Loki's POV

After the young spider shows me around the penthouse and my room he heads to the living room. Perhaps to finish whatever he was doing before we got here. While Peter showed me around the place I saw a couple of pictures of him. Some of just him, some of him and Tony. One of him and the rest of the Avengers and even one of him, Tony, and who I recognize as Tony's spouse.

I can tell that this child is deeply cared about here. I am glad he has that, especially since his parents are dead. Any child definitely deserves the love of a parent or even just a parental figure.

Now all I am concerned about it how Tony and the others will react when they learn that I am here. Let alone interacting with the young spider. I guess we will get to it when we get to to it.

I walk around the penthouse, merely admiring the architecture and designing. Midgardian architecture is much different to what I'm used to, though it is still elegant in its own way. I admire it as I walk down many halls and find my way to the living room. To where I see young Peter sitting on the floor while writing something on paper. A letter perhaps? No, most likely not. Their technology is way to advanced for that.

I turn myself into a snake and slither under the couch, and get up next to him. I am too curious for my own good. He sees me and chuckles.

"Well hello Mr. Snake." He says to me. He is not frightened? How peculiar.

Peter's POV

I sit on the floor while doing my homework on the coffee table. My senses go off and I look to where I'm told. I see a green and gold snake slither up next to me from under the couch.

"Well hello Mr. Snake." I say as I look down at it. I am not frightened because I know it's Loki, I have been told about him and even read about him. I know that he's the god of mischief and can shape shift. I also can sense that it's him.

He slithers onto the coffee table and get on my level. He looks me in the eyes and says "Are you not frightened by anything young one?" He asks as I laugh.

"I knew it was you Mr. Loki." Is say to him. Even though he's a snake he still manages to look curious.

"May I ask how?" He asks while he turns back into Loki. Now standing on the coffee table.

I look at him and shrug while standing up.

"Well I know that you can shape shift. I've been told about you or even read about you. I can also sense it. I knew it was you." I say as he almost looks impressed while getting off the table.

"Sense it huh? Walk me through that." He says as he sits down in one of the the arm chairs.

I sit down on the couch and start to talk, I hesitate at first.

"It's alright young Peter, I didn't mean to push you." He says almost guiltily. I weirdly feel like I can tell he wouldn't use it against me.

"No, it's fine. Well, I think if it as a sixth sense. I can tell when someone is around me, if they have good intentions or not. I can tell when something is about to happen." I say as he looks satisfied.

"That is very interesting indeed." He says as I smile a little.

"So what is it that you mundanes do to keep yourself busy?" He asks.

"Well, I like science related things. I also love movies and books. But right now I'm doing work from school." I say as he nods.

"And what is your favorite movie?" He asks curiously.

"Oh me? Well I love any Star Wars movie really. But you probably don't know what that is." I say wondering why he asked the question in the first place.

"You're right, I have no idea what that is. To be quite frank I don't know why I asked." He says as I just shrug and get back to my work.

"Well young Peter I guess I'll leave you to your studies." He says as he stands up.

"Goodnight Mr. Loki." I say as he looks at me. I swear I saw a small grin.

"As to you." He says before he walks out.

After finishing up most of my homework I lay down on the couch while putting a blanket on me.

"Friday put back on a Quiet Place and turn off all of the lights please."

"Of course." She says back as the tv turns on and the room goes dark.

I watch most of the movie before I inevitably fall asleep, curled up on the couch. Once Friday notices that I'm asleep the turns off the tv and leaves me to sleep.

Tony's POV

We arrive at the tower at around 5:30, the suns just now rising. It's was a fairly quick mission. Just over a day and a half.

I'm ready to go hang out with Pete. I know he's probably dying of boredom. And probably a tiny bit upset that we didn't invite him but hey! He was at school. So what's a dad to do? Gosh I love being able to say that. Everyone walks into the living room to finally cool off whenever we see Peter curled up on the couch and his homework sprawled across the coffee table.

Gosh this kid is so adorable when he sleeps. He always looks so much younger. I look around and see everyone stare at him in awe. No matter how tired we all are we can't not admire this adorable kid is.

We stand there for a second and make small conversation. We see Peter start to stir a bit and see him sit up.

"Dad?" He asks adorably as everyone coos.

"You guys are back early. When did you get here?" He asks groggily.

"Just a minute ago." I say as he yawns and stands up.

"Alright, well imma go shower and change or whatever. See you for breakfast?" He asks.

"Sounds good. Meet in the kitchen at 6:30." I say as Peter agrees and walks off.

Soon after he leaves we all almost make our way out when we hear two men talking, their voices getting louder as they walk down the hallway. Immediately everyone tenses up.

We then see Thor and his brother Loki walk into the living room.

We let our guard down for only a second until we realize that it's Loki.

"What is he doing here Thor?" I ask as Thor steps in front of his brother.

"We needed to speak business with you. Well mainly I, but I had to bring him with me."

"What if he tries something! Like oh I don't know? Trying to take over New York." I say as Loki rolls his eyes.

Suddenly I see Peter run in here and grab something off the coffee table.

"Sorry I left my phone in here." He says as he looks up.

"Peter, come here." I say as he walks over to me looking confused.

"Uh what's going on?" He asks curiously.

"Nothing Peter, Nat will you take him to his room?" I ask as she nods.

"Wait what's this about." He asks again.

"It's Loki Peter. He shouldn't be here." Nat says, only making Peter more confused.

"Why not? I thought that they only needed to talk to you. He isn't doing any harm." Peter says so innocently.

"Thank you young spider." Loki says as we all, besides Peter and Thor, look shocked at what he says.

"How do you know? Peter how does he know?" I ask concerned.

"Well when they came last night I thought they they were like robbers or something. So I went to stop them but then I realized it was just them." He says kinda quickly.

"They came last night!? And you didn't tell us?" I ask Peter ask he looks down.

"I thought you knew." He says kinda ashamed.

"It's not the young arachnids fault. We came unannounced." Loki says in Peter's defense.

"Hey no, you don't get to talk to or about Peter alright? Peter go to your room alright?" I say as he shakes his head.

"I don't see what's so wrong with him." Peter says so innocently, like a young child.

"Peter the man is dangerous. I don't want him around you." I say as Peter sighs.

"He made one mistake." He says as I roll me eyes.

"He tried to kill thousands." I say in a warning tone.

"Was he not being controlled?" Peter says, making it sound more like a statement then a question. Everyone just watched this go down as I sigh.

"Peter-" I start until he cuts me off.

"Come on, you just gotta give him one chance." He says to me. Gosh this kids heart is too big.

"Maybe the kids right." Clint says.

"I understand what it feels like being controlled. Maybe his intentions were not bad."  Clint says as he speaks up again. Almost everyone nods in agreement.

"He has a point Stark." Nat says as I sigh.

"Fine, you get one shot. And Thor, keep an eye on your brother at all times." I say in a warning tone as Peter just smiles.

"Great, now that that's settled. Imma go." Peter says as he practically skips out of there.

"That kids to sweet for his own good." Nat says to me as I scoff.

"Definitely." I say back as everyone departs into their own separate ways. Now, finally time for a much needed shower.

This will be an interesting couple of days.

Wowza, Loki am I right?
Thanks so much for reading! Also quick question, how do you feel about Harley? I don't think I'm gonna add him in the book or my other one (unless you want me to 😉) but I want to write another book or two and I want them to contain Harley. I'm thinking either having a Harley, Peter, Morgan sibling things or a Peter dating Harley thing. I can do both so just let me know :) Luv U ♥️
