"Ocean. Get off that rock. Your mom called and said tonight you couldnt stay" Monica said a little sad. "Awh. Alright" I said.

-At home-
"Im home!" I yelled to my mom. "Alright. Do you want chick-fill-a for dinner?" My mom asked. "Yeah. Sure" I said walking upstairs. I got on my phone and texted colby.

"hey. You okay? You seemed kind of upset earlier" I said depending if I should send it or not.

I turned my phone off and tried to make my mind up but instead I fell asleep. I was so tired.

Colby's POV:
"Dude. Ocean hasn't texted me" I said talking to jake. "Who...is ocean?" Jake said giving me a concerned look while closing the fridge. "Well... Ocean is a girl I met at the mall. Just a day ago and bro... I feel like she is perfect...you know?" I said playing with a bottle cap. "Well yeah... I only had that feeling once with a girl" jake said giving me a brownie. "Thanks... But like... I dont know how to explain it. She is perfect... I like her after just one day... and things don't even feel off" I said taking a sip from my water. Jake just patted my back and walked away.

Ocean's POV:
-the next day-

I got up out of bed and the first thing I did was brush my teeth. I decided to send the text to colby but of course I had to fix it up a bit. "Hey, you seemed a bit upset yesterday" I said sending it.
Then my phone beeped.

"No, im not upset. I was just wandering why you seemed upset"
"Oh" I said.
"can we meet up tonight? You know. Get to know each other a little more :)"
He said. I couldn't help but smile but I couldn't. If my mom found out or my dad they would kill me.
"Colby I can't :( my parents would kill me" I replied nervously. I didn't want him finding out my age. I feel like he would abandon me.
"How old are you ocean?" He finally asked. My heart dropped.
"15" (Or however old you are lol)

Colby's POV:
"Fifteen!?" I yelled and the whole trap house heard me. "Fifteen?" Sam asked walking in my room. "Dude, ocean is Fifteen" I said unable to believe it. "Woah dude that doesn't sound right. 15 year old girl and a 21 year old dude" Sam said.

Oceans POV:
I didn't get a respond back for about ten minutes and I thought I was never gonna get one again until my phone chimed.

"Ocean I just wanna tell you that age matters but sometimes it doesn't" was all he said. What? I thought to myself.

-the next day-
I felt bad for not answering Colby yesterday so I just sent him a good morning text.

"Can we meet up so we can talk?" Was the response I got back. "Idk how"

Since my mom was running a late shift that night at work I decided to meet colby without her permission. If my mom or dad finds out I'm hanging out with a 21 year old stranger at night me and him would be dead. Especially me...

-That night-
It was around 7pm and my mom was just leaving. I sent colby my address as soon as the coast was clear and I waited.

-twenty minutes later-
I heard a knock at my door and opened it to a cute boy smiling. "Hey" he said with his hands in his pockets smiling. "Hey" I said. "What do you want to do tonight?" He asked taking his pockets out of his hands. "Watch the stars... Talk about random things" I said shrugging. "Whatever floats your boat" he said smiling and holding the door open for me to walk out. I knew he secretly loved my idea. I got in his Corolla and we started driving toward Hollywood. "I'm not allowed this way" I said kind of scared of what We could run into. "Why not" he said smirking not looking at me. Which made my heart melt. "Well my parents say stuff like murders and robberies happen around here." I said looking down at my phone anxiously.

"Why do you keep looking at your phone? It's okay" He said. "I guess" I said knowing damn well I was scared. After driving for about ten minutes we ended up at Santa Monica Pier. "You didn't tell me we were coming all the way out here" I said unlocking my seatbelt and getting out the car.

"Well u said you wanted to talk and see the stars. What's more perfect than being on a fairest wheel, watching the stars and hearing the waves of the ocean?" He asked smiling. "Nothing I guess. Sounds perfect to me" I said smiling back.

"So Colby... Or Cole, whats your middle name?" I asked him nudging his sholdure with mine. "Robert" he said kind of embarrassed. "Dont be embarrassed" I said joking around. "Well I am" he said smiling. We finally got to the fairest wheel. I have to admit... He is gorgeous, has ocean blue eyes, he's tall and has the perfect shade of brown for his hair... I really like him... But after one day?!.... How...

"Do you believe in true love?" I blurted out. "Yeah" he said. "Me too. " I said just looking below us and then we randomly jerked back. "What the hell?" He said looking down. "The ride broke down!" The man below said flipping some switched and pressing buttons. "Oh great. My mom gets home at 1am and if I'm not home by then she will kill me and-" I said freaking out and talking too fast. Then he kissed me.

I was so shocked all I did was look at him when we were done. "Sorry I-" he said scratching the back of his neck. "Colby" in said smiling. "Yeah?"

"It's okay" I said laughing and he laughed too. "I was scared for a second" he said nervously

"So ocean. What do you look for in a guy?" He asked so bluntly. "Well... Pretty eyes, tall, cute, loves me for who I am, has a talent or a platform and that's basically it. Oh! And he like what I like most of the time" I said looking back down to see if somebody was working on fixing the fairest wheel.

"Well... Cute" he said looking at the ground again too. "It has been nice hanging out with you" I said looking at him again and he looked at me. I looked into his blue eyes and couldnt help but stare. And he did the same...

"You know. If I have the chance. I want to hang out again" he said.

I didn't say anything about hanging out again because I don't think it was ever possible. "I need to get home soon colby. My mom will be home in an hour" I said getting nervous because the ride was broken.

"Can somebody please hurry!?" Colby yelled to the guy below us. They ended up having to get us down with a ladder.

-10 minutes later-
"That was crazy" I said laughing as we walked to his car. "Yeah" He said smiling. When we got to the car colby drove as fast as he could but of course safely as I looked out the window praying I make it home in time.

-At home-
"Thank you colby for taking me out" I said smiling to him. "Hopefully we can do it again" I said smiling as I opened the car door. "Bye Ocean" He said before he pulled out the drive way.

About twenty minutes go by before my mom got home and my dad gets home in about an hour from now.

I feel something with colby, i feel safe and happy when I'm around him. He makes me feel a feeling I havent ever felt with other crushes before.

Colby's POV:
Her green eyes had me starring. I could look at them forever. "Ocean, this may be too soon and I'm no coward so im gonna say it... I have a crush on you and I dont know how to feel about this because of our age" but I deleted the text. I couldn't send something like that...
