bath time

Shawn's hands made small circles on her back, feeling the softness of her skin beneath his fingers. His fingers continued to move swiftly, massaging her back ever so slowly although keeping a consistent rhythm. Warm water from the tap trickled down her back causing her back to reflect the light coming from the warm candles surrounding the bath tub.

The bathroom was filled with candles, most of them having a heavenly vanilla fragrance. Anna inhaled the sweet smell of vanilla, feeling the softness of the air brushing past through her nose. Her head tilted slightly to the right as she enjoyed the feeling of Shawn's touch, his movements so delicate yet firm.

"It's tense there." Anna's sweet voice spoke.

"I can feel it." Shawn chuckled, proceeding with his massage focusing on a particular section on her back.

The steam from the bath made contact with the bathrooms mirror, it's glass clouded with steam. Silence filled the air while their sweet interaction took place, enlightening them both to the fullest.

Anna's long back faced Shawn, her long blonde hair hung gently mid way down her back. Her neck was long and slender, a very distracting physique of hers.

Her body turned around, her pretty face opposite his. Time had stopped for a moment before she suddenly lent in, craving his embrace. Shawn wrapped his arms around her back as she leant herself in toward his chest. Her head rested gently under his chin as he began to stroke her soft hair. Their breaths fell into a reoccurring sync as they both began to shut their eyes. Closing themselves from the world.

"My love." Shawn whispered into the side of her face.

Anna wasn't asleep yet, she was far from the depth of sleep. Dreaming, that was where she was. Dreaming in the arms of him, picturing a place far far away from the realities of the world. The challenges that she had to face, every day of her life was no where to be found in her dreams.

"Shawn?" She quietly muttered, her eyes still shut.

Shawn opened his eyes at the sound of her voice, he gazed down toward her sweet face in hopes to understand her intention.

"Yes Anna?" He responded.

"Will you still remember me?" She asked, moving her head closer to his body.

"Remember you?" He questioned, concerned.

"When we both find another way in life, you know if we 'break up'."

"Anna, Anna, Anna." Shawn said, in a hushed tone.

A loud drop of water hit the water in the bath, it's ripples finding its way toward them both.

"It's just, I'm afraid of loosing you Shawn." Anna murmured.

"Anna, you'll never loose me." Shawn stated.

"Never?" She repeated.

"Never." Shawn reassured.

A genuine smile grew across Shawn's face knowing Anna took her relationship with him seriously, she was afraid of loosing him, exactly how Shawn felt too. He couldn't picture a life without Anna, she was a hope for Shawn, a great hope.

"I love you." His voice projecting the most tender and loving tone.

"Shawn, I love you too." Anna expressed.

"I won't let anything stand between us." He said.

"For what we have is real!" She half laughed, looking back towards Shawn to see his soft face already plastered with a gorgeous smile.
