Segregation
A/n- Ok, just so you guys know, I have skipped a few challenges in order to move the story along. This is set about another four weeks from the last chapter.
*Don't worry, I will let you all know how many points each team has in total at the end of this book-we are still a few chapters from the end, though ;) (As in less than 10, but more than 5)
Oh, yeah, and WARNING: There is another steamy scene in this chapter that may or may not be a little more explicit than the last one. A.K.A., this is basically a filler chapter and an excuse to write more Aleheather trash ;)
*This chapter is kind of in honor of National Women's Month...I guess? More towards the end though😂

"This is not worth any points, but it's definitely worth a laugh," Chris told Chef as they ate breakfast in his mansion.
The cook squinted questioningly. "Is it really?"
"Just think about it: all the girls in one cabin and all the guys in the other. And the best part is, they'll have no idea that the cameras are on! So they'll spill all of there juiciest secrets!"
"Not sure if they have anything else to spill..." Chef muttered.
"What was that I heard? Oh! The sound of you living in a cardboard box because I fired you!"
"Fine!" He threw his hands up in defense. "But don't come whinin' to me if the footage doesn't show nothin'!" This man has seriously ran out of ideas.
**
"...What about Antonio?"
"Ew! No!"
"Why not?"
"Because there was this guy named Antonio in middle school that liked me!"
"And when was the last time you saw him?"
"...Like...almost ten years ago?"
"Exactly."
"Alejandro," the Asian woman groaned.
"Heather..." the Spaniard imitated with the same energy.
She glared at him before speaking again. "And what if it's a girl?"
"Well, it's most likely going to be a boy."
" And why is that?"
"Simply because I said so," he finished smugly. "Now quit being so picky about names."
"I am not being picky!"
"Oh yeah? How do you feel about the name Abcde?"
A/n- I looked it up, and it was actually a name😶I guess it would be cool because no one would ever get you confused with anything else except for the beginning of the alphabet😂
"No!"
"See?!"
"That's the damn alphabet, Alejandro!" Heather crossed her arms. "You obviously did that just to make me say no!"
"Ok, then," her fiancé replied. "What do you suggest, then?"
"I like Alexandra for a girl and Hussein for a boy."
He furrowed his eyebrows. "Hussein? Really? I'm fine with the girl one, but no, the boy needs to have a name that begins with the same letter as mine."
"Alexandra already begins with yours idiot!"
"Well then change the girl one to Hannah or something."
"Hannah is too basic of name!"
A/n- If your name is Hannah, I am so sorry! I think Hannah's a lovely name, but Heather doesn't in this story😂
"Ugh," Heather fell back onto the bed. "I have a headache now, thanks to you."
Alejandro opened his mouth to argue back, when he realized that it would only make things worse. He sighed. "Do you need anything?"
"No," she shook her head. "Just some rest." For the past few days, Heather had been waking up in the middle of the night to vomit in the communal bathrooms, and more than once every morning, too. She remembered talking to Zoey about how her morning sickness started getting really bad, and she was only one week ahead of Heather. Apparently, 9 weeks is when it hits you the worst. And Heather couldn't argue with that, considering her bathroom 'adventures' recently.
Although she'd never admit it, she was beyond thankful for her help when it came to pregnancy. Since Heather had never bothered to do any research before going to the island, Zoey was there to tell her what to expect, for she had overdone it on the research. She would constantly talk about how she would finally be able to get an ultrasound in two more months, and that they should go together to get one, but Heather refused, thinking it was stupid idea.
"You know," Alejandro started, rubbing her arm comfortingly. "We don't have to worry about names just yet. You sill have 7 more months to go."
"Yeah, but Zoey and Mike have already picked out a name for a boy and girl," Heather pouted.
"...And?"
"And I want to call it something! It just feels weird calling the baby just 'baby' or 'buddy' or 'pequeño,' or...whatever else you call it."
"Then we need to come up with a name we can agree on. And it needs to be gender-neutral too."
"Alright," she sighed. "How about...Alex? It starts with the first letter of your name and it's short for Alexandra or Alexander."
Alejandro smiled, leaned down, and planted a light kiss on Heather's forehead. "It's perfect, mi ángel." He then placed a hand on her slightly swollen stomach. Alex, tu madre y yo te amamos mucho."
Heather giggled, although she only understood about two or three words. "Translation, please? You spoke too fast."
"I said," he kissed her lips, and slowly pulled away, eyes halfway shut. "Alex, your mother and I love you so much." His fiancé smiled, cupping his face and crashing her lips onto his. Alejandro climbed above her on his knees, not breaking the kiss.
Heather removed her hands from his face and slowly reached down to unbuckle his belt. Doing all this while still kissing her, Alejandro grabbed her hand and placed it on his shoulder.
"Wh-What are you doing?" She pulled away, confused. He simply smirked at her flushed face.
"You first, mi amor." He leaned back down and kissed right below her jawline, giving her love bites.
"I-" Heather couldn't even finish before she sighed in pleasure. Damn it! Why does he know exactly how to kiss me?!
"What was that?" She felt him smile against her hot skin before he gently glided his tongue in circles around the area he had just bit.
"I-" she tried again, but was cut off by her own gasp as he migrated one hand from her hips to her inner thigh.
"How stressed out are you, Heather?" Alejandro made sure to emphasize her name. "Cause I can help you release all that tension you have." A light, breathless moan was all that escaped her lips. "Hmm?" He purred, inching his hand closer to the area right between her legs.
"Sh-shut up..." she flushed. "Y-you think you're the smoothest-ah!" Her breath was caught in her throat as he kissed her thigh.
"This happens every time, Heather," he chuckled, continuing to kiss there.
"Y-you know how much I hate it when you talk like that!"
"Fine then," his voice was muffled against her skin. "I won't make another sound." Alejandro pressed his thumb to her heat, causing her to moan again. Once she realized how loud it was, she bit her bottom lip to keep from doing it again.
The fact that Alejandro wasn't saying anything kind of irked her. But she couldn't let him win! She watched as he slowly pulled her shorts down her legs and rubbed her with his fingers in circles, over and over again. Heather let out short gasps of air and covered her mouth with one hand as the other griped the sheets.
He took the hem of her lacy panties and oh, so slowly began to tug it downward. Heather couldn't take it anymore. "God, Alejandro! Just say something already!" Her fiancé stopped where he was, looking up at her with one eyebrow raised.
"Oh? I thought you hated when I tried to turn you on with my words."
"That is not what I said-you know what?" The door handle jiggled, but neither of them could hear. "I don't care what I said! Just stop going so damn slow and eat me out already!"
It was at that moment, Cody opened the door. His eyes widened when he heard Heather say that, and saw her laying on the bed with her legs spread open and Alejandro's head dangerously close to...that area.
All three of their faces turned bright red, mouths agape. "Uh..." Cody simply stood there, staring at them. Not like he wanted to see was so...beautifully displayed before him. It's just that he was in complete and utter shock. Never in his whole life had he thought he'd walk in on, well...this! But then again, this was Al and Heather.
"Cody!" Alejandro glared, placing a blanket over Heather. "Get the hell out of here!"
"Oh! S-sorry! I-I was coming to get my swimsuit, a-and-"
"Who gives a flip?!" Heather yelled. "Just get out!!!!" He nodded, quickly closing the door. Alejandro turned back to his fiancé, snorting a little.
"What's so funny?! After all, this was your fault! You should have locked the door!" She sat up and reached down for her jean shorts.
"No wait, Heath!" He stopped laughing. "We can continue. I'll just lock it-"
"I'm not in the mood anymore."
"Well," he smirked. "Maybe you should just forget all about what happened with Cody."
"There's no way," she replied, cringing. "How are you suddenly over it?"
"It was just getting good when he walked in," Alejandro kissed the name of her neck and wrapped his arms around her from behind. "Come on..." he whined, grabbing her shorts and tossing them aside.
"W-We have all day to do this," she said, attempting to pull his arms off of her waist. But alas, it was no use. Once again, Heather gave into him and laid back down in her former position. Alejandro lowered himself back to her legs and continued where he left off on her panties, when-
"Attention campers!" The loud speakers blasted, scaring them half to death. "Attention!" They both groaned. "All campers report to the campfire! All campers report to the campfire!"
Alejandro sighed in annoyance, getting off of her. "I thought there wasn't going to be a challenge today..."
"There shouldn't be," Heather growled, just as frustrated as he was. She angrily grabbed her shorts and put them back on. "This better be important."

"What?!" Duncan said after Chris told the contestants what his plan was for the day.
"Wait...so we have to be separated for the guys?!" Lindsay began hyperventilating.
"Chill, girl," said LeShawna. "It's only for the rest of the day. Besides, we can do each other's hair," she tempted.
"Oh, okay!" She nodded, smiling widely.
"This is what you were going to tell us?!" Heather snapped. "Ugh! So not worth stopping what I was doing!!"
"And you mean to tell me that this doesn't count for any points?" Scott asked, arms crossed angrily.
"Nope, just for fun. Besides, now that I think about it...it was a bad idea to have co Ed cabins this season..."
"Wait! What if you're married?" Zoey said.
"You can life without your husband for one night."
"Fine!" She glared.
"You know what I think?" The host said. "I think that you guys are making too big of a deal out of this. This girls will stay on one side of the camp and the guys on the other. You will also sleep in the same cabins, yada yada yada..." he crumpled up the list of 'rules' that he and Chef made up. "Anyways, grab your things and pick a cabin."

Cameras are on
"What if he's just trying to separate us forever?!" Duncan growled as he dropped his suitcase onto his 'new' bunk.
"Dude," Geoff started. "Take a chill pill."
"Yeah," Scott sniggered. "How horny are you?"
"Shut up!" The punk threw a pillow at his face.
"Why do I suddenly feel the need to go die in a hole?" Noah said.
Owen gasped. "Don't do it, Noah! Suicide is never the answer!" All this time, and he still doesn't know what 'sarcasm' means.
"It is when you're on this stupid TV show," said Duncan.
"Or when you're dating someone like Courtney-"
"You better watch your mouth, dirt boy!"
"Alright, guys!" DJ yelled over them. "No need to fight. Mama always says that violence is never the answer either-"
"Well I say it is! Especially when someone tries to insult your girlfriend!" The delinquent glared at Scott.
"I have an idea!" Tyler came forward. "If we can't all get along, why don't we split into two groups? The groups can also share the side of the cabins and bunk together."
"Hey, that's actually not too bad of an idea," Cody said. "Anything to keep us from killing each other."
"I agree," Harold nodded. "Studies show that-"
"Alright!" Duncan interrupted the geek, earning him a glare. "Anyone who thinks violence can get you somewhere, join me on this side of the cabin." The delinquent waited with his arms crossed. Alejandro shrugged and walked over to his side. His face fell flat. Damn, I forgot about him! Stupid idea, Duncan!
"Wow, hermano," José snickered. "Comes to show what type of man you are."
"I only use violence when it comes to people like you," he snarled.
"Really? And not helpless women?"
Alejandro clenched his fists tightly, shorting daggers at his brother. I will expose you if it's the last thing I do!
"Violence is great," Scott laughed, walking next to Al and Duncan. Oh dear lord, help me, Duncan wanted to facepalm. Why them?!
"I mean, why not?" Tyler walked over. He was followed by Mike. Duncan raised an eyebrow.
"What?" The scrawny man said. "I only do it when I'm fighting for Zoey."
The rest of the men stayed on the other side, leaving them with a ratio of 5:9.
"Well," Geoff said. "That settles it."
"Wait a minute," Scott pointed out. There are only 8 cabins on that side and you guys have 9. So that means..." he smirked evilly. "One of you do-gooders will have to make the switch over to the dark side."
"Oh man, he's right," the party guy said. "So...who wants to go?"
Silence.
"I'll do it," José offered, raising his right hand.
"Hey, thanks, man!" DJ smiled.
"Yeah, way to take one for the team!" Owen nodded.
"Oh, it's no problem," he smiled back. "Besides, who wouldn't want to hang out with their baby brother?" Alejandro growled as José gave his shoulder a light squeeze. No matter where I go, he's always there to torment me!!
**
Once the girls got into their cabin, no words needed to be said. They kind of just naturally went their separate ways. Gwen, Courtney, Bridgette, LeShawna, and Lindsay were all on one side while Sierra, Zoey, Izzy, and Heather were on the other.
"You know what sucks?" The surfer girl said, climbing up the top bunk she shared with LeShawna.
"Hm?" LeShawna replied.
"Were totally outnumbered by the guys this season. They have fourteen while we only have nine. Think about it."
"Yeah..." Lindsay agreed. "That's so uncool, Chris!"
"Which is why we need to come together. And not just us five." Bridgette motioned to the other side with her head.
Gwen took one look and shook her head. "Well, Zoey would be fine, but..."
"But there's Sierra," Courtney shivered. "She creeps me out!"
"And done forget about Izzy," The goth added. "And..."
"Heather," all four of them said at once.
"Oh, come on, guys," Bridgette said. "Remember that conversation we had on the yacht the other day?"
"Yeah, but you know how Heather is," LeShawna started. "She'll only make our girl team weaker."
"But what if she doesn't?"
"She will! I say we only invite Zoey to join."
"I think Izzy's alright," Lindsay said.
"And Sierra," Said Gwen. "Even if she's insane, at least she keeps Cody away from me."
"So we're just going to leave Heather out of this?"
"Duh!" Courtney laughed, Gwen joining her.
Bridgette sighed. Maybe they're right. Maybe Heather would just bring us down. Heck, she'd probably try to get us eliminated even if there is no eliminations this season! "Fine..."
**
So, uh...how's the baby?" Was the only question Duncan could ask without sounding angry at Alejandro.
"Alex is doing well," he replied in a matter-of-factly tone of voice.
"Whoa," Mike joined, having overheard their conversation. "You guys named him or her?"
"Yeah," the Spaniard nodded. "We figures that using a gender-neutral name would be best. Heather couldn't stand it not having a name yet."
"Same with Zoey," Mike chuckled. They had picked the name Joseph for a boy, and rose for a girl. And then they had a couple of backup names, which neither he or Heather cared to remember.
"And how's yours, Mike?"
"So far, so good," he gave Duncan a wide grin. "Although Zoey has been puking a whole lot more than usual."
"It's the same with Heather," said Alejandro. "I'm pretty sure she wants me dead half the time."
"What's new?" The delinquent muttered, but he heard it.
"And what's new with you and Courtney?" He asked. "Because I don't remember a time when you two weren't fighting."
"Ok, that's it!" Duncan stood up. "I'm done pretending to like you!"
"I couldn't even pretend," the Spaniard shot back.
"Do you really wanna start a fight with me again, pretty boy?!"
"Don't call me that, green shark!"
"Guys!!" Tyler yelled. "I know we're on the 'for violence' side or whatever, but that doesn't mean we have to solve all of our problems with it!"
"Ok, first of all, idiot," Duncan started. "I was the one who came up with how we would get to split the groups!"
"Yes, but Tyler was the one who came up with the very idea of splitting the groups, was he not?" Alejandro raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah! Exactly!" The jock defended. "So I should be leader!"
"Oh, so there's a leader?!"
"Gentlemen!" José interrupted the two of them, placing both of his hands on their shoulders. "Yes, we do believe in violence, but we must learn to get along enough to have a normal conversation."
"Have you seen your brother?!"
"Yes, I know, Duncan. Al can be very...difícil sometimes." Said guy clenched his jaw angrily. "However, we must learn to overcome our differences and work together as a team."
The punk took a deep breath and let it out. "Fine. I won't talk to him, then."
Tyler And José Have each other a glance. "Better than nothing, I guess...?"
"Wonder how the eel and Duncan-do-gooder are doing over there?" Noah snickered.
"Yeah, I would hate to be over there with them," Owen said. "They make me nervous."
Cody stayed silent, just glad that Sierra would finally be out of his hair for one night, and that he wasn't on the same side as Al. After all, walking in on him and Heather was the single most awkward thing that had ever happened to him.
"I just miss my fair LeShawna..." Harold sighed pitifully.
"I miss mama," DJ pouted.
"I miss my Bridgey-bear," Said Geoff.
"I miss my bubble," Cameron joined.
"Guys, come on," Trent broke the pattern. "We all miss something, I know, but it's only one night. There's really no need to be all dramatic about it."
"What are we supposed to do without them?!" DJ cried.
"DJ," The musician began. "We have each other? Remember?"
"Y-Yeah, but...it's not the same! I actually miss my old bunk bed!"
"All of the bunk beds look the same no matter what cabin you're in."
"Not true! I can tell a difference!"
"Like what?"
DJ paused. "Like...like the chip in that wall over there!" He pointed straight ahead. "That wasn't there in my team's cabin!"
Trent sighed. "Oh boy..."
**
"Awe, Alex is such a cute name!" Zoey cooed after Heather revealed to her, Izzy, and Sierra what her and Alejandro has discussed either that afternoon.
"So it's definitely gonna be Alexandra for a girl?"
"Yes," Heather nodded, a small smile formed on her lips. "It will be."
"I'm so excited for you! And I'm excited for Joseph or Rose!" Heather giggled instinctively, surprising the two other girls next to her.
"I'm happy for you too."
"Uh...who is this, and what have you done with Heather?!" Sierra squinted suspiciously.
"Right?!" Izzy agreed.
"I'm still here, guys," the Asian woman rolled her eyes with another laugh. "I'm just really excited. Well, at first I was like, 'no way I'm having a freaking baby, right?' And then suddenly, everything changed. I felt so much better that I wasn't the only one pregnant on this island," she gave Zoey a smile, in which the redhead smiled back. "Alejandro and I have been constantly talking to him or her and singing to it. Al actually has a really nice voice if you hear him on a good day..."
The girls listened as Heather kept blabbing on and on about her baby, as if she were an excited little kid at a toy store. "...I mean, my hormones are all over the place! I'll be really happy and excited like I am now, and then I'll be really sad or angry. It's crazy! And really exhausting. I'm also always hungry. It's impossible to not eat junk when you're pregnant! So don't worry about getting fat, cause you will be sooner or later," she cringed, not wanting to think about her second trimester and on. "Anyways, I-"
She was interrupted by Gwen, Courtney, Bridgette, Lindsay, and LeShawna walking over to them. Suddenly, everything got silent. Awkwardly silent.
"Hey Sierra, hey Izzy, Zoey...Heather," Courtney gave the queen bee a quick nod.
"And what do you guys want?" Heather asked, reverting back to her usual demeanor.
"Oh, believe me," she smiled widely. "It has nothing to do with you. Anyways, Gwen, Lindsay, Brigette, LeShawna and I were just thinking...it would be great for the girls to have a secret alliance with each other, you know, since there are more men on this island."
"Uh, let me think about that...no."
"We weren't asking you." The C.I.T. turned to the three other girls sitting around her. "Zoey, Izzy, Sierra. Would you guys like to join our all-girls alliance?"
"Ooo, sounds exciting!!" Izzy jumped up. "What do we do first?! Is there an initiation? Is there-"
"Whoa, hold your horses, girlfriend," Said LeShawna. "We're just collecting members first, then we can start."
"I'll definitely join!" Sierra smiled. "But I won't go against Cody or Cameron."
"Oh, they're not really a threat to us," Courtney said. "They're safe, but we always put the girls first."
"Unless..." Gwen started, a smirk on her lips.
"Unless it's Heather," they both laughed. "Anyways, those are our rules."
"Wow," said girl started, clapping her hands slowly. "What a team of women! Not bringing anyone down or leaving anyone out! Whatever!"
"Like you'd care anyways," Gwen retorted.
"You're right," she got up. "I don't care. But just so you know, this snake still bites." Heather gave them a deadly smile before slamming the door.
"Ha, she's so mad," Courtney laughed.
"I know, right? It's so obvious!" The goth laughed along.
"Just so you know, this snake still bites!" The mocha-skinned girl imitated, only making her, Gwen, and LeShawna laugh more. Zoey only stood there, but she wasn't smiling or laughing at all.
"I swear," Gwen caught her breath. "She hasn't changed a bit." Brigette just shrugged, not saying a word.
"Seriously, guys?" Zoey glared. "That wasn't cool."
"But it's Heather," LeShawna said. "It's not like she deserves to be treated like one of us."
"Right?" Courtney agreed.
"Well..." the redhead began. "I'm sorry, but unless you let Heather in, I can't join your group."
"Really, girl?" LeShawna raised an eyebrow. "You're pickin' some spoiled brat over some of the best women you'll ever meet?"
"Look, I know Heather has done some bad things, but that doesn't mean she's a bad person."
"What are you even talkin' about? Have you been on Total Drama Island? I don't think so..."
"Yes, but I've also seen Action and World Tour. And I know Heather now. She's really fun once she becomes open to you."
"Heather and fun in the same sentence?" Courtney looked at Gwen, both of them starting to laugh again. "Nope, no way."
"Anyone can change," she whispered.
**
Heather looked in the mirror, trying not to break down in tears.
"Out of the way, fatso!" Heather was shoved up against a locker by an older girl, causing her books to fall down.
She blinked and a single tear trickled down her cheek.
"Go get me some potato chips!" Another student had demanded. "And try not to eat them on the way back this time, fatty!"
She flash forwarded to her high school years.
"Is this some kind of joke? Why would I ever go to prom with a whore like you?!" A guy she asked had turned her down.
"If I didn't know better, I would think Heather liked him," Courtney had said on the plane during World Tour.
"Ew!" Gwen had laughed in response. "That's like the grinch having a crush on somebody!"
"I know, yuck!" Courtney had continued. "Picture her dried up, black little heart thawing out, lighting ups with love?"
Heather banged her fist on the counter angrily. What the hell is wrong with me? I never cry! I never let them hurt me! And why the hell did I not insult them back?! It's totally hormones, she convinced herself. Otherwise, I'd be taking them all down like they deserve!
...Did they deserve that? She honestly didn't know anymore.
A/n- SUPER important warning for the next chapter: This chapter will not be as lighthearted as most of the others were, and neither will the next few following it. If you get easily depressed, I suggest that you either skip the next few chapters or stop reading.
...But who am I kidding? I cry about everything! So just know that the next chapter is going to be VERY sad. Anyways, thank you for reading! Until next time...
~Emma
