(Y/n) was a normal girl going to (HS/n) (High school name for those who didn't know) she only had four friends Edd, Tom, Matt and Tord. They were literally the only people that were nice to her not even her parents were this nice (you don't live with your parents in this story though) but then there were the people whose soul purpose was to torment her. It was two days before Prom and she hadn't been asked out (yet) and she was walking to her locker with her only friends "So have you guys been asked out?" You asked "Not yet" Matt said "Me either" said Tom "Dido" Edd said agreeing with Tom and Matt "I'm thinking about asking this girl out but I don't think she fells the same way" Tord said and looked down and your heart sank at his words sure you had a small crush on him wait sorry a HUGE crush on him and you just knew that the girl he wanted to ask wasn't you. "Tord how could anyone not like you" Matt said just to try to cheer him up "I don't" Tom stated " That's pretty obvious" you say sarcastically and earn a small laugh from the group "Tord you're going to be fine just ask her out and you will have your answer it's that simple" Edd says trying to give Tord confidence. It works and he says "You know what you're right Edd I'll ask her soon maybe today even". As you reach your locker you bid your friends farewell and start to unlock your locker but when you do a piece of paper falls. You quickly pick it up and it read:

Dear (Y/n),
I have a confession so just to make this short I'll get straight to the point I am in love with you and I was wondering if you would go to Prom with me. If you want to that's okay I respect your choice either way.
