I saw Naomi walking over to quickly talk with me and I saw Mariko from behind her.

"Mariko? What are you doing here?!"

Naomi looked over at me and her. "Well, you have a visitor. She snuck in here apparently and when I caught her, she refused to leave until she saw you."

I sighed. "Damnit Mariko , why did you sneak out of the hospital again?"

"Sorry, but my clan can usually sense when the people we care about are distressed. I sensed that you were distressed so I rushed over here and I did see you get poisoned, so you need to get that checked out." She replied.

I freaked out when I realized I had forgotten about the poison.

"Hana, stop moving or it's going to spread throughout your body!" Naomi hissed.

I stopped and immediately regretted it. I collapsed and started to feel like I couldn't breathe.

Mariko started panicking and some people rushed to my side. I couldn't see who they were though because my vision was starting to blurry and my consciousness was starting to slip. I also felt like hurling, but I couldn't.

I could distinctly see that the people who had rushed over to me where ANBU. They immediately counteracted the poison by stabbing a syringe into my arm. I felt myself going back to normal and I threw up from the poison.

Obito, Rin, and Kakashi were standing behind the ANBU who had helped me and Mariko was on the other with Naomi.

Great, now everyone saw me throw up. A janitor came by to clean it up and I felt bad for him. The ANBU left after I thanked them and escorted Mariko out of the arena so she could go back to the hospital.

In the blink of an eye, everything started clearing up and I was regaining my senses again. I sit up slowly, looking around. Obito, Rin, and Kakashi were on one side while Mariko was on the other. The ANBU left after telling me they used an antidote to counter it quickly.

"Are you alright?" Obito asked me immeditely.

"Yes, I am now. I probably should've went to the ANBU first for help instead of freaking out," I laughed sheepishly.

Kakashi nodded in agreement. "Yeah, don't move around like that when you have poison inside of you,"

Rin handed me some ointment to soothe the burns on my skin and we walked over to our spot again.

The next match was Obito and Guy.

Guy walked down to the battlefield and I gave a worried look to Obito.

"Obito-"

"Don't worry about me, Hana,"

He gave me a confident smirk and walked down to the battlefield.

Rin and I exchanged nervous glances.

Kakashi didn't seem to care.

"I don't want you to take this personal, Obito," Guy said to him.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Obito replied.

Inoichi gave them their cue to start. Guy unwrapped bandages from his hand and Kakashi looked surprised at what he was doing. I didn't get it, because I never knew what his true strengths were.

"First Gate of Opening!" He exclaims as a boost of chakra flowed through him.

"What is he doing?" I ask curiously.

"This is his way of gaining more strength, I don't know much about it right now. There are eight of these 'gates' though" Kakashi answered me.

"I don't know what you're doing, but you're not going to beat me, the future Hokage!" Obito exclaimed.

"Fire style, fire ball jutsu!" Obito exclaimed.

Guy kicked the attack away. "Leaf hurricane!"

Obito looked stunned and Guy took his chance. He kicked Obito up in the air and I started to feel terrible for him.

"Second Gate of Rest!" Guy shouted as more chakra surged through him.

That seemed to have given him more power by re-energizing him.

Guy wraps this guy in his bandages from his hands, restraining him. He was suddenly upside-down and started swirling in the air, aiming for the ground. He was rotating so fast that he was blowing air from here.

He slams him down into the ground head first and I cringed at how that must've felt for Obito.

Obito stood up, panting and looked like he was in pain. He started to weave a sign for a fire release.

"Fire style, phoenix flower jutsu!"

Multiple fireballs shot at Guy, but he used another Leaf Hurricane to kick them away and got Obito in the process.

Guy panted heavily once he had finished. That move must've left him fatigued.

"I told you not to take it personally," Guy said.

Obito couldn't get up and he looked upset.

"Might Guy of the Leaf wins!" Inoichi said.

Guy put a hand out to help Obito up, but Obito stood up shakily by himself and walked away quickly.

"Obito, are you okay?" I ask.

"I blew it..." He muttered and Rin started healing some of his injuries.

Guy started shouting to get Kakashi and I's attention.

"Hey! Rival #1 and Rival #2! Did you see that?!" He shouted, making Asuma sweat-drop at how much attention he was gathering towards us.

Kakashi looked up at him. "Hm? Did you say something?"

Guy fell over comically and dramatically. I glanced over at Kakashi seeing an outline of a smirk on his mask. I realized I was staring for too long and Kakashi caught me looking. Nice going Hana.

Guy sulked when he realized I wasn't even paying attention.

"Even Hana doesn't pay attention,"

Genma chuckled and Obito glared at Kakashi since I was staring at him.

After that, it was Rin's match. She was nervous, but I gave her some encouragement and she got down there. Rin ended up winning against her opponent. Obito and I both cheered for her and Kakashi was quiet.

She came back to stand where we were.

"Good job back there," I complimented, trying to be nice for once.

"Thanks Hana! You did good too!" Rin smiled.

I smiled, but it was an awkward one. She made it very hard for me to dislike her.

Next was Genma's match and he went down there.

Suddenly, a girl with long blonde hair and forest green eyes started walking over here and she practically pushed me out of the way and I turned to see where she was going. My eyes narrowed when I saw her walking over to Obito.

"Who the hell is she and why is she talking to him?" I asked quietly.

The girl was a Blood Mist ninja who wore a dark purple shirt with a black skirt and ninja boots that went to her knees. She also wore black gloves that stopped at her wrists and she wore her Blood Mist headband around her forehead.

Rin gave me a small smirk.

I ignored it and Kuroshi walked over here. Kakashi and Rin both tensed seeing him.

"Why are you over here?" Kakashi asked him.

"I came over here because my teammate went to go talk to yours," Kuroshi replied. "There's no need to get so uptight,"

"Teammate?" I ask.

"Yeah, Yukiko is talking to the Uchiha," Kuroshi motioned over to the blonde girl.

She twirled her blonde locks around her fingers as she talked to Obito and was obviously being flirty with him. I was starting to get angry.

"So, are you telling me that you lost and you didn't use your sharingan?" She asked him.

"I uh..." He trailed off in embarrassment. "I forgot to use it!"

"I see," She nodded. "I bet you would've won with no problem if you used it,"

I was starting to grow even more annoyed because she was flirting with him even more.

"If you ask me, she seems to be flirting with him," I scoffed and Kuroshi looked at me questionably.

Rin leaned in and whispered. "I can tell you're jealous,"

My cheeks started to heat up. "W-What? No! Don't make assumptions like that!"

Kakashi was now giving me a look while Rin was giggling. I was a blushing mess because I was too stubborn to admit that Yukiko's flirting was angering me. Even Kuroshi was giving me a look as if he was telling me it's obvious.

I saw Yukiko lean in closer to him, making him nervous and that was the last straw. I started storming over there without thinking and crossed my arms, giving Yukiko a dirty look.

She looked over at me as if she expected me to come over here.

"Obito," I said. "Rin wanted to go check if you had any injuries. You should go over there,"

"What? She just checked me, I'm fine," Obito replied, confused.

"Obito," I said again, giving him a fake smile. "I said to go over there because Rin wanted to check if you had any more injuries,"

Obito knew that fake smile I had meant I was going to get angrier than I already was. He sweated nervously and nodded.

"Right!"

He rushed over there and I dropped the smile, giving Yukiko a glare.

"Why are you talking to him?"

Yukiko gave me a fake look of confusion. "What do you mean? We were just talking about his match,"

"Don't play innocent with me!" I shouted at her. "What do you want from him?!"

She giggled and I rolled my eyes. "So I was right,"

"What the hell are you talking about?" I demand.

"I'm Kuroshi's teammate. I already know about his 'task' that he had given to you and I needed to find your weaknesses to make sure they won't get in the way," She explained.

"Oh yeah? What weaknesses did you find already?" I retort.

"So far, I've found that the Uchiha boy and the boy with the silver hair are both your weaknesses,"

I was at lost for words and it took me a while to find them.

"T-They're not my weakness!" I retort.

"And if those two are your only weaknesses, then I have nothing to worry about," Yukiko ignored me.

Kuroshi walked over, with a sigh.

"Yukiko," he said. "Remember that I told you that you shouldn't get involved? The whole situation has nothing to do with you, so you need to stay out of it,"

Yukiko gave him a look as if she was offended.

"But Kuroshi, I worry about you and I wanted to make sure the person you entrusted was not going to endanger you," Yukiko said.

"I have everything under control. Go check on Nozomi for me,"

"But Kuroshi-"

"Now,"

She gave me one last look and then looked at him. Then she started walking away.

Kuroshi let out a sigh after she left. "Sorry about her. She's very persistent and likes to involve herself in problems that do not concern her,"

"Oh, uh, I guess it's alright," I shrug.

"And don't worry Hana, she has no interest in your teammate, so there's no reason to be threatened. She only acts that way if she's trying to get information or to get a rise out of someone."

I could feel the heat radiating off my cheeks now.

"Y-Yeah, whatever," I said and walked away to go back with Obito and the others.

Kakashi was quiet and Rin was giving me a smirk.

"Hana, Rin didn't need to check any injuries. Why did you-"

Rin quickly cut off Obito. "Oh, yeah I did! I forgot until you mentioned it just now."

Obito looked at her with a questioning look and then shrugged. "Alright then,"

I shot Rin a thankful look for covering up for me. She pretended to check Obito for any more injuries and after she was done, he walked over to me.

"Hana, why did you get so angry with Yukiko?"

"N-No reason," I looked away and crossed my arms. "I don't like girls like her is all."

Obito gave me an unsure look while Rin was smirking again.

I know I got Obito and Guy's match wrong, but I'm going to leave it like that because I don't want to go back and edit everything again. I'm just trying to move forward so I can get to the war and all that.
