Hanako sighed as he finished his story. His chest was aching the whole time he told his tale. It's been a long time since he felt this. The mystery look back at the two humans who forced him to tell.
Kou was fighting his falling tears, he was gritting his teeth rather in anger, not at the apparition but towards himself. His feelings was all over the place. When he noticed Hanako staring at him, he suddenly turned away, his back facing the ghost.
Yashiro on the other hand, let her tears flow freely. She has both of her hands covering her mouth to prevent herself from causing loud sobs. She knew about tragic love stories but she didn't expect for her ghost friend's to be this heartwrecking.
"Well that's my past experience." Hanako said, lowering his hat to hide his eyes. The golden orbs was beginning to get watery. "(Y/n) was infact my first love. The first time I ever touched her was also the last time that I'll be seeing her."
"I'm sorry, Hanako-kun..." Yashiro wiped her tears with her handkerchief, she took from her uniform pocket. "Maybe we shouldn't have pressured you to tell us like that..."
"It's fine...I actually glad you did." The seventh mystery gave them a small smile. "Telling you kids, felt like weight was lifted off of my shoulders."
"Hanako...Do you still love her?" Kou asked, finally turning around to face him. His eyes were still puffy from crying.
"My feelings haven't changed a bit." Hanako smiled. "Not at all."
There was a thick tension surrounding the three. Hanako cleared his throat and lowered his hat. "Don't you two have any other things to do."
Hanako seems wanted to be alone. The two nodded furiously.
"That's right! I need to find Teru-nii!" Kou blurted out rushing out. Yashiro followed him soon.
"I remembered! I have to meet up with Aoi!"
The two ran through the hallway. It like their feet knew where to go since they found themselves infront of Tsuchigomori's classroom.
"It seems like you two got what you wanted." Tsuchigomori said as the two entered his office. The two both each has a guilty expression painted on their faces. "How does it feels?"
The two didn't say anything making the spider like man sighed. "Surely Honorable No. 7 is experiencing pain due to past experiences but he'll get over it soon."
"How can you say that, sensei?" Yashiro asked. Her eyebrows furrows in confusion. "Hanako-kun experienced heartbreak and you say that he'll get over it soon? Losing someone you loved so much can be really painful."
"Yeah, it seems like Hanako hasn't moved on at all..." Kou piped in. "Surely it's happened a long time ago. He's still holding unto past."
"That forest spirit was one of the reason why his future changed." Tsukigomori said. "Number 7 grew up in a fairly decent childhood. She was all he had that made him felt happiness. Losing her was like half of his soul was taken away from him"
Tsukigomori turned towards the two students. "You could say, (Y/n) was his soulmate. Someone he was destined to be with. (Y/n) knew that after meeting his past self, she'll disappear. But she took the risk and formed an unbreakable bond with him. They both fell inlove knowing that shouldn't. They both chose that despite knowing the risk."
"They...wanted to touch each other despite knowing they can't." Yashiro muttered. "In the end, they both got want they wanted and had to pay the price."
"They had a chance to forget each other..." Kou muttered. "But they chose to ignore it..."
"Precisely." Tsukigomori said. "That's true love. From the moment he was born, he was already destined to that spirit."
"But Hanako-kun is in pain all of this time." Yashiro said, feeling upset for her ghost friend. "Is that even true love if it only cause pain to one another?"
"Fate has it's reasons." Tsuchigomori told her, going through his desk and took out a white book. "Soulmates has their own ways of finding each other again."
"Hey...Isn't that-" Kou stared at the book, confused and in disbelief.
Tsuchigomori gave them on of his rare smiles.

'There's something to be said...
About two people who find each other time and time again...'

A student walked through the hallways of the old school building. She let all of her friends walk home without her, since she still have something to do.
She was having weird dreams lately. About a boy she had never met before. Atleast of what she believed.
Those dreams have been in her mind lately that she can't even focused on her studies like she used to.
She sees her classmate Minamoto Kou running pass her, behind him was a senior with white and green hair. She paused and stared at them confused, wondering why they were such in a hurry.
But why they were still in school when the afternoon bell rang ages ago.
"That's weird..." She muttered, adjusting the straps of her bag hanging from her shoulder. She's wasn't that close to the younger brother of the student council president. She just prefer to keep things to herself.
She finally reached her destination, The school bathroom. She heard rumors of a girl haunting this very room, granting a wish to those who summons her. But there's a price to very wish.
That's what she was here in the first place. To summon the most famous ghost of the school. Her wish was for her weird dreams to stop.
And maybe to learn why she was having these dreams.
Her dreams was her being in an unknown forest. With beings she didn't even know exists. But the dreams focused on a young boy, who's face was blurry that all the feature she saw was the color of his eyes.
Entering the bathroom, she noticed how clean it was. Someone had been keeping the room spotless and dust free.
Her heart began raising as she approached the third stall where the rumors says, the ghost girl resides in. Knocking three times, she began to ask.
"Hanako-san, Hanako-san, Are you there?"
A cold chill came into her spine as the door slowly opened. But no one was there in the said stall.
"I'm here~"
A cold hand grasped her shoulder making her flinched. She slowly turned around and her eyes met with someone's golden ones.
It was the same eyes she saw in her dreams.

They come back for each other...'

Hanako's golden orbs slowly grew to it's full size. He felt like he could get lost in the those two (e/c) oceans. His non existing heart skipped a beat. He didn't even knew that he could still do that.
"Are...Are you, Hanako-san?" The ghost boy broke out of his daze and noticed the frightened but curious look that the girl was giving him. He soon composed himself and revert back to the usual attitude he created when he became a mystery.
"That's right! Seventh of the seven mysteries, Hanako-san of the toilet!" Hanako introduced, smiling at the girl as he made a gentlemanly bow infront of her. "Pleasure to meet you!"
"But isn't the ghost suppose to be a girl?" The girl asked. "Your a boy though."
Hanako stood back up and tilted his head. "The rumors about me are true. Well except for my gender ofcourse. But enough about me, What's your name and wish?"
"Oh...My name is Hotaru (Y/n)... A third year in the middle school division." The girl told him.
'I knew it...' Hanako let out a small sad smile. The similaries was all identical. Her hair, eyes and voice was similar to the (Y/n) of the past. But this current one was younger than the previous.
But all that matters is that she was still the (Y/n) he used to know.
"I've been...Having weird dreams lately..." (Y/n) confessed. "I don't know what the cause but... It started when I first transfered here, a few months ago..."
Hanako's eyes softened. "Is that why you summoned me? To figure out why are you having these dreams?"
"Yes... But at the same time, I want to know the reason why..." (Y/n) stared at the mystery's golden eyes. "I know I just met you but... I felt like I've known you, my whole life. You're the boy that keeps appearing in my dreams!"
Hanako's eyes widened. This (Y/n) is the reincarnation of his original one. He doesn't usually belief in those kind of things but seeing his (Y/n)'s reincarnated self made him realized that it could be real.
But does she even have any reason why she decided to return to the near shore? He had to know why.

(Y/n) watched as Hanako held her hands. She was suprised to see that it didn't even went through him. Was she able to touch spirits?
"I think I could explain why you were having those dreams." Hanako started, giving her hands small caresses with his thumbs. "That boy...is actually me when I was still alive."
(Y/n) listened very carefully to everything Hanako was telling her about. She couldn't believed it. She was a reincarnation. A spirit in her past life, given another chance to start over, to live a life as a human.
The girl really didn't want to believe, but seeing how genuine Hanako was made her say other wise. His eyes were telling the truth.
Those golden hues, that have been giving her happiness in her dreams.
"I see...So I can't be touched back then..." (Y/n) asked as Hanako finally finished his explanation. "To think that those dreams I kept having was actually memories of my past life."
"Yeah...I never expect to see you again, either." Hanako smiled.
"Hanako-san... Thank you... I finally know why I was having those dreams..." (Y/n) returned the gesture. "But the rumors say that each wish have a price. So what is the price."
"Hmm...I haven't thought about that...." Hanako sweatdropped. He was caught in the moment that he could finally see his pas friend again that he forgot what was the price. Surely her wish was just to ask information about her dreams but even small things like this have a price.
"Say Hanako-san... I used to love you didn't I?" The middle schooler hesistatingly asked. "My dream-....I mean past memories all shoes that I used to.... Seeing how we used to interact made me think about it before."

Hanako watched as (Y/n) gave him a confident look. "I want to get to know you better. Become friends with you like we used to...."
(Y/n) blushed and closed her eyes tightly before blurting out. "And...And maybe fall inlove with you again!"
Hanako's non existing heart was beating rather in a fast pace. His face was also red along with his ears.
He soon calmed himself down. He gently pat the girl's head, making her look at him in the eyes. He smiled at her. "I like that....
The price is for you to stay by my side, this time...
We'll start a new beginning together....."
