Marinette was whisking cookie dough in a bowl as Adrien hugged her from behind. Taking a quick dip every time Marinette looked away. But this time she caught him red handed.
"Adrien!" She exclaimed, slapping his hands away gently. "No wonder why the mix is almost gone!" Adrien only licked the remaining dough in his finger, smirking playfully.
"Oh wait, you have some here." Adrien laughed mischievously, pressing his lips on her cheek, licking the dough off her cheek.
"A-Adrien!" She blushed a tint of red as he pulled away.
"Couldn't help myself." He shrugged. Marinette rolled her eyes and turned to the cookie dough again.
Or what was left.
"Hey are you alright? You're really moody lately..." He placed his chin on her shoulder as Marinette laughed nervously.
"Me? Better than ever, that reminds me, can you check the oven for me please?" She said, trying to hide the smile her lips were forming.
"Sure, M'lady." He planted a kiss on his wife's temple before walking to the oven. But when he opened it only confusion was painted on his face.
"There's just bun in the oven." He frowned.
Turning to Marinette who eyes glowed like stars, her hands over her flat belly as she nodded softly. Adrien gasped and ran towards Marinette, smacking their body's together. "Are you serious?!" He exclaimed, spinning marinette around happily. When he placed her down, Adrien attacked her with kisses, lips cheeks. Pecking them both. "But how?!"
"Apparently, my tests was wrong..." She said softly as Adrien sat with her on the couch, his hands wrapped around her, hugging her in excitement.
"And this time is all yours, from head to toe." Marinette placed a warm, loving kiss on his cheek. To then rest her head on his chest. "I can't believe it." He mumbled in shock.
"Believe it kitty since she or he is right here." Marinette grabbed his hand and placed it on her flat belly, for now.
A tear of joy rolled down his cheek, "Thank you Mari." He snuggled his face on her neck.
"For?"
"For making me the happiest man alive once again."
And it all was sealed with a long, warm kiss.

"Where's that stupid cat?!" Marinette yelled in pain, gripping to the sides of the hospital bed, soaked in sweat, breathing heavily. The nurses trying to calm her down, Sabine trying to do the same.
"Honey, he's probably on his way." Sabine comforted, gently rubbing her daughter's back. Then a little kitty cat pulled her dressed, Sabine looked down to find a pair of grey concerned eyes.
"Maman okay?" She looked up her gramma, tearing up with her lips wobbling.
"Oh dear," Sabine picked up Manon in awe, "She is fine sugarcube, go on, grab her hand." Sabine came closer to Marinette with Manon. Marinette smiled weakly and extended hand towards Manon which she grabbed gently. She smiled warmly, even though marinette was in a horrible pain, she was moved by cute little "Mother and daughter" moment.
"Sweetie we need to start pushing, okay?" the doctor asked as he looked up her. Which she quickly shook her head in disagreement.
"No, No, I can't, I need Adrien.." Marinette looked up to her mom worried, then to the doctor. "I need my husband!"
"9 centimeters!" The nurse exclaimed followed by Marinette's scream of pain.

"I'm late, I'm late, I'm so late!" Adrien mumbled desperately, running through hospital's hallways. Looking for room 273, though it wasn't hard to find it since the screams of Marinette led him to it. His heart was beating faster at the thought of the brith, this time the baby was his, all his.
As much as he wanted to smile, he couldn't because of Marinette's screams of pain, they broke his heart.
"We cannot wait anymore..-" The doctor was interrupted by the door slamming as Adrien ran towards Marinette.
"I'm here m'lady! I'm here!" He said softly, taking her hand which she grabbed and cracked instantly. "Damm it!" He mumbled, he felt how his hand cracked as she kept tighten the grip on him.
"Where were you!?" Marinette cried in pain, her voice shake as she spoke.
"That's not important right now princess, concentrate in pushing okay?" His arms traveled around her waist as his lips found their way to her cheek, pressing warm, loving kiss.
But their gazes turn to the worried look of the doctor, the nurses ran in and out, turning off the machines.
"Mrs. Agreste and Mr. Agreste, something change. We will have to do a C- section."
Marinette looked up to Adrien with that look that broke his heart, salty tears mixed with concern. Fear started to run through his body but he shook it off.
"A-Alright.. we will do it."
Just then Adrien was gently pushed back by nurse who now stood around Marinette. A brunette placed an oxygen mask over Marinette's mouth, other injected her medicines for the pain and to make her sleepy.
As the Marinette breathe the oxygen of the mask and the medicines traveling through her body, her eyes started to close slowly, her last look being something that destroyed Adrien's heart. Her hand slipped through his fingers, falling back lifeless.
Instantly the nurses pulled the stretcher out of the room, leaving towards the emergency area.
"Hey man, wow-.." Nino trailed off when the stretcher with Marinette passed in front of him, his eyes looking into Adrien's, wanting answers. "What happened?!"
"C- section." Adrien answered coldly, not begin able to develop any other answer. Nino opened his mouth yet words stumble upon his throat. He could only pat his back, simple act, major meaning.
"How's Alya?" Adrien blurted out suddenly, breaking the silence that was supposed be filled with cries of a new born. "Besides the fact that she just gave birth, I'll say grumpy, tired but happy... They're sleeping." Nino answered, he couldn't help the smile creep on his lips and that warm feeling of being a father tickling his body.
"That's good, I'm happy for you." Adrien smiled weakly, he wasn't jealous, he was worried.
He sat outside of the surgery room beside a coffee machine, he ran his fingers through his blonde hair, thinking as positive as he could. Adrien was now alone, Nino had to leave after Alya's call. Leaving him alone with his thoughts but a nurse bursted out the door, her clothes covered in blood though her face showed happiness.
"It's a girl." She squealed, letting Adrien pass inside.
As he came closer the cries of a new born were clearly heard, his soul came back to his body again, his heart now beat calmly. When he entered , a tired bluenette held a tiny, rosy baby. Tears were welled in Marinette's eyes, looking at her daughter with admiration and love. Adrien felt the hot tears forming in his eyes, threatened to escape. He quickly wrapped his arm around Marinette, attacking her cheeks with kisses of thankfulness.
"She's beautiful isn't she?" Marinette asked Adrien whose face was buried on her neck.
"She sure is."
"What about me?" Manon stood on door, her eyes only showed disdain and jealously.
"You're beautiful too princess." Adrien cupped Manon on her arm, she couldn't help but to chuckle and purr against her father's chest.
"You're all my gorgeous princess." He placed a kiss on manon's cheek and hugged Marinette.
For once his puzzle was complete.
