A week went by and that means my training with Jiraiya had ended. He walked me home since he wanted to talk to Minato about my progress and speaking of them, I knew that they were probably home now from that mission.

"Jiraiya?" I ask. 

"Hm?"

"Are you going to uphold that deal we had?" I smirk. "I need to read that book you're working on,"

"Yeah yeah," He snorted.

I opened the door and we both slipped our shoes off before entering the living room. Minato was already sitting at the table and Kushina was reading a book on the couch.

"Hana! You're back!" She said and put the book down.

Minato smiled. "How did the training go?"

"It went great! I learned my second chakra nature and I got better at the rasengan!" I answered, excitedly.

"Glad to hear it went well," Minato said. "You can go find your friends and hang out for a little bit with them,"

"Okay!" I said. "See you around, Perverted-Sensei!"

Minato and Kushina both sweat-dropped and Jiraiya sighed.

"Bye Squirt." Jiraiya waved and I walked out of my house.

I didn't know where to go, but I walked by the Uchiha compound. Obito was now in my thoughts and I couldn't get his smile out of my head. 

However, I was still conflicted about his and Kakashi's question. Who was I supposed to go with? They're both my best friends, they both make me feel a certain way, and I've never felt this way towards any guy before.

"Hey Hana!" My thoughts were cut off, and I blushed. I just thought of him too.

"H-Hey Obito!" I said back, nervously. 

He came running over here to greet me and he panted when he caught up with me.

"Where were you all week? Minato-Sensei and Kushina both said you were out and I haven't seen you around the village either," He asked.

"I was training with Perverted-Sensei," I snickered at the name.

"Uh, who?" Obito asked, looking bewildered at the name.

"It's an inside joke. I trained with Jiraiya and I ended up learning what my second chakra nature is," I replied.

His jaw dropped. "You trained with Master Jiraiya? One of the three Sannin?!"

"Yup, he's one of Uncle Minato's friends," I said.

He was shocked and started asking me about how cool is he, how strong is he, and if Jiraiya would train him.

"Well, he's a pervert first off," I chuckled. "And I don't know. You'd have to talk to Uncle about it,"

"Oh, I see. What's your second chakra nature?"

"Lightning," I answer. "It's not that surprising though since I am from the Hidden Cloud Village, where lightning ninjutsu is their specialty,"

"Aw man, I only know fire style. I wish I knew what my other chakra nature is," Obito huffed.

"Hey guys, wait up!" Someone called and we both turned to see Asuma running in our direction, with a cigarette hanging from his mouth.

I wish he wouldn't smoke. What if it kills him one day?

"What's up?" I ask.

"The Hokage called us, I guess he wants us to go on a mission," Asuma said.

Obito looked excited. "Really? Even me?!"

Asuma nodded. "Yeah, let's go," 

Obito and I were practically sprinting to the Hokage's Tower. Now I can put all of my knowledge from Jiraiya to use!

I ended up bumping into someone again and they felt hard instead of squishy.

"Ugh, what the heck?" I rubbed my aching head and looked, seeing it was Guy.

He didn't even budge from me running into him.

"Damnit Guy, don't stand in the way like that!" I exclaimed.

He pulled me up, making me stumble forward in the process. "Sorry about that, I'm in a hurry because I was called for a mission,"

"Me too," I said. "Asuma and Obito are coming with us,"

"Then let's go!" Guy's eyes lit up and he bolted off. 

Asuma and Obito caught up with me and the three of us walked to the Hokage's office, seeing that Guy was already in there.

"Good to see that you're all here," The Hokage spoke. "I called Kushina to join you guys since Minato is busy and I'll explain the mission once she gets here,"

Kushina walked in and she looked way different. She wore the standard jounin outfit, the Leaf Village headband on her forehead, and had her hair in a ponytail with two strands of her bangs out. 

"So what's the mission?" Obito asked.

"You guys are going to escort a King and a Prince. They need to go to the Land of Iron for a meeting and they'll need protection. They may be attacked since they are worth a lot of money, so this is a B-ranked mission." Lord Hokage explained.

Guy grinned, making his teeth sparkle and gave a thumbs up. "You can count on us to get them there safely!"

Now, it was time to leave for our mission and we followed Kushina out. 

"This is mission will take a while since we're going to the Land of Iron," Aunt Kushina said. "Let's go pack our things up and meet at the gate in five,"

We did as we were told and we met back at the gate. 

"Ready?" She asked.

"Yes!" Guy and I both shouted at the same time.

Guy looked over and smiled again, making his teeth sparkle. 

"That's the spirit Hana!"

"Wait, Kushina-Sensei," Asuma started. "Where's the King and Prince at?"

"We're going to meet them at the Feudal Lord's palace. They had a meeting there and now they just need to speak about some political issues at the assembly hall in the Land of Iron," She explained.

"Makes sense," Asuma said.

"Before we go," She said and narrowed her eyes at Obito, kneeling to his height. "You better be careful!"

Obito snorted. "Yeah, yeah,"

She gave him a threatening look and he sweated nervously.

"Y-Yes Kushina-Sensei!"

I snickered.

"Oh and before we leave, I have a plan," She said.

We all looked at her.

"We're going to form a protective circle around them," She said. "Guy will be in the front because of his taijutsu. Hana will be on the left and Obito on the right because you guys have good teamwork, and Asuma will be in the back because you can watch for any possible ambushes,"

We left the Leaf Village and this was my first mission with Aunt Kushina. I was looking forward to it because I know she's strong and I heard that she's a wind and water style user. 

She led the way and Guy almost seemed bored because he wanted action, Obito was lost in thought, and Asuma was watching our surroundings.

I was on guard and lost in thought at the same time. I couldn't stop thinking about Kuroshi's visit and what he said. I couldn't even get Shinji's silver eyes that stared in my soul. There was a hidden emotion in his eyes and I had a feeling that there's more to what happened that night than my parents dying. 

We made it to the Feudal Lord's palace and met up with the King and Prince. I started blushing immediately when my eyes landed on the Prince.

"Hello," The King greets. "I'm King Satoru and this is my son, Prince Ryota. We are grateful that you're escorting us to the Land of Iron,"

King Satoru smiled politely. He seemed nice.

"I'm Kushina," Kushina greeted. "And the rest of your escorts are Guy, Hana, Obito, and Asuma,"

Prince Ryota looked at us and I realized he was our age. He saw me and gave me a charming smile, walking up to me.

Kushina and Obito both seemed confused.

I blushed slightly.

He took my hand and kissed it. I could feel my face and it felt like it was going to burst into flames. He looked back up and continued to give me that charming smile.

"Hana," He said. "Your name suits you. You're a beautiful flower,"

I could see Obito glaring at him from my peripheral vision and I retracted my hand shyly. "T-Thanks,"

Kushina gave me a teasing smile and leaned in to whisper. "He is your age, Hana,"

I blushed harder from her teasing and she giggled, then turned back to the others. 

"Let's start our mission now."

We formed the protective circle around them. Obito and Ryota were having a staredown, Kushina was focused on leading the way, Asuma was focused on watching, and Guy was surprisingly quiet. 

King Satoru was completely oblivious to the staredown that Obito and Ryota were having at the moment.

Let's hope we can all get through this week without killing each other.
