Zac was currently taking a call as I washed up the dishes. I knew there was a dishwasher but I'd put them to the side for now. After I finished drying most of them, I dried my own hands on the same tea-towel.

When the doorbell rang, my eyebrows knitted together in confusion. I couldn't think of anyone that would be calling over here unless one of Zac's friends. I left the kitchen to the front door, annoyed there wasn't a peekhole like there was on mine.

With a groan, I pulled open the door, nervous to see who it was. What if it was Josh? I was going to punch him in the fact.

"HOLLIE!!!" In an instance arms were wrapped around me and a wide smile grew on my face. I heard footsteps come from behind me and turned to see Zac appear, "You guys took your time"

"Some of us have college" Naila scowled and Kaiden pushed past her, wrapping his arms around me, "How are you Hollie?"

"Good, how are you?"

Kaiden arched an eyebrow, "Are you sure?"

"Am I sure what?"

"Zac told us about, you know..." Naila said quietly and I turned back to glare at Zac. He offered me a cheap shrug, "Hey what better way to cheer up than with these losers?"

"Rude" Naila scowled before grabbing my hand and pulling me inside.

"How are your parents?" I smiled, "It's been a while since I've talked to Milania and Xander"

"They're doing great. They're actually going on a holiday together soon, they totally deserve it too"

"How's your first year of college?"

"Stressful" Naila frowned, "And dumb Kaiden is going to the same one as me so we're still stuck with each other"

Kaiden came in with a curious expression, "False. I chose that one because it had the course I wanted, that was the only one that accepted you"

"Kai, stop lying" Naila scowled, picking up a pillow and throwing it at him.

"Can we not destroy my house?" Zac scowled.

"You're no fun, Isaac" Naila stuck her tongue out then wrapped her arms around my neck and lying into me. "How's your love life going?" I asked.

"Still a single pringle" Naila frowned, "Kaiden's still with that dumb girl"

"Lisa's not dumb, Naila"

"She's using you" Naila announced.

"you're just jealous because no guy wants you"

"Wrong" She sang, "Why would someone as pretty as her go out with you if it wasn't for money or brains?"

Kaiden rolled his eyes and I couldn't help but laugh. They bickered a lot and they were total opposites but it was obvious how well they actually got along. They had been best friends growing up, that's how twins were.

"So, now that Max is gone... finally are you going to marry Zac?" Naila turned to me, tilting her head.

My eyes widened, "No, Naila!"

"Why not?" She frowned, "Weren't you two planning your wedding when you were younger? I think you guys are cute together"

"You shouldn't be talking. You're basically eighteen and still single and don't say it's because guys don't like you. You just reject them, you're just like your mother"

"She secretly wants me" Zac chimed in, leaning over the touch and planting a kiss on my head. I swiped him away with a scowl which only earned me a chuckle.

"So what are we doing?" Naila asked.

"Popcorn's on. We're going to watch a movie. Come on" Zac nodded and left. We chased after him and he guided us to a dark room. There was a huge projector on the screen with recliner seats and surround sound.

"Are you kidding me?" My jaw dropped, "You have a mini cinema?"

"It's not actually a mini cinema but it's a good room for movies"

I glared at the rich idiot who acted as if it was nothing, "What do you want to watch?"

"Disney! Let's watch an original"

"Okay" zac shrugged.

"The lion king. The second one"

"Why the second one?" I asked.

"It's her favorite because she had a crush on Kovu. The lion in it" Kaiden said, already sitting down. Naila turned to glare at her brother, "No I don't. I thought he was attractive when I was younger but no"

We all got into our seats after Zac brought in the popcorn and played the movie. I'm pretty sure someone fell asleep during it because at one stage I heard snoring. I was honestly surprised that Zac hadn't sat beside me and had allowed Naila too.

At one point I could have dozed off myself because I remember shutting my eyes one second then the next minute I opened them, it was a new part of the movie.

By the time the movie was over, the popcorn was eaten up and Kai was fast sleep on the couch. Zac turned on the light and picked paused while Naila crept over to Kaiden slowly, a wide eerie smile on her face.

Just when she was about to scream and distract him, he grabbed her face and pushed her back. His eyes flashed open and he glanced over to her, "I've lived long enough as your twin to know what the hell you do"

"How? You were asleep!"

"Magic" He said with a small yawn. He stood up and stretched, "Bad movie"

"Your face is bad" Naila retorted, clearly not happy her brother had insulted one of her favorite movies. I smiled at the two twins who bickered like chalk and cheese before turning to Zac when his phone began ringing.

He didn't even bother check the caller I.D which was strange for him. He was a business man which meant he would get called often, which meant he had to know who was calling him for what. I had never not seen him check the caller I.D

That wasn't the main thing that caught my attention. The moment he answered it, his eyes flickered toward me before immediately glancing somewhere else.He turned and left the room which only put more suspicion down.

With narrowed eyes I was about to run after him before Naila grabbed my arm. She arched an eyebrow when she noticed my expression and I quickly turned it into a small smile. Of course, she knew something was up immediately.

Naila had a sixth sense for these things.

I noticed Kaiden now wore a wary expression and was also intrigued by how I was acting, "Anything wrong?"

I shook my head, "Nah, just running to the toilet"

"I don't know about that" Naila tilted her head, "I'm not dumb, Hollie"

"Excuse me?"

"You have a look of determination on your face. Unless your really need to poop, then it's definitely not that"

"You're disgusting, Naila" Kaiden groaned.

"Pooing is a natural thing, what's so gross about it?"

"You don't need to be so open about it"

"Next you're going to say not to open my ass and shit" Naila stuck her tongue out and my eyes widened. I slapped her lightly and she just offered me a wide smile, "So what's going on? Are you two fighting?"

"No, I'm just worried about him"

"Why?"

"Uh..." I decided it was best not to bring the actually truth into it and instead shrugged, "You know he's been working non-stop lately. Even right now when we're supposed to enjoy a movie, they're calling. Not only that but he's taking time off to spend with me so that must be causing stuff to build up"

"He was on the phone a lot during the movie" Naila hummed, bringing her finger to her lips.

"He was?" My brow furrowed. The few times I had looked over, I had only seen him once.

"I mean not through the whole thing obviously but every few times I'd be distracted by the light on his phone. Maybe he was doing something else but I assume he was texting someone in his work place"

"Either way, you guys don't need to be worried about it"

"Then you don't either"

"I do because I'm with him most of the time and I bet it's partially my fault"

"Oh, you're with him all the time?" Nai wiggled her eyebrows which only made me scowl.

"Seriously? You're so immature"

"When's the wedding?" Kaiden decided to chime in which made a frown form on my face. I had been so distracted by these two I hadn't got to chase Zac.

"Let's me go ask" I spun on my heel and exited out of the room. I heard low murmurs, a deep whisper basically and I kind of knew who it was from straight away. I tip-toed toward it, glancing behind me and thankfully the other two didn't follow.

They kind of understood when to respect privacy. They had been brought up well by their parents. I neared Zac's bedroom and noticed the door was slightly ajar. My lips formed a thin line, as I attempted to peek through.

I couldn't see him but I could kind of make out what he was saying. I was straining so hard that I legit began to get a headache just from that. Only I could manage it.

I could only make out a few words. No. Later. Seriously. Insane. Noir.

Noir.

I KNEW IT.
