Go! Fight! Win!

*Jack's POV*
Tonight is our first home game. I'm honestly a little nervous. I mean, we won our last couple of games, but I really want to impress Elsa. I know she probably doesn't think of me that way, but I have to try. I walked into the locker room and spotted all of my teammates, sitting around waiting for coach to come. "Where's Mr. Peck?" I asked.

"Don't know. He's never late." Charming answered. I shrugged my shoulders and sat next to him. We watched the clock tick closer and closer to 6:00. We heard the JV boys come running, happy that they won their game. Soon, they all left and we were still waiting in the locker room. Suddenly, the door banged open.

"Sorry boys! I got a little caught up." Mr. Peck apologized. He told us all of our plays tonight. We ran out onto the court and warmed up. We felt ready to take on the Cardinals. We stood on the side line and listened as they called everyone's names.

"And our Harrisburg cheerleaders! Jasmine Ali!"

"Go Bulldogs!" Jasmine cheered as she waved her pompons.

"Ariel Ocean!"

"Let's go Dawgs!" Ariel shouted as she jumped.

"Rapunzel Corona!"

"Go! Fight! Win Tonight!" Rapunzel cheered. I laughed watching her do a split in the air. She was actually pretty good.

"And now our own Harrisburg Bulldogs! Our very own senior, number 25, Henry Charming!" They announced. Charming ran out onto the court, being cheered on by everyone. "Now our juniors, number 4, Naveen Maldonia!" Naveen ran onto the court, happily waving as girls in the crowd swooned. "Number 16, Jackson Frost!" I smiled and ran next to Charming and Naveen. I heard Rapunzel cheer at the top of her lungs, followed by most of the student body. Soon, the whistle blew and I ran on the court, ready to play.

*Kristoff's POV*
"I don't think he can do this." Eugene sighed.

"Eugene, you need to have faith. I mean, just because he looks a little nervous doesn't mean he can't do it." Hiccup replied.

"Whatever, I've seen that face. He's pressuring himself to do good." Eugene argued.

"It's not that hard to shoot a basket." Merida grumbled.

"Maybe for you." Hiccup rolled his eyes.

"It's not my fault you have fish arms." Merida replied.

"Would you two knock it off and watch the game?" Elsa exclaimed.

"Elsa, do you even know the rules in basketball?" Merida asked.

"Of course, I'm not stupid. I know the rules, that doesn't mean I can actually play the game." Elsa scoffed.

"No, you're cuter." Anna giggled.

"No, I think you're cuter." Hans smiled. Ugg, I can't believe I had to sit next to Anna and Hans. It's like watching some sappy, chick flick. It's disgusting.

"Kristoff, who do you think would be a better basketball player, Hiccup or Charlotte?" Eugene asked.

"That's a tough one. Hiccup would probably trip over his own shoe laces and Charlotte hates getting sweaty so she'll walk the whole game."

"Don't forget that she'll cry when she chips her nail." Merida snorted.

"She'll just have her daddy buy out the competition so she'll automatically win." Hiccup laughed.

"Guys, don't be mean." Elsa scolded.

"Wow Elsa, you seem the really into this game." Merida smirked.

"No I'm not." Elsa denied, not taking her eyes off of the court.

"Liar." Hiccup argued.

"I'm not lying. I'm just getting my money's worth." Elsa defended.

"I think you've got a thing for Jack." Eugene smirked.

"No I don't."

"Whatever you say."

"At least I'm not staring at Rapunzel in her small, tight uniform." Elsa fired back, shutting Eugene up.

"She got you good." Hiccup chuckled.

"What, can't a guy look at his girlfriend?" Eugene questioned.

"He can. It's just disturbing when he's eyeing her like she's some piece of chocolate cake." Merida answered.

"I'm not staring her down. I'm just watching her cheer." Eugene argued.

"Sure." I scoffed, receiving a glare from Eugene.

"You're supposed to be on my side." Eugene replied though gritted teeth. I shrugged my shoulders and went back to watching the game.

"Eugene!" Rapunzel called as she ran up the bleachers.

"What are you doing?" Eugene questioned as she got closer.

"Well hello to you, too. Anyways, I have to tell you what we're doing during the next timeout." Rapunzel explained.

"What do we have to now?" Eugene whined.

"Crybaby." Rapunzel scoffed as she rolled her eyes. "Repeat everything we say."

"Repeat everything you say." Eugene replied.

"Yes."

"Yes." Eugene mimicked.

"Not now."

"Not now.

"Eugene Gregory Fitzherbert." Rapunzel scolded.

"Geez, sorry. When are we supposed to start repeating?" Eugene chuckled.

"It will go like this, "I said a boom-chick-a-boom!" Rapunzel smiled as she pointed to Eugene.

"I said a boom-chick-a-boom." Eugene replied unenthusiastically.

"Perfect. Thanks!" Rapunzel smiled as she kissed his cheek. "Did you get that Kristoff?" Rapunzel asked.

"Yeah, why?"

"I doubt he'll remember." Rapunzel snickered as she ran away. Eugene mocked her as we laughed at him. We watched Jack as he was passed the ball.

"Make the shot!" Anna shouted, making everyone turn and look at her. "What? Can't I cheer on my friend?" Anna asked. Everyone shrugged their shoulders and turned around to watching Jack.

"Shoot it! Shoot it!" Everyone started chanting. Jack shot the ball, making a three pointer. Everyone jumped up and down, screaming as we were in the lead. Jack smiled as he raced down the court. He closely guarded his opponent, making it nearly impossible for his teammates to pass him the ball. Suddenly, the opponent jabbed Jack in the side, pushing him to the ground. The crowd gasped as the referees blew their whistles.

"That will be a foul on Peter Black, number 34, from the Cardinals. That's his first foul tonight." They announced. Peter Black, one of Jack's enemies. They were close friends in grade school until Peter moved schools.

"Wait, Peter Black? Isn't that-" Eugene started.

"Yeah, the kid that lived down the street from Jack then moved. I still can't believe Peter blames his moving on Jack. It wasn't his fault Peter's parents got new jobs in Burgess." I scoffed.

"Pitch?" Anna asked.

"Peter." We replied.

"Ooo, I was thinking that was a funny coincidence. Pitch Black, like when it's super dark outside, but he wasn't lucky enough, his name's Peter." Anna rambled. The coaches called a timeout, giving Rap a chance do perform her new cheer.

"I said a boom-chick-a-boom!" Rapunzel cheered.

"I said a boom-chick-a-boom!" We responded, making everyone else watch us.

"I said a boom-chick-a-boom!" Rapunzel replied.

"I said a boom-chick-a-boom!" Everyone joined in.

"I said a boom-a-chick-a-rock-a-chick-a-rock-a-chick-a-boom!" Rapunzel smiled.

"I said a boom-a-chick-a-rock-a-chick-a-rock-a-chick-a-boom!"

"Okay." Jasmine smiled.

"Okay."

"Alright." Rapunzel grinned.

"Photographer style." Ariel cheered.

"Photographer style."

"I said a zoom-click-a-zoom!" Ariel smiled.

"I said a zoom-click-a-zoom!"

"I said zoom-click-a-zoom!" Ariel cheered.

"I said a zoom-click-a-zoom!"

"I said a zoom-a-click-a-snap-a-click-a-snap-a-click-a-zoom!" Ariel rhymed.

"I said a zoom-a-click-a-snap-a-click-a-snap-a-click-a-zoom!"

"Okay." Rapunzel smiled.

"Okay."

"Alright!" Ariel cheered.

"Alright."

"Underwater-" Jasmine started until she was cut off by the whistle. The players raced onto the court, ready for their next plays.

"So Kristoff, ready for next week?" Hans asked with Anna leaning on his shoulder.

"What's next week?" I questioned.

"You have a meet." Anna smiled.

"Oh, right. The first meet is always the easiest." I replied.

"Lucky." Eugene scoffed.

"It's not my fault you're a wrestler." I chuckled.

"It's not my fault either. I was put in it when I was like four." Eugene responded.

"Wow. I feel so bad for you. You know, I'm pretty sure you're the only one who feels that pain." Merida replied, pretending to feel sympathy for him.

"I know, you gymnasts feel our pain." Eugene huffed.

"Conditioning everyday." Elsa, Merida, and Eugene replied together.

"Eew. That sounds horrible." Anna frowned.

"There's a reason you quit when you were in the second grade." Elsa responded.

"I know. I'm extremely clumsy." Anna answered.

"You can say that again." Eugene chuckled as he rubbed his shoulder. Last week, Anna tripped down Rapunzel's stairs and fell into Eugene.

"That was an accident, Eugene." Anna defended.

"I never said it wasn't!" Eugene laughed as he put his hands up in surrender.

"You implied it." Hiccup smiled, receiving a light punch from Eugene.

"Man, Jack and Punz are missing out of the fun." I sarcastically stated.

"Yeah, I mean, I bet Rap would love being up here with Eugene always teasing her." Elsa glared.

"She doesn't mind." Eugene argued.

"It's true. She really doesn't care. She wants us to treat her like one of the boys." I informed.

"Rapunzel's too much of a girly girl to ask for that. No offense." Merida replied.

"It's true! Even ask her." Eugene responded.

"Jack has the ball! Guys, look!" Elsa gasped.

"She totally has a thing for him." Eugene whispered.

"No kidding." Hiccup and Merida replied.

*Elsa's POV*
The game ended with the Bulldogs winning! We walked down to the court to congratulate Jack on his multiple three pointers. I was so happy! I mean, I can't shoot a basket to save my life, but I can do a backflip. "Way to go, Jack!" Kristoff smiled as he patted his sweaty back.

"Thanks." Jack grinned.

"You went, you fought, and you won!" Rapunzel cheered.

"Is that supposed to be a reference to your cheers?" Jack smirked.

"Go! Fight! Win!" Eugene cheered, mimicking Rapunzel with her pompons in a high pitch voice.

"I do not sound like that, Eugene Fitzherbert." Rapunzel smiled as she took her pompons back.

"It was pretty close." Merida teased.

"Jack, when's your next game?" Hiccup asked.

"Next Tuesday." Jack answered.

"Well, I better go start the car. You coming, Rap?" Eugene asked.

"Can't you go start the car and bring it up for me? I mean, it's winter and there's snow on the ground and I'm in this thin outfit. I'll freeze to death!" Rapunzel reasoned.

"Fine. But only this time." Eugene groaned as he walked out of the gym.

"Meh, I'll just use it again him every time." Rapunzel snickered.

"Well, Hiccup and should probably go." Merida declared.

"Oh come on. It's Friday! Party at my place?" Jack offered.

"I'm down. But first I'll have to change out of this." Rapunzel agreed.

"I'm pretty Eugene doesn't care if you stay in that." Kristoff smiled.

"You guys are gross." Rapunzel blushed as he pushed Kristoff.

"You thought of it that way." Jack accused. Rapunzel rolled her eyes.

"So what are we doing?" Merida asked.

"Party at my place. Just us." Jack explained.

"Can't I bring Hans?" Anna begged.

"No." Everyone answered.

"Jerks." Anna whispered. Suddenly, Rapunzel's phone started ringing.

"Oh, it's Eugene. He's probably freaking out." Rapunzel chuckled.

"Put him on speaker." I smiled. Rapunzel nodded and answered the call.

"Hello?" Rapunzel replied.

"Rapunzel. Where are you?"

"I'm still in the gym."

"We'll get your butt out here. It's absolutely freezing out here."

"I mean, it's not like we live in the Midwest where it's cold in the winter."

"Don't tell me what I already know." Eugene laughed.

"With that kind do attitude I guess we won't go to the party." Rapunzel threatened.

"Party?"

"Yeah."

"Where?"

"Jack's." Rapunzel answered followed by silence. "You still there?"

"First we'll drop you off at your house so you can change, then we'll drive over there." Eugene explained.

"Works for me."

"The sooner you get out here the sooner we can leave." Eugene rushed. Rapunzel covered the phone so she could speak to us.

"Bye guys!" Rapunzel smiled as she switch her phone off of speaker phone. "We can't even be there until Jack gets there." Rapunzel argued as she walked out of the gym.

"Let's go Hiccup." Merida smiled as she pulled Hiccup's arm. "See you at your house!" Merida called behind them.

"Hans is going to give me a ride. See you guys there!" Anna smiled.

"Bye Jack. See you later." Kristoff waved as he walked away, leaving me and Jack alone.

"So, you played well tonight." I stated.

"Thanks. You know, I did it for you." Jack blushed.

"For me? Why me? I'm just a loser." I stuttered.

"Elsa, you're not a loser." Jack scoffed.

"Yes I am. I mean, look at me compared to Tonya or Rapunzel. I'm nothing in compare." I argued.

"You're right. Tonya's a snobby ex trying to get back together with me and Rapunzel's like my little sister. You're nothing in compare. You're nothing like either one of them. But I like you." Jack replied.

"Like, as in a friend?" I asked.

"No like, like you like you." Jack blushed.

"I like you like you, too." I replied. Immediately, my lips were brought to another set. I was surprised, trying to back away, but I was pulled in. Eventually, I feel in sync.

"Sorry." Jack answered as he let go.

"It's okay. I actually didn't mind it." I blushed.

"See you at my place." Jack smiled as he walked towards the locker room.
