We've been home from Jamaica for about a week now, I was happy because although I had fun I missed my bed and my pregnancy pillow.

In a few weeks I will be 28 weeks pregnant meaning it was time to start planning my baby shower. Juri, Ri, and Mani were on their way over so that we could get started.

I can't believe that in almost 2 months I will be a mommy. To think I use to never want kids. Now every morning I wake up I thank God for my peanut. Luckie walked into the room looking handsome as fuck with his haircut.

"Ooouuuu baby you looking so fine" I smiled and walked over to him wrapping my arms around his neck.

Chuckling he said; "thank you ma, you looking good too"

I smacked my teeth; "now why you lying, I look like a damn Beluga whale" I pouted.

"Well I guess you look like a sexy Beluga then" he shrugged. I popped him upside his head.

"Make me slap you" I laughed.

"I'm saying, I'm just agreeing with what you said" he laughed while walking into his closet. He began to pull some clothes out.

"Where you going?"

"Finna meet up with the fellas, we going to chill at Jas hookah lounge for a lil minute. Is it cool?"

"Yes baby, the girls are coming over to help me plan for the baby shower anyways."

"Bet, let me know how much everything gonna be so we can go ahead and pay for it" he stated as he walked into the bathroom to shower. I followed right behind him.

"K what date do you want me to set it for?"

"Whatever date baby, just let me know so I can let Tango know not to book any shows for that week."

"Okay I was thinking maybe September 15, that would be my 7 month mark" I told him as I sat on the toilet continuing to talk to him as he washed his body. I was tempted to step into the shower with him but my legs were still sore from this morning. So I just decided to enjoy the view.

"That's cool with me ma" he said loud enough for me to hear over the running water.

"Kk" I smiled and got up to go get in the bed, I was tired all of a sudden. 20 minutes later Luckie came out of the bathroom with nothing on but a towel. I instantly bit down on my bottom lip, being pregnant was the devil. My hormones were going crazy.

"Don't write a check you can't cash" he chuckled as he caught me staring at him.

"Whatever nigga, you ain't even all that with ya bright ass" I blushed.

"Yea yea, lie again" he replied as he got dressed. I watched his every move, just admiring my man. Although shit was rocky in the beginning of my pregnancy, I must say that now he's truly gone back to the man I fell in love with.

I know I should be running for the hills since he cheated, but it was his first major fuck up so I told myself that if he truly changes I'd be willing to ride this thing out. Plus I didn't want my son growing up in a broken home like I did. I wanted him to have both parents and to experience what it was like to see true love.

I needed Luckie to show our son what it meant to truly be a man and how to treat a woman. Don't get it twisted, I'm not these dumb hoes that will just keep running back to a nigga after he cheats multiple times. Nope not I Popeye, this ain't that type of party.

He already knows that you get one and ya done, so he got one chance to show me that he ain't with the fucks shit. The moment I even get a twinge of a feeling that he fucking around I'm out, and I'm taking my son with me. I'll be damned if I let him corrupt my baby.

"Toya did you hear me?" Luckie asked breaking my train of thought.

"Huh?" I said looking at him with furrowed eyebrows.

"What you was thinking about?"

"Nothing, what's up, what did you say?"

"I asked have you came up with a name yet for my son?"

"Yes" I smiled; "I was thinking Israel Xavier"

He nodded,"I like that, you giving him my last name or yours?" I stale faced him.

"Yours dummy, what kind of question is that"

He shrugged; "I'm just making sure, Israel Xavier Smith. I like that, it flows well'

"Good" I smiled

"Ok I'm finna head out, I'm not gonna be out late. Imma call you and you better answer" he walked over to me kissing my lips.

"Mmm" I moaned out.

He chuckled; "this pregnancy got you horny then a motherfucker. I'll handle that when I get home though, don't worry" he said kissing me one more time and tapping my ass.

"I love you"

"I love you more "

"I love you forever" he replied.

"Forever and ever?" I asked

"Forever and ever ma"

I blushed; "Okay baby go ahead before I change my mind about letting you go"

He chuckled; "Okay bae." He left out of the room and about a minute later I heard him disarming and rearming the alarm.

Later that night

The girls had arrived about an hour ago and baby shower planning was in full affect. "Okay so Ri you will be hosting, Juri you are in charge of games, and Mani you are in charge of decorations. We will all do the food." I stated as I check marked everything on the list.

"So we're playing; "Don't Say Baby", "Who knows Mommy Best?", "Baby Bingo", "Dirty Diapers", and "Baby Items in the Bag." That sounds good?" Juri asked.

"Perfect!" I smiled.

"And I have sky blue, white, and grey balloons, elephant decorations, two dessert tables, and 10 round tables that sit 10 people. Correct?" Mani asked.

"Yes" I nodded smiling.

"You want everyone to wear shades of blue and also white. Right?" Kiari asked jotting down notes in her notepad.

"Yes!" I smiled big. I was so excited for the baby shower. Knowing our family this was finna be the most classiest, ratchet baby shower ever. I giggled at the thought. I could see us now twerking to City Girls and the niggas leaving to go smoke.

"Okay let's start on this menu" I said. "I wanna do meatballs, finger sandwiches, tuna and crackers, buffalo chicken dip with Nacho cheese Doritos, and wings (hot, mild, teriyaki, honey bbq, lemon pepper)."

"Sounds good" the girls said in unison.

"Okay now that that's done, let's talk about this plan to get Kilobyte" Imani stated as she grabbed our planners and placed them on the coffee table.

"I'm not trying to hold her or none like that. Just when we catch her slipping we take that chance." Ri stated.

"Cool with me, I was ready to body her bro in Jamaica. Just give me the nod and the bitch is history" Mani shrugged. Juri and I just sat quietly listening to them plan because we both knew our men would lock us in our houses and throw away the keys if they found out we were trying to get in on the plan while we were pregnant.

"Jas them know where she be so I'm really just trying to run up in her spot and catch her like that." Kiari shrugged.

"That's cool with me, just let me know when you trying to go." Imani replied.

2 weeks later (Baby shower day)

Today was the baby shower and I was so moody. Luckie walked into the room half dressed and look at me; "what's wrong mama"

"I feel so fat" I pouted. "I don't wanna do this, cancel everything" I said as tears welled up in my eyes.

"Toya we already paid for it, everybody already getting ready to head there, come on. If you get there and you still wanna leave, we will leave." He said as he kissed my lips.

I bit his bottom lip asking for entrance and he obliged. We kissed passionately before he laid me back onto the bed. I silently thanked God because this is all I wanted.

He kissed down my body, showing extra love to my belly. He trailed his kisses further to my waxed womanhood. As he flicked his tongue over my clit I squirmed. Placing two fingers into me, he curved them upward searching for my spot.

"Isaiah" I moaned out.

"Hhmmmm" he hummed into me sending my hormones into overdrive. Before I knew it I was releasing all over the place. "Damn Toya" he groaned as he stood, licking his lips.

He dropped his pants and boxers allowing his dick to spring out. I rolled over to my side so that we could do over favorite position. He laid behind me and used one arm to hold my leg up as he slipped into me.

He begin to stroke slowly into me. "This all you wanted huh?" he asked in a husky voice. "Yes daddy" I moaned out softly.

I threw my ass back matching his rhythm. He reached around my lower stomach to play with my clit. I was experiencing so much pleasure at one time that tears formed in my eyes. "Oh God." I moaned.

After we finished we both stepped into the shower and washed each other's body. We stepped out 20 minutes later and got dressed. Luckie dressed in a dark blue shirt, black jeans, and dark blue shoes to match the shirt. I dressed in a light blue long sleeved dress that fit me perfectly.

"You look beautiful baby" Luckie said as he kissed my lips. "Thank you , you look handsome too"

We exited the house and walked into the garage. "Black Wraith today baby" I said.

He chuckled; "Every time we ride together you think you gotta choose the car we ride in huh?"

"Yes, yes I do" I smiled. He grabbed the keys and opened the door for me. "Thank you"

"Welcome." He went around and got it, cranking the car up, and lifting the garage. We pulled out and headed towards the baby shower.

20 minutes later we pulled up, exited the car and walked inside. When I stepped into the venue a smile instantly displayed on my face. Everything was perfect and just the way I visioned it, my girls did the damn thing!

I walked over to the throne and took my seat. "Okay let's get started" Ri spoke into the mic. "We will begin by passing out these paper clips, everyone gets one. Starting now if you say the word baby, your clip can be taken. Whoever has the most paper clips at the end of the shower wins the grand prize."

She passed a small basket around that had baby blue clips inside and each person grabbed one clipping it to their shirt.

"Now we will begin the first game, Baby Bingo" Juri stated as she walked around passing out the game boards to all the guests. Everyone from Luckie's family was here; their mom, aunts, cousins, and his friends.

I was kind of sad that my family wasn't here but I shook it off. That was nothing new though.

We played all the games, ate, laughed, danced, and of course the niggas left to smoke as I predicted. Now it was time to open gifts. Mani stood next to us and passed us gifts to open.

It took 30 minutes to get through all the gifts. There was everything from bottles, binkies, bibs, onesies, outfits, 10 cases of diapers ranging from all different sizes, 5 cases of wipes, toys, everything.

"Thank you guise for coming out and helping celebrate my peanut." I stated as I stood up from my seat. "This means the world to me, and I don't think words can describe the warm feeling I have right now. I love you all" I smiled as tears formed in my eyes.

Luckie stepped closer to me and wrapped his arms around me from behind, kissing my cheek, instantly calming me down. I smiled and handed the mic to him.

"Like she said, thank y'all for coming out and helping us celebrate my son. Thank y'all for also always welcoming Toya with open arms every since she was a little girl. I remember when we was kids I would fuck with her all the time when she came over. At first I just liked fucking with her then eventually I fell in love with her." I smiled at him.

"Thank you LaToya for taking me back when I betrayed your trust, thank you for giving me the opportunity to be the man I know I can be for y'all." He kissed my lips; "thank you for giving me my son"

That was it, I was crying like a damn baby now. I didn't even care about my make up at this point. "Thank you baby" I said softly as he wiped my eyes.

Luckie and the guys took all the gifts to the cars as the girls begin to clean up. I sat my fat ass right in that chair because I felt as if I was about to explode. I definitely ate too much food.

As I was rubbing my belly I begin to hear a commotion outside. I was just gonna sit there and mind my business until I heard my girls.

"Bitch got some nerve" Juri said as she walked back into the room and grabbed her purse. I already knew what that meant. I raised from my seat to go see what was going on. As I stepped outside the scene before me could only be described as a hot ass mess. Whew Chile.

Juri had her gun resting in her hand as it was glued to the side of her leg while Tango had her wrapped in a bear hug, whispering in her ear.

Ri was being grabbed out of mid air as if she was jumping to hit the person everyone was focused on.

Before anybody could do anything Imani pulled her gun from the back of her pants and fired two shots into the head of........

First of all , this chapter long as shit. This book is probably about to come to an end because I am kind of running out of ideas.

BUT I will be doing a sequel; on what 🤔 IDK 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have y'all ideas so I will try to come up with some stuff to fall in line with them.
