Kakashi POV

Ugh... Obito...

He was yelling his head off to Minato about a higher rank mission, "for once I agree with him."

"What?" "Sensei, I'm a chunin. I think I'll be able to handle an C rank mission." "I guess, so." We walked toward the Hokage office, he greeted us with a smile. "Hello Minato, what are you here for?" "We are to request a higher rank mission." He seemed upset  about asking the Hokage this, "Alright, here's the information." Minato sensei, was handed a couple pieces of paper. We wlked out of the room while sensei was explaining our mission. "Hn, sounds easy enough." "Kakashi, don't be to quick to judge. Who knows, it might be harder than it seems."

I walked along the pier, thinking of my father...

Flashback

I saw my father walking to the park entrance, "Dad!" I yelled , I jumped into his arms. He seemed   to have the brightest smile worn on his face, "Well my little son, you seem happy today!" "Father! I beat the Uchiha kid again! He has no idea how weak he is!" I snikred, "Well my son, you can't judge others by thier lack of abillity." I was confused, the only  way to to know someone was by how they looked and acted right?

"Father, I'm confused by what you mean?"  " Hmm, well why don't show you."  He lead me to the peir, the sun was going to set, and the sky was a lovely orange. "Look, do you see that." He pointed to the sky, "Son the sky is usaully blue, correct?" "Yes father, but how does this relate to what you're say-" "Shh, listen. When the sun sets the sky turns into a rainbow of life. So when you think something might be normal, it can secretly be something beautiful." 

He spoke to me with the softest smile, "How do you think I meet your mother?" I didn't understand. Why would he bring up mom in this conversation,  was he talking about love?
