Taiga opened her eyes and let a gentle yawn escape her lips. She sat up and found herself in her room. Shaking her head, she let locks of her hair fall into her face. Wasn't she somewhere last night? She lazily pulled off the sheets covering her and found she was in a dress. She squinted her eyes at her unusual attire before letting her eyes widen. The memories of the night prior flooded back into her mind much like the morning glow entering through her windows. Eating at your house, falling asleep and waking back up to hear what you said... She quickly rose to her feet and walked out of her room with a quickened pace. She opened her room door and made her way down the hall, resolved to figure out what happened. She didn't have to go far before she found you. You were exiting your room, in fact, dressed in winter attire for an outing. Phone in hand, you typed away on it casually as you walked slowly down the corridor. You were so busy looking at the phone that you nearly ran into Taiga.

Taiga: (Y/n).

you pulled your attention away from the screen to look upon the girl.

(Y/n): Look who's finally up. Did you sleep well?

You chuckled lightly.

Taiga: Was it true?

(Y/n): Hmm?

Taiga looked at the ground quietly, not finding the courage in her overly confident form to look you in the eye.

Taiga: What you said last night... 

(Y/n): That the food was good?

Taiga: No!

She grew tired of the games and looked up at you with a soft glare.

Taiga: What you said about us. About me and you.

Your eyes widened slightly as you let out a sigh. You scratched at the back of your neck and met the girl's gaze.

Taiga waited patiently. So was it true... Did you really care for her? Taiga's tired mind was a mess and if she was going to get any peace she needed to figure this out first.

(Y/n): After dinner, you fell asleep on my couch. I was terrified I would wake you up so I decided to sit on the floor, but I knew that you couldn't sleep on the couch so... I carried you to your room. 

So... it really was a dream. Taiga didn't know how to feel. she was relieved that it was so, but there was a small part of her that was disappointed in a way. Why was she disappointed? I-It had to be because this creep carried her to her room! How did he even get in?! Taiga moved to scold you but found you buried in your phone, typing away on it.

(Y/n): Could we continue this another time?

Taiga: W-What?

You walked past her and quickly moved toward the stairs.

Taiga: Where are you going?!

You stopped at the first step and turned to her with a smile. A soft blush on your cheeks.

(Y/n): I'll be late for my date.

With that, you flew down the stairs. Taiga stood there in the hallway, frozen in place by that piece of news. 

Taiga: D-Date... That creep got a date?!

You hurried along the semi-crowded sidewalk, rubbing your hands vigorously to keep them from going numb from the cold. You scanned the crowd for a specific person. Then a hand shot above the crowd and waved toward you. A smile grew on your cold features as you pushed your way forward, apologizing to people as you went. when you finally got to the person, the sight of her pink hair and rosy cheeks brought true warmth to your face.

(Y/n): Minorin!

The girl gave you a bright smile before throwing her arms around you. This sudden show of affection from the girl caused the color in your cheeks to intensify. If that wasn't bad enough, Minori leaned in and you could feel her hot breath on your ear.

Minori: (Y/n)...

Why did that sound so sultry?! You were panicking and you felt as if you were about to overheat. Minori opened her mouth to speak, but instead of another sultry tone, all you heard was chattering. 

Minori: I-It's s-s-so c-cold!

Minori was shaking lightly s her teeth chattered in your ear. You let out a sigh of relieve and looked around.

(Y/n): I-I think there is a cafe around the corner. Want to go ther-

You didn't get to finish as the girl gripped your wrist tightly and began dragging you down the street toward the haven of warmth.

Minori: So good!

The pink haired girl sipped on a cup of hot chocolate with a face of pure glee. You couldn't help but smile yourself as you casually slipped on your own cup, though not as fast as the girl, who burned her tongue multiple times.

Minori: Let me pay you back.

(Y/n): No no it's ok. I still had a bit of cash from that boss guy of yours, so just think of it as me paying you back for helping me earn a little more cash.

Minori: Oh... alright.

Her response didn't sound too enthusiastic. You both gazed out into the sky. It was a lovely day to be sure, a lovely day to be with her... you couldn't help but let out a sigh as you stared at Minori. You opened your mouth to say something but Minori cut you off.

Minori: Snow!

You followed her gaze and she was indeed correct. flurries fell from the sky and began coating the ground in a fresh coat of snow. Minori somehow managed to down her hot chocolate at inhuman speed and pulled on her jacket.

Minori: Let's go play in it!

(Y/n): I... sure!

Minori: Last one to the playground across the street will regret it!

With that, she bolted out the cafe door with a loud ding. 

(Y/n): W-Wait... regret it?

You pondered what she meant and pulled on your coat. The date was going was going swimmingly! Though... something did scare you a bit. Minori hadn't referred to it as a date once. D-Did she just want to be friends? Was she taking you out for pity? These thoughts ran through your frantic mind as you carefully navigated the street to reach the playground.

(Y/n): Minori where are... why are those kids holding snowballs?

Minori: I told you the last one would regret it.

(Y/n): I yield! I yield.

Minori: Smart choice!

You were covered in snow and cowering behind the slide. Minori was laughing smugly as she stood over you.

Minori: Good job (Y/n), you made me use 10% of my power!

(Y/n): I'll never defeat the master.

You bowed to Minori repeatedly causing her to let out a giggle. You shook the snow out of your hair and stood up, brushing the other bits of snow off your attire.

Minori: That was so much fun!

(Y/n): Yeah! Hey Minori...

Minori: Hmm?

You opened your mouth to say something, but Minori's phone went off with a ping. She reached into her pocket and apologized quietly before reading the message to herself.

Minori: Ah I have some work to do! Thank you for all the fun and hot chocolate (Y/n)!

Minori rushed off and you smiled softly and waved after her.

(Y/n): Yeah...

Suddenly, Minori stopped and started sprinting full speed back at you. You simply closed your eyes and accepted you fate knowing you could not escape Minori. You waited for the final blow, but all you were met with was a pair of lips on your cheek. You opened your eyes and saw Minori's face close to yours. She giggled lightly at your blushing face and whispered.

Minori: Thank you for the date.

With that, she actually ran off this time. Your face burned red as you reached up and softly touched the spot on your cheek where she had kissed. A big smile spread on your face as you focused on that. As you exited the park, you were so trapped at that moment that you ran into someone.

???: Ahh!

(Y/n): A-Ah!

Your larger form knocked the person down onto the pavement.

(Y/n): I-I'm so sorry! I wasn't paying attention!

You offered your hand to the person and your (E/c) eyes met her violet ones. She took your hand and pulled herself up, dusting the snow off her backside.

???: Watch where you are going next time!

(Y/n): S-Sorry.

???: Hmph.

With a glare, she walked off. the last thing you saw of her before you headed back home was her straight blue hair blowing in the breeze.
