I was sitting in my office going through resumes to find a new weekend bartender since Jaslyn ass quit.

That was her best bet because had Toya came up here one day and saw her, all hell would've broke loose.

I was gonna fire her ass anyways but after that day she had never came back. I was reviewing like the 20th resume when my phone rung. I looked at the caller Id and saw that it was Ri.

"What's up mama"

MyQueen👑: "Baby I need you to come here to the spot right now" she whispered.

I sat up straight because I could hear in her voice that something was wrong.

"What's going on ma" I asked raising from my desk and proceeding to the door. I heard what sounded like gunshots and begin to pick up my pace.

"Kiari, talk to me! What's going on?"

MyQueen👑: "It sounds like somebody just kicked the door in. Ced was upstairs prepping, I don't know if he shot or not. I don't know what's going on" she rushed out.

"Ri look" I heard Jurianna say in the background; it got quiet for a minute.

MyQueen👑: "Baby we see men walking around the back of the house like they looking for something"

"Look I'm on my way, imma hit Tango too. Stay where y'all at and don't leave out" I was damn near on two wheels pulling out of the parking lot.

MyQueen👑: "I cant believe we was caught slipping like this" she sighed.

"This why I just wanted to kill her ass but nnooo y'all had to go be Charlie's Angels and shit"

MyQueen👑: "Jasper do not piss me off more than I already am, I know what should've been done."

"I'm just saying" I shrugged "I told you to just let me kill the crazy bitch"

MyQueen👑: "you know what-"

I heard a click. I looked at the phone.

"I know this motherfucker didn't just hang up in my face"

Imma let her have that shit because I know she pissed right now. I called Tango to have him meet me at the spot. The phone rung two times before he answered;

Tango🎹🎶: "Speak"

"Aye cuz meet me at the spot, some shit done went on and Ri & Juri there with one of my security guys"

I heard shuffling on the other end.

Tango🎹🎶: "What type of shit, I'm on the way now"

"Ion know exactly but I'm finna call Jase too so he can pull up with some niggas"

Tango🎹🎶: "Bet, I'll be there in like 5 to 10 minutes"

"Aight"

We ended our call and I called Jase to have him meet me too. I tried calling Ri back but her ass sent me to voicemail. I called back 3 more times to get the same results.

"She gone make me lose my mind with this fucking attitude" I said to myself.

15 minutes later I was pulling up to the spot. Once I pulled up the only thing that seemed out of the ordinary was the front door being kicked in.

What the fuck. I thought as I approached the door. Tango and Jase were both pulling up with 2 big suburbans behind them full of soldiers.

"What the fuck happened here" was the first thing they both said as they approached me.

"Ri say Ced was upstairs finna clean Keasia up while they prepped the basement. Next then you know they heard a loud crashing sound. While I was on the phone with her I hear gun shots-"

I couldn't even get everything out before they both charged into the house searching for the girls.

Half the men went upstairs the other half went downstairs. I followed them to the basement seeing Ced laid out bleeding from bullet wounds. I said a silent prayer and did a cross across my chest and walked through the door. When I walked in Ri and Jurianna were pacing the floor looking mad as hell.

"Kiar-"

"Don't say shit to me Jasper" she said not even looking in my direction.

I mugged her ass. "I ain't did shit to your ass for you to be getting mad at me"

She gave me the same mug back; "You talking shit, talking about what I should've let you do. Nigga I didn't need you to do shit. It's yo damn fault I'm in this shit with this Baby Bop built ass hoe."

I just stared at her as she continued to go off.

"Had you killed the bitch when she first popped up to ya house, after she slashed my fucking tires, or even when she was sending dead shit to my house; we wouldn't be here. Now the bitch gone. And yo pussy ass security ain't worth shit with his dead ass. You know what-"

"Yo shut the hell up" I said rubbing my temples. She was just talking out the side of her fucking neck. Shit was pissing me off. Ion know who she thought I was. I ain't Max bitch ass, she ain't gone talk to me like she talked to that bitch boy.

She stared at me intently

"Fuck you!" She begin to leave the room; "the bitch got away, so when you find her go ahead and do whatever it is you wanna do, but imma tell you this. Let the bitch fuck with me again and imma simply beat ya ass since you wanna say what I should've let you do."

With that she exited the basement with Juri trailing her. I ran my hand down my face and blew out a hard breath.

"Aye bro I had my men clean the body up. We will torch the house once we leave" Jase said coming to stand next to me.

"Aight. We need to have a meeting. It's only one person I know that could've pulled this shit off like this and got away with it"

"Who?" Tango and Jase said at the same time.

"Jaron, Jaslyn brother. He bought as connected as us so somebody had to drop the ball" I replied walking out the basement and up the stairs.

"I thought you didn't wanna be in on this lifestyle lil bro?" Jase questioned.

"Shit I don't but when it come to Kiari brat ass I'll do whatever to keep her safe. I got a feeling this shit finna get real crazy"

"You know I can handle the shit with my guys. It ain't shit, you ain't gotta sit in on meetings and shit." Jase said.

"I appreciate you looking out but this my girl. She my responsibility, it ain't that ion trust you or none but what kind of man would I be if I didn't have a hand in this shit?" I shrugged

"True, I feel you"

"You know I'm right there with ya" Tango said coming up to me dapping me up.

"Nah fam I can't ask you to risk ya career getting into this lifestyle" I said honestly.

There was no way I was finna let him fuck up his legit lifestyle for this hot shit.

"You forgot she my girl cousin?" he asked furrowing his eyebrow. "And you know when Luckie get back he gone want a hand in this shit too being that that's his sister, his only sister at that. So if he riding then I ain't got no choice." He shrugged.

"That nigga too hot headed. He ain't gonna wanna hear no planning shit, he gonna wanna just go in guns blazing" I replied.

"Facts that nigga too impulsive" Jase shook his head as we exited the house.

The soldiers started a fire in the basement and walked out the house and jumped into their cars.

"Let me go pull up on this girl before I have to hurt her ass, talking to me like she crazy" I said as I hopped in my car cranking it up.

"Imma follow you since Juri ass wanna hop in the car too with her follow the leader ass" Tango said as he hopped into his Raptor truck.

"Aight when y'all finish taking care of home, pull up to the trap on the west side so we can plan this shit out" Jase said as he got into his car too.

"Bet" we replied in unison and pulled off heading towards my house. Her ass better be here, but knowing her, her mad ass probably went to her own place. I dialed her number just for her ass to send me to voicemail again.

"Imma kick her ass bruh" I mumbled to myself.

I busted a U-turn and headed in the direction of her house. I looked in my rear view to see that Tango had did the same.

20 minutes later I was pulling into the parking garage. I walked into the elevator and rode it up to her floor. I exited and walked to the end of the hall and entered her apartment with my key.

"The fuck you want" she mugged me.

"Kiari stop fucking playing with me bruh. See I been so nice to yo ass that you forgetting that I'm a man and you ain't just gone talk to me any kind of way. I understand you mad and shit because yo plan failed but don't take that shit out on me"

She eyed me as she grabbed her wine glass and a bottle of wine and poured her some. "Fuck that plan I'm mad at the fact that you wanna sit up here and tell me what you sHoUlDvE done. If you wanted to kill that bitch you would've did it the first night she popped up at your house. But you wait good until the psychotic bitch run me off the road to try make it your main priority to kill her dumb ass. Had you done the shit in the first place LIKE I SAID! The bitch wouldn't have had the opportunity to have a fucking search and rescue. That's your problem you too fucking nice! YOU SHOULD'VE KILLED THE BITCH FROM THE JUMP!" She shouted turning red.

I sat on the couch and placed my head in my hands. "You right I am too nice, but that shit finna change" I shrugged and stood up.

Juri came from the back and eyed us; "I'm finna go cuz, Tango ass is cursing me out" she said and hugged us both and left out.

"I'm finna go" I told her nonchalantly and left without hearing her response.

She was absolutely right I was entirely to nice, so I'm finna have to show her ass the other side of me. I get that she mad and shit but she ain't finna talk to me like I'm some lame ass nigga.

I shook my head because this is the total opposite of what I wanted. Once I turned to "Baby Jas" I was ruthless, wasn't no turning him off.

This why I went away to college I was out in these streets heavy. Jase and I was like Ace Boogie and Mitch in the game, niggas knew what was up with us and feared us.

I guess that's what Ri wanted me to go back to so oh well.

I pulled up to the trap and hopped out and walked to the door, placing my thumb on the finger print scanner, waited for it to unlock, and entered.

"Aayyyeee my nigga, fuck you doing here" my lil nigga Malik said dapping me up.

"What's up my nigga, just got some shit to handle" I said shrugging.

"Damn I never thought I'd see you in the trap again OG" he said shaking his head.

"Trust me it was my last option. We finna paint the city red, you ready?" I replied

"When am I not?" He chuckled

"Facts. Round everybody up and have them meet us in the operation room"

"Bet" he nodded.

I walked down into the basement and headed to my regular seat at the large round table. 2 minutes later everyone filed in followed by Jase and Tango.

"Let's get this shit over with"
