Intro: This is the beach. The place to find the perfect summer romance and we found some hot singles who want to try.
They think they are here to find love, but they'll live the dream for twenty four hours before we ruin their paradise and send them to "ex-hell".
We collected all their exes and they'll show up during their stay at the villa.
Some ex's want revenge. And others want romance. One thing is for sure, all hell will break loose.

Saying that the girls were feeling uneasy would be the understatement of the year. Even Jo was feeling uncomfortable and she didn't know anything about him (besides his history with them).

-I'm Justin. I'm twenty four. I'm a model and I know I'll be the hottest in the house. Past relationships? I had many. About Gwen, we slept together a few times; Heather was my girlfriend for almost four years and it didn't ended on the best terms. I just wanna see how things will go.

He was awkwardly greeted by Gwen and Jo, but Heather remained on her sun longer trying to keep her composure.

-Not even a hand shake?- Justin asked.

-Not interested.

Chris McLean: Cold... I like it.

Heather: Seeing him again gives me the worst feeling in the world. It affects me more than it should.
Justin: It doesn't surprise me that Heather reacted like that... It's not like she ever got over me, can you blame her?
Jo: This is going to be awkward...

-By the way, Duncan's is here and he knows about you two.- Heather says.

-So you finally had the gut to tell him?- Justin provokes her.

-It was an... awkward situation.- Jo said trying to avoid any conflict.

The atmosphere wasn't friendly at all, but that didn't stop the tablet from beeping.
"Justin, there's a lot of things you need to know. Maybe Jo could share those things with you during lunch."

-Have fun guys.- Gwen said feeling super awkward, while Heather just stayed in silence.

The restaurant had a tropical vibe, and it was super cozy. But that didn't mean that Jo was exactly comfortable with her date.

-So... - the girl tried to start conversation- Is it true that you cheated on Heather with Gwen?

-I guess you can say that.

Jo: Wow. My favorite thing ever: a man... a boy who doesn't acknowledge his mistakes.

-But how did you know that Heather never told Duncan?

-I met Gwen a few times after that. And she told me that the only thing he knew was that Heather caught me with a girl.-he said- Enough about this. I'm a model, you know?

-Really? That's cool, I guess.- she answered showing no interest and mouthed "It's going to be a long date."

Chris McLean: This date is going well, right? *laughs*.

The villa was peaceful, but this so called peace was hanging by a thread. Everyone was trying to make sure that Bridgette's birthday was a nice day.
But that didn't mean that some people were less worried about the situation.

-Lightning, you know Heather better than us. How do you think she's doing?- Courtney asked unsure if she wanted to hear the truth.

-She's probably not worried. She knows what's sha-coming.- he makes a pause- But that's usually sha-bad.

-You think she'll have a breakdown? Or she'll be fine?- Dawn asks genuinely concerned.

-She hates admitting that she's not okay. Specially when it comes to him.

-What should we do then?- Alejandro asked.

-Respect her time. She has a lot on her plate, the whole fight with Duncan is still sinking in.- Lightning says- It's awful knowing that she's not okay and she'll still try to push you away.

Lightning: Although I never met her ex, I know the damage that their relationship caused. And the fact that Duncan is being a sha-asshole doesn't help.
Courtney: I hate the fact that I'm "ignoring" Duncan. But Heather has been nothing but a nice friend to me... I'm really confused.
Alejandro: I really want to be there for her, but I'm not sure if she still wants anything to do with me.

A few minutes later, they hear and door and immediately go check it out. It's not much of a surprise that both Heather and Gwen are back, but it was unexpected how quiet they were and the fact that Heather was wearing her sunglasses.

-Well... Our ex is here.- Gwen said breaking the silence- His name is Justin .... and that's it.

-Do you think that this might cause trouble?-Tyler asked.

-Let's not worry about that, not now.-Heather said emotionless- If you excuse me.

She left and everyone knew that it was better to leave her alone.

-Do you think that she's okay?-Bridgette asks.

-Knowing her, it's better if she has some time to be herself.- Lightning says.

The crew starts to leave the room and find some activity to distract themselves.

-Hey, don't be sad.- Geoff says pulling Bridgette into a hug.

-It seems selfish. But I just wanted to enjoy my birthday without any drama.

Chris McLean: Bridgette, you're in the wrong reality show...

-Hey... everything will be okay.- he kisses her forehead- You'll enjoy your day and we'll party a lot.

Chris McLean: Yeah, sure *chuckles*

After a while, Jo returned bringing the new member of the villa. Saying that the introductions were awkward would be the understatement of a lifetime, no one was super excited to get to know him - specially Heather's closest friends.
When the awkward introductions ended, Alejandro went to check on Heather that was still nowhere to be found.

Alejandro: I'm not sure whether she wants company, or if things between us are okay. But I need to know if she's okay.

He ended up finding her crying like there's no tomorrow on the bedroom floor. Instinctively he pulled her closer, and it broke his heart when she didn't pushed him away but instead broke into tears.
They stayed in that position for a while, until she decided that it was time to put her brave face on. And broke the hug.

-Thanks, but I'm fine now.- she said, but it was clear that she was lying.

-You don't need to pretend to be okay. I can see that whatever happened between you guys messes with your head.

-It's weird. I was over it... I swear I was.- she says blinking the tears away- And then I saw him today and after everything that went down, I just broke.

-Do you still have feelings for him?

-No. I'm crying because during our relationship I was always seeking for his validation... Gosh I changed so many things about me. - she says with tears in her eyes- And when I caught him cheating I felt so stupid, because I genuinely thought I mattered to him and then reality hit me.

-If he wanted you to change anything about yourself, he's a fucking idiot.- Alejandro says with his hand on her cheek- You're beautiful, funny, smart and sexy as hell.

She gives him a small smile.

-I know that things aren't exactly easy and that your fight with Duncan is still sinking in. But you shouldn't let any of this ruin your day.

Heather: I'm surprised that talking to him made me feel better. I was sure that nothing else was going to happen between us and that I wanted distance from him... But I'm not so sure anymore.

-Thanks. I needed to hear that.

-It's not a big deal.- he said and kissed her forehead.

After that they join the group in the living room. Only to hear the tablet beeping,
"We've planned a beach party for some of you. Bridgette, Taylor, Lightning, Anne Maria, Duncan, Gwen, Zoey, Justin, Dawn, Jo, Tyler and Brody; you're all invited."

Taylor: I'm so ready to get wasted!
Justin: I just got here and so far... so good.
Heather: At least he'll be gone for a few hours, but something is not right...
Dawn: I'm glad I was invited, but I'm having a bad feeling...

The beach looked, for once, welcoming. The decoration was really simple, but everything was really colorful.
The first thing they did was a tequila shot. The liquor burned their throats but it marked the beginning of an amazing time.
They removed their shoes so they could feel more comfortable while dancing. And it was clear that some people were getting closer during their dance, Taylor was really close to Justin but apparently was just teasing. Contrary to Anne Maria who was enjoying her time with Lightning. And although it seemed innocent, everyone noticed how close Duncan and Gwen were.

Taylor: I was complaining when I was third wheeling, but now that I can take a step and kiss him I'm like "yeah... no".
Anne Maria: Why is he such a good kisser?
Brody: Am I the only one who thinks that Duncan and Gwen are going to happen?

After many songs and many drinks, they decided to play something.

-So whoever the bottle lands on has to answer a question. Then give a kiss on who asked you the question.- Brody explained the rules of the game.

The bottle started to spin and it landed between Bridgette and Lightning.

-Okay.... So, Lightning... If Heather wasn't with Alejandro would you guys be together?- she asked.

-We've never been together, we slept together a couple times. But, sha-yes, something would've happened.- he said and, following the rules, they kissed.

After many spins the second round is set between Anne Maria and Taylor.

-Choose a man and a woman, from the villa, for a threesome.- Taylor said.

-Okay... Lightning and... well, you.- she said.

-Well... Good choice. Just saying that after you kiss me, you won't want to kiss anyone else.- Taylor joked before their kiss.

They kept the game going, this time the bottle didn't need many spins and ended up between Dawn and Justin.

-So Dawn, have you ever been with a girl?

-Actually, yes, it wasn't nothing too serious though. If the person has a good aura it's all that matters for me. So I wouldn't rule out the possibility of dating a girl in the future.- she answered honestly and everyone clapped her for her answer.

She knew she had to kiss him, after all she agreed to the rules. But she didn't try to hide her lack of interest on him.
After the shortest kiss ever, they kept the game going.

-Tyler, if you had to choose between choosing one of girls that aren't exactly single or an ex that you're on bad terms with, to take them to the sha-penthouse. Who would you choose?

After their kiss, it was time for another round.

-Gwen, if you had to choose one of us to kiss. It would be...-Duncan said.

Tyler: This is about to get get even more awkward.
Dawn: I have a bad feeling about that.

-Honestly, I'd choose you.- she said shyly.

Chris McLean: Wonder what Courtney would say about that...

And they kiss. Unlike the other kisses, this one was real. They took enough time to make it awkward for everyone else.

The villa was really peaceful, even though everyone was wondering what was happening in the beach.

-Wait... No way!- Heather said after hearing what Geoff said.

-Are you for real?- Courtney asked.

-I mean it. I'm thinking about ask Bridgette to be my girlfriend.- Geoff said.

-Congratulations, amigo. That's a big step.- Alejandro said while playing with Heather's hair, that were spread over his knee.

It's unknown, even for them, how this conversation begin. Or how Geoff and Alejandro were acting like they're childhood friends.

-I know. And it took me by surprise, I came here to have fun and I actually made a connection with her.

-I understand, I had no expectations this summer, but it turned well.- Courtney said- Even if me and Duncan aren't doing great right now, I enjoy spending time with him.

That made both girls open a sad smile, for different reasons. And Heather mouthed "I'm sorry!" to the other girl.

-That's really cute.- Heather says.

-Like you and Alejandro aren't exactly the same.- he joked- You're literally lying on his knee.

-We do enjoy spending time together, but we're taking our time.- Alejandro answered.

-But when do you pretend to ask her?- Heather asked trying to change the subject.

-I'm not sure. I thought I could do it today... But I don't know.

-I mean she's partying already and hopefully we'll have a party once they arrive. She'll be too drunk.- Heather said making everyone laugh.

They heard many voices and decided to stop talking and wait for everyone to join them in the living room.
While everyone was talking, Dawn decided to have a chat with Heather.

-Something happened, babes?- Heather asked.

-During one of the games I had to kiss Justin. I'm super sorry.

-Relax, I couldn't care less about that. But it's nice that you told me.

They joined the group just in time to hear the tablet.
"Let's end this night with a amazing birthday party for Bridgette!"

Once they got ready and stepped out of the villa, they saw the outdoors in tones of blue almost looking like production brought the beach to the house.
They sang happy birthday to Bridgette one more time and had a shot of tequila. Then it was time to hit the dance floor.
Obviously Bridgette and Geoff were dancing together (and making out every five seconds), just like Alejandro and Heather (but he would only kiss her, if she took the first step) and Anne Maria and Lightning. For everyone's surprise Duncan and Courtney weren't dancing too close.
Many songs, drinks and kisses later the party was almost over. But they couldn't let the fun end, which meant: time for a new game. This time they had to close their eyes and point to someone, then they had to guess who it was based on the kiss.

-I think that birthday girl should choose the first person.- Brody said.

-Well... I don't know.-Bridgette analyzed the room-Taylor?

-Sure.

She sat down and producers gave them a piece of fabric so she couldn't peek. She pointed at Brody, maybe it was the alcohol or the fact that they were both tired of third wheeling, but they had a mini make out session.

Taylor: I have no idea of who I kissed... But it was good kiss.

-I think it was... I don't know... Brody?- Taylor said.

-Yes, it was me. I choose now, right? -everyone nodded- Okay... Zoey?

She sat down and pointed to Bridgette. Their kiss ended really fast.

-It was a girl... Maybe, Courtney?

-Not really. It was me.- Bridgette said- Heather, it's your turn.

She sat down, even though she didn't really want to play, and ended up pointing to Justin. Not long after the kiss started she broke it.

-It's Justin.- she said while opening her eyes and grabbing her drink.

Chris McLean: You won the game and I enjoyed the drama, it's a win-win situation.

-Well... I'll choose Duncan.-Justin said- Wait.... where's him?

When he said that everyone noticed that he wasn't there. And some of them started to look for him.

Justin: Not gonna lie, I saw that he left a while ago. But I couldn't miss this opportunity.
Lightning: He wasn't the only one who sha-left. Sha-Fuck.
Heather: I swear that I'll murder him if he's doing what I think he's doing.

The scene that they found was shocking, and not on a good way. Duncan and Gwen were making out in one of the house's corridors. Heather, that was already pissed and really drunk, threw her drink on them.

-Heather, what the fuck?- Duncan asked her.

-I should be asking you that. Just because you had a disagreement with Courtney you can do this to her?

-It's none of your business.-he said.

-But it's mine. We weren't official, but I expected more from you.- Courtney said in tears. Then left.

-This is it.- Heather said but before she could do anything, Alejandro and Lightning held her- Let go of me.

-Hey, I know you're mad. But Courtney needs you.- Alejandro said.

-Sha-Breathe.

-You're lucky that I really care about her, 'cause you know I would kill you otherwise.

She ran to find Courtney, that was crying her eyes out while Dawn was hugging her and she joined the hug.

-What happened?- Dawn mouthed

-Not now.- Heather mouthed back.

As if this night couldn't get any worse, the tablet decided to make an appearance.
"Courtney, your night can get better soon. Choose a date and go to the penthouse."
