His hyungs didn't bother to try and fight him in this matter because even in their own heads this is what they want, give her something that will finally set her free from the misery she's been feeling. They didn't want to have to keep her in the marriage just because they guilt tripped her into it because Jungkook lost his memories.

"If that's what you want....we won't fight you..." Jin stands up patting the younger ones back.

Taehyung somehow was confused, whether this is a good thing or not, once they're divorced the girl he loves will be finally free but its not like he can do anything to pursue her its just pure wrong...But once they're divorced there's no reason for them to see y/n anymore and they'd be lucky enough if she even lets them see hani.

~Few days later~

Y/N pov

I woke up from hani smothering me with kisses in bed. I smiled as I pulled her into my embrace. As I checked the time I realised its time to open the cafe.

Ever since we moved here I opened up a small cafe in this small town we lived in, the cafe is doing good because we're the only one here that serves American cuisine from time to time. Joo-hyuk works here too and he's my barista actually.

I made hani breakfast and once she was done I washed her and dressed her. "Eomma..."

"Hm?" I answered as I prepared my clothes for the day.

"When will I see Appa again?" I looked back at her and she's lying on her stomach on the bed as she looks at the picture. How can she still want to see him even after what he did at the park.

"You still want to?" I sat in front of her as she sits up.

"Uh huh!" She nodded her head while smiling brightly.

Im sorry hani....but it's your Appa who doesn't even want to see you.... How can a man just walk away like that in front of his child?!?

3rd person pov

Jungkook and his hyungs has been walking around looking for a cafe that is managed by y/n. Jungkook found this out from his lawyer after they talked about the divorce and how it can be down smoothly and quick.

"Jungkook-ah are you sure this is the area?" Yoongi whos grown tired asked the younger one.

"Yes..." Just as he answers they stumble upon the small blue cafe in front of a park.

"Is that it?" Taehyung asks but Jungkook seemed to be lost in words as he looks further into the building and sees the girl he's been longing to see inside serving people. They all follow his gaze and they finally saw her.

Namjoon, Hoseok and Yoongi who hasn't seen her yet felt so happy and sad at the same time. Knowing that even if they're happy to see her she clearly wouldn't be.

"I think....its best...if Jungkook goes in himself..." Jimin tells the rest having a bunch of complaints from the three who just finally got to see her and now wants to hear her voice.

"If we all go in...that'll be like a bomb! She's at her work place! And plus..Look!" Jimin points in the cafe to show that at the end of the counter sits a little girl just laughing and playing around with the barista.

"Hani..." Taehyung mumbles to himself.

"She's only a child and if we all go in she'll kick us all out and hani will ask questions and she'll be stuck unable to answer them!" Jimin drags his hyungs away into the park leaving Jungkook....Jungshook.

"Joo-hyuk-ah! Stop playing with hani and serve people!" Y/N asks him softly while working the tables and the people who knows them three thinks that they're a married couple with a child. Joo-hyuk doesn't basically deny them in fact he encourages people to keep saying them especially in front of y/n to show her that they're perfect for each other.

The bell rings when the small cafe door is opened by the customers. Y/N left the counter and made her way towards the door to greet the people.
"Hi! How may I he-"
She stood idle and shocked at the person in front of her and drops the tray she was holding making a big clattering sound.

Joo-hyuk went straight to her side and looked at what happened. " Are you okay?" But he didn't receive a response. He looks at the guy in front whos in front of them two. "Jungkook?" He recognised his face from the picture hani keeps on showing him and that day at the park.

Jungkook  glares at him finally taking his eyes off of y/n. Not knowing who this guy was but seemed to know him made him angry. "Who are you?!" Jungkook turns his whole body to face him.

Joo-hyuk scoffed at his tone feeling himself get angry too. " Joo-hyuk! Y/N boyfriend!"

"Yah!" Y/N finally speaks hearing the lie come out of Joo-hyuk.

Jungkook chuckles at him coming closer to his face intimidating him.
"I don't think so!"

"And who do you think you are to just barge in here Huh?!?" Joo-hyuk spat back at him.

"Im her husband!"
