I'm sitting lonely in my room
my head's aching
got nothing to do

Trying to forget what happened
take a pencil and a glass
wanna be with you

Focussing on little grey lines
can't remember good times
with hope and strength

It's dark outside
cold and dazzling lights
feeling pain at length

Why are all doors closed?
There's no hope to die last
sweet despair remains

Burst into tears
clench my fist
won't achieve my aims

What about trust?
What about sympathy?

I can see heaven collapsing
and earth creaking

But I'll be gone in the blink of an eye.
