Also I updated a chapter late last night so make sure you read that one since it sets up for this one!♥️

3rd Person POV
"Execute Order 66." Palpatine gave the command to the clones in order to activate their inhibitor chips. Making them bend to his every will, making them turn on their friends; people they grew to love and care for.

Deep down they didn't want to do this, they wanted to fight it, they didn't want to hurt their friends, but they had no choice but to listen.

Good soldiers follow orders.

All across the galaxy, many Jedi began to fall at the hands of those they trusted.

"Rex, what are you doing?"

"Cody?"

"Please don't do this."

"Stop!"

"I don't understand."

"Fives no!"

Good soldiers follow orders.

Plo Koon; shot down in his ship.

Aayla Secura; murdered by her troops in the Felucian jungle.

Ki-Adi-Mundi; murdered by his troops in a battle on Mygeeto.

Good soldiers follow orders.

Yoda was aiding a battle in Kashyyyk, he kept watch from a tower with a Myssess Blossom in his grip, waiting to return home to give it to his daughter.

He suddenly dropped the flower that he didn't know he would never get to give her. He brought his claw up to his chest, where he felt a sharp pain with every dying Jedi across the galaxy. He mourned them all, but he only had one on his mind; his daughter. He did his best to connect with her, hoping she was somehow connected the force again, just to make sure she wasn't among the fallen. To his relief, he could feel that she was alive, but he felt something else from her, a black shadow casting over her very soul.

His heart shattered, he's lived long enough to know what it meant.

He then heard the sounds of guns being drawn from behind him, and he reluctantly killed his own troops before they could end him.

The 419th remained with (y/n) and Cal as they marched up the steps of the Temple. Both of them determined to do what is expected of them with heavy hearts.

(y/n) is trying to keep the man she loves safe. His beautiful face, his laughter that was full of life, and his smile that always melted her heart, were all the things she saw in her mind as she walked up the stone steps; getting ready for the gruesome acts she is about to take part in. She believes what she is doing is right, she believes the Jedi have become corrupt and will eventually become the downfall of her beloved and even herself.

She believes this is the only way.

Cal; His trust in the Jedi was shaken the moment they left him to be tortured on Ryloth. His loyalty for them was severed that day, the only loyalty that remained is the one for his Master walking beside him. Where she goes, he goes. What she does, he does.

In his eyes, following her, is the only way.

He also believes this is what is best for him and Ahsoka. By doing this, they won't be able to hurt her the way they hurt him; he can protect her this way. If they are willing to keep Windu after what he did. Then what else are they going to let slide in the future from other Jedi? They could easily allow someone even more dangerous to stay, someone who can hurt the girl he is growing to love. He believes the same as his master, the Jedi have become corrupt.

They don't know that it is them, who has become corrupt. There was a lesson (y/n) gave Cal once, to prepare him for something like this.

"Especially if you're unlucky enough to encounter a Sith Lord, they're the dirtiest of all. They'll try getting into your mind and use your own weaknesses against you,"

Palpatine got into both of their minds, and used the very love they have in their hearts against them.

"Do not fall for it."

They both fell for it. They lost themselves and are failing the ones they love.

"They will say just about anything to toy with your emotions; they want you to become unstable. Thus, sealing their own victory."

And now Palpatine has won, he holds both of their souls in the palms of his hands. His touch; blackening them with every minute he holds them captive.

"No survivors." (y/n) uttered to Cal as they stepped into the Temple. Many of the Jedi were giving them confused glares. They didn't understand what was happening, they couldn't see the golden eyes that both of their friends held due to the hoods that shielded them of their new darkened identity. Some felt it though, they could sense darkness looming in the room and they gripped their lightsabers in preparation for defense.

Cal glanced towards (y/n) and nodded to show he understood her request, "Yes Master."

Then, both of them lifted their heads up to show their identities, to show the imminent glow their eyes held, to show that they are now victims to the darkness.

(y/n) was the first to ignite her purple blade, Cal followed with his blue. That was the signal for the members of the 419th to begin their attack.

Dax, Edge, Jimmy, and Captain Max; all of them were present, all of them were not in their right minds, all of them shed a subconscious tear at the sight of what their General and Commander has become.. but they couldn't fight what was expected of them.

Good soldiers follow orders.

One by one, the Jedi in the Temple were brought down to their knees and slain by the hands of those they believed they could trust. Betrayal flashed through the eyes of everyone (y/n) killed, but she couldn't see it for herself. Her mind wasn't truly there, her body was taken over by another as (y/n) kept her eyes closed and her thoughts remained on the man she loved.

She reminded herself that this was for him, that once this is over; she will have the power to save him from ever leaving her. Death will no longer be a fear, but a distinct fable. They will be happy, they will finally get married, and she will give him all the children he desires, because his happiness is all that matters to her now.

"What happened to you?" The words of someone who was once a friend of (y/n) awakened her inner self. She looked into her old friends eyes as she thrusted her weapon deep into their chest.

"I'm sorry." It came out as a low whisper, a whisper that was full of pain. The body of her friend fell to the ground as the blood dripped from their mouth, "But I have to keep him safe." She spun her blade in her hand as she glanced up to the chaos surrounding her.

Cal, a young Padawan with not as much experience as his opponents, was overpowering the well trained knights. She wasn't surprised in the slightest either, she knew Cal was strong the moment she met him. He was using his hatred and his anger with every act, making him a deadly foe. Much like (y/n), Cal's thoughts remained in a happy place, a place where it was just him and Ahsoka, safe and happy.

(y/n) looked away from him and stepped through the chaos, avoiding shots from blasters and cutting down anyone in her path as she made her way to a specific room.

She changed her eyes, to appear less threatening as she waltzed into the training room where a little over a dozen younglings were hiding behind chairs. They looked relieved to see her as she stood near the entrance, a single tear fell from her eye as one of them stepped forward, "Master (y/l/n), there are too many of them, what are we going to do?"

She ignited her blade causing the young human boy to jump back in fear. These children trusted her, she's trained them before, they knew her and she knew them, every single one of them by name, "Master (y/l/n)?" A little girl in the back spoke with fear in her voice as her gaze shifted to the now ignited purple weapon.

(y/n) tightened her grip as she took a deep inhale, her eyes faded into a golden color once she reminded herself why she had to do this, Anakin.

I love you my Princess.

She heard his beautiful voice in her mind and it only drove her closer to what she had to do. "I'm sorry."

So many more were taken down in order to fulfill Palpatines long awaited wish. To rid the galaxy of the Jedi and rule the galaxy with his daughter by his side. Using her as his own personal puppet to give him whatever he wants. He doesn't love her, he doesn't care for her in any way, all he cares about is what she could help him achieve. When he found years later after her little escape, he almost stole her away once more. That is, until he saw her bond with young Skywalker. That's when a better idea came to mind, something that never entered his mind before. That's when he decided he would watch her from afar, and when the time was right, he would use her own love for Skywalker against her, to plant fear into her fragile heart.

Because fear is a path to the dark side; fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, and hate leads to suffering.

He couldn't do that with Anakin, his heart was always too pure. But (y/n)'s heart had been sanded down by Palpatine in her first few years of life, she was always so fragile and throughout the past few months ,he made her even more fragile; causing her to be more susceptible to corruption.

Lilith walked out of the room that held a massacre of bodies. Bodies of the children whose lives she just took. She stood stunned as she did her best to regain her composure and push the image out of her mind. But it was near impossible when she looked down at her hands; all she could see were the tools that were used to tear them apart.

Cal, along with Captain Max and Jimmy stepped up to her, pulling her away from her dazed state, "It has been taken care of General." Max spoke to her as he eyed her broken state, on the outside he looked stone cold.

But on the inside, he was crying.

She nodded as she wiped her hands on her black cloak; trying to get rid of the memory of what she just did, "Very good Captain, keep the Temple secured, any Jedi who dare to enter besides Skywalker, Kenobi, Tano, or Yoda, will be killed on sight."

Those were the only Jedi she was told were not meant to be harmed, and that is something she believed. Which of course, was a lie. As soon as any clones sees any of those four, they are programmed now to kill them on sight without question.

But Max nor Jimmy could tell her that, the Emperor forbid her from knowing his true intentions. So he nodded, "Yes.. General."

Good soldiers follow orders.

So this was sad. Hope you liked my song choice!
Also, so since Palpatine basically stole you as a baby and isn't actually your father, who do you think your real father is?
