(Hoseok)

Hoseok panicked as he went through the date he had planned, once again.

He was waiting for Yoongi outside Yoongi's apartment after being given the address through texts. Upon reaching, Hoseok had sent a text announcing his arrival and Yoongi had said he would be coming own in a few minutes time.

Hoseok looked around as he waited for Yoongi to emerge from his den. The older lived in a fairly nice area, with white uniform apartments lining the side of clean and smooth roads. Quite different from Hoseok's abode, situated beside potholed streets.

While he knew that Yoongi didn't bother with thoughts like that but Hoseok couldn't help but feel insecure as he stood under the painfully fair lit, white building.

Few minutes passed and Yoongi still didn't emerge from the mildly posh looking reception and Hoseok heart wavered a bit.

Was he about to get stood up like this?

Suddenly his nervousness multiplied by tenfold as his mind ran off in various thought tangents on how this night could end, none of the ending a happy one.

Movement in the reception suddenly caught his attention and brought him out of his spiraling thoughts.

Hoseok had the breath knocked out in relief as Yoongi finally merged from the reception.

In his relief, he didn't notice Yoongi's appearance until the older was hands breadth away. Hoseok's greedy eyes took in the older's form as he approached Hoseok with a nervous smile.

Yoongi was wearing a black turtleneck and a black leather jacket on top of that, giving him a casual yet not so casual look.

"Nice." Hoseok complimented the older, earning an expected blush.

"You too." Yoongi said softly, giving him a once over.

"So where we going?" Yoongi asked, subtly entwining their hands together.

Hoseok smiled vaguely in answer. "Somehwere."

Yoongi and kept silent as he let Hoseok lead him. Lost in his thoughts and the reassuring warmth of Hoseok's hand, Yoongi didn't notice that Hoseok had led to him to a warmly lit coffee shop, which he immediately recognized as his favorite cafe.

"How did you know that this was my favorite?" Yoongi blurted out as they entered the warmth the café.

Hoseok looked at Yoongi for a second before shrugging. "I didn't."

Yoongi nodded as they took a seated themselves in a cozy corner of the café. Yoongi looked completely in peace and in his element as he breathed in the aromatic smell of chocolate and coffee beans.

Hoseok took in the interior of the café as they waited for the waitress to approach them. The café was dimly lit, the glow of vanilla scented candles gracing each table and fairly lights teasing around the smooth wood walls, the only source of light. They were playing soft soothing music that Hoseok usually despised. But today, it seemed perfect. The soft notes danced out of the speakers, softly rebounding and tugging at the pastel cream ceiling and Hoseok's heartstrings. The overall atmosphere was extremely soothing.

The soft patter of footsteps against the floor brought Hoseok out of his reverie. He looked in bafflement as a cute young girl who was looked like she was six years old, walked upto them with a bright smile.

"Hello!" The girl greeted, giggling brightly at them like her bright yellow and white polka dotted dress. "Whash can I get for you sho-oday, young men?"

"Young men?" Hoseok sputtered out a laugh confused if he should be demanding respect and manners or cooing over her cuteness.

Yoongi meanwhile was laughing behind his hand. Hoseok was confused even more since Yoongi took more offense to stuff like this more than him.

"Na Hyun-ah. Come here." Yoongi said smiling at the kid.

To Hoseok's growing confusion, the child climbed sloppily into Yoongi's lap and started peppering the older with tiny sweet kisses. And Yoongi sat there allowing it to happen, occasionally giggling at her ticklish kisses.

"Oppa." The girl finally stopped her attack of kisses and fell into Yoongi's embrace, burying her head into his shoulder as Yoongi cooed at her and ruffled her long straight hair.

Hoseok leaned back with an unconscious smile and folded arms as he watched Yoongi interact adorably with the kid. He was happy to see this new side Yoongi.

Min Yoongi was this piece of art, each stroke meaningful, inquisitive and more. He tune wrapped in layers of timbers, textures and low pitched notes. And Hoseok wanted to break that tune down and enjoy each layer as much as he could.

"Where were you?" even Hoseok heard the pout in the voice of the girl as Yoongi's sudden panicked eyes met Hoseok's.

"I was busy, love." Yoongi whispered, softly soothing the girls hair, huge hands combing through her tiny hair, making Hoseok instantly jealous.

Jesus, he was jealous of a kid?

The girl suddenly turned around in Yoongi's lap, making Yoongi let out an oompf.

"And who are you mysher?" The girl's eyes were glaring and Hoseok smiled at the girls cute anger and mispronounced words

"His boyfriend." Hoseok said with a smug smile which was soon wiped off as the girl's lower lip wobbled and tears began to fill her cat like eyes. It was only then Hoseok noticed Yoongi's extremely panicked countenance.

"B-but, I'm hish girlfriensh." The kid stuttered in between rattling sobs making the elder's panick at the situation on their hands.

Yoongi was immediate to soothe the kid faster than Hoseok.

"Sush, you're my girlfriend forever my Na Hyun." Yoongi softly whispered as the kid began outright sobbing against Yoongi's shoulder. "He was lying."

Hoseok eyes shot up in disbelief. Yoongi gave him a shut up look and Hoseok pouted at the older and rolled his eyes in reply while Yoongi continued to coo sweet nothings into the girl's ear.

Hoseok decided to help, and walked over to Yoongis side, positioning himself behind Yoongi inorder to face the crying child. He apologized in his most serious voice, asking for her forgiveness, slowly coaxing the younger out of her tight embrace on Yoongi.

Hoseok tried to his aegyo inorder to calm down the kid. He puffed out his cheeks and made cute noises and he earned a laugh from the older.

Soon in no time, the girl was giggling hysterically against Yoongi, yelling 'more more!' to which Hoseok inclined gladly.

"Ah Na hyuna! You little devil!" He heard a melodic yet manly voice yell exasperatedly from behind the supposedly empty counter.

All of them startled at the sudden intrusion of their happy bubble. The elder men looked towards the counter in confusion as Na Hyun slowly curled into Yoongi's broad chest, as if to hide herself.

"Na Hyun!" The voice shouted again, coming closer. Suddenly the body belonging to the beautiful voice appeared.

A boy, maybe a few years younger than them entered, looking like he had been run over by a truck carrying paint. His hair was a striking red, muscular yet slender body paired with a chubby baby face and plump pink lips made him look like some kind of teenage muscular baby. His clothes was splattered with paint in a messy way and the boys face looked traumatized.

He was somehow incredibly familiar.

He huffed in annoyance as he put on his glasses and squinted at them. His eyes grew bigger in shock as he noticed the new customers who looked like they were babysitting the kid he was supposed to be babysitting.

He rushed towards them, blushing and apologizing profusely.

"I'm so sorry. I was supposed to be babysitting her and working." The cute guy mumbled looking immensely guilty at the strangers.

"Its okay." Yoongi smiled giving the guy a gently smile. "I know her anyways. Isn't that right my Na Hyun-ah?" Yoongi cooed again cupping her cheeks and smiling down at her.

Na hyun nodded with a similar smile.

The boy nodded and bowed to the strangers and spoke in a professional voice as Hoseok went back to his seat.

"Hello, my name is Park Jimin. What can I bring for you?" the boy asked formally not meeting their eyes.

Hoseok's heart dropped.

"Hot chocolate with marshmallows." Yoongi answered almost immediately and Hoseok would have laughed softly before at the underlying eagerness in the elder's voice were it not for the current situation.

"Caramel Machiatto." Hoseok followed Yoongi trying to cover his face up subtly. Suddenly noticing how Jimin's eyes flickered between them both and stayed on Yoongi a tad bit longer as the elder played with Na Hyun.

Jimin nodded taking his eyes off Yoongi, taking down the orders dutifully and rushing off to make them.

"Will it be fine if I wash this off and make your coffee? There are no other staff here to make your orders. Do you mind waiting?" Jimin asked turning around suddenly, softly looking like he was about to get a scolding.

"Its okay, Take your time." Hoseok replied gently. Jimin nodded, biting his plump lips and running a hand through his hair while still looking at Yoongi.

Park Jimin, Park freaking Jimin. And the kid didn't recognize him Hoseok suddenly realized. Well, it had been a few years after all.

Hoseok narrowed his eyes against Jimin's retreating back.

"Who is that oppa?" Hoseok suddenly asked little hyun.

"Oh! He ish my neighbor." Na hyun said cheerfully.

"Where is he from?" Hoseok asked praying that the kid wouldn't reply with the answer he aleady knew.

"Busan." Hoseok's heartbeat was trying to reach Guinness world record at the speed in which it was pumping.

"Jimminie Oppa moved into the housh beside my mum's a year back. He-sih very nice." The girl continued oblivious to Hoseok's sudden anxiety.

"I put my painsh on him becoz I was borish" She said explaining the paint stain on Jimin's clothes. Yoongi began reprimanding her but Hoseok tuned out, breath coming out in short gasps as he realized the current volume of the situation.

Yoongi had now taken notice of the younger's panicked expression and queries.

"What is it?" Yoongi asked softly, giving his complete attention to Hoseok.

"H-huh? Oh, hyung, its nothing." Hoseok rushed out and immediately got out of his seat and fled out of the café.

The cold air soothes his frazzled senses much better than the now suffocating warmth of the café.

It was Park Jimin.

The Park Jimin.

His Park Jimin.
