What can I say that hasn't already been said about him. He's an idiot, but he is an endearing one. The type of person you would report a genocide to. He doesn't ask any important questions and he chooses to focus on the fact that you broke a nail during the entire ordeal, then offer you a place to stay. Best character. Number 17 on the chart for a reason.

Now Fanfiction wise, he is everything you want in a character.
