Personality: he's very nice, and easily concerned for his niece.
Backstory: Uncle of Hope Everheart, baby brother of the late Cadoc Everheart, father of Marius Everheart. Cadoc and Lilith drown at sea on their way home from a trip, Lucien took in his niece who was seven at the time. He grew very close to her. When she went missing when she was eleven, he waited a year for her to be found... Until be assumed she was dead and moved out. She popped up again when she was thirteen, and he was thrilled. Yet sense she had Rosalyn, she didn't move back in with him. Lucien has tried many times to talk to his niece about what happens, but every time he asks, she runs off with tears in her eyes. He's asked Rosalyn before, but she replied that Lady Hope simply wasn't ready for him to know. He asked Alois and Alois just said "something bad, obviously."
