly, nuzzling his face farther into my chest.

"I love you more, Izu." I smile and kiss his head, briefly squeezing him a little tighter before letting go and going to the kitchen to unpack.

Six months later

"Kacchan!" I hear Izuku cry out from the. couch where I left him. I rush to his side, a worried expression on my face as I gently grab his shoulders.

"Kacchan it hurts!" He whimpers, holding his bulging stomach. I pull him close and hold him, rubbing his back.

"What hurts, is it the baby? It's not due for a month and a half..." he nods, tears picking in the corners of his eyes.

"Let's go, we're going to he hospital." I pick him up bridal style and run to my car, driving him to the hospital as fast as I can.

We get there and he is immediately admitted, the doctors looking worried as they get my mate on a stretcher so that they can easily get him to where he needs to be.

"He's going into labor, we have to preform a c-section as fast as possible, otherwise he most likely won't make it. Hurry! This is top priority!"

"Wait he's going into labor? But he's not due for a month and a half! It's too early!" I say, worried for my mate.

"Yes. Sometimes this happens with male omegas, they go into labor as much as three months early sometimes. He's lucky that it's only a month and a half until his due date, so the baby should be mostly developed." One of the doctors explains as they wheel him away.

I attempt to follow but a nurse shakes her head at me, motioning for me to go back to the waiting room. I growl softly but go anyways, knowing that Izuku is in the best care.

Now it's just time to wait and see.

Time skip I know I'm horrible :P

"Mr. Bakugou?" I stand up as soon as a nurse calls my name, walking over to her. "You can see Izuku now, he's been asking for you but we had to be sure that he's stable." She smiles, leading me into a hospital room.

There he is, laying on a bed that makes it so he can kind of sit up but also be laying down, with a bundle of cloth in his arms.

"Kacchan!" He says happily as I hug him, careful of the bundle. He hugs back as best he can, smiling widely.

"We did it... we have a kid..." I say, my voice full of pride even though the baby isn't biologically mine.

"We have a son... I'm so happy, Kacchan... I love you so much.." he kisses my cheek and shows me the baby in the center of the bundle of cloth.

"He's beautiful..." I mumble, gently touching the baby's cheek.

"Kacchan?"

"Yeah? What is it, Izu?"

"What should we name him?"

I think for a minute, remembering all the names we had thought of, boy and girl. We had picked out a few names for each gender, in case we had multiple kids.

"Hmmm, how about... Kazuto? We liked that name, right?" I say, sitting down beside my mate's hospital bed.

"Kazuto... Yeah, I like that name for him. And... how about... Natsu for his middle name? It means summer, and it's kinda fitting since it's the beginning of summer." Izuku smiles at me, and I nod.

"Perfect. I love you, and I love our brand new son." I smile and kiss his cheek.

"Would you like to sign the birth certificate now? We can do that, but Izuku is going to need to stay here for a few days, just so that we can show him what to do to care for a child when he's a male, and to make sure that he and Kazuto are happy and healthy." One of the doctors comes over with a clipboard, and I see the birth certificate on it. I nod, signing it and writing down Kazuto Natsu Bakugou as the full name.
