The next day when Yibo came hospital, he was as usual greeted by the nurses and other people, but he came across the chairman, "oh, Dr. Wang good morning."

He said, Yibo looked at him and smile as well. The chairman was a handsome man in his late thirties, he had a well-maintained body and his face was perfectly sculpted.

"Good morning, chairman, nice meeting you today."

The chairman man nodded as the two walked together, "I thought about taking a round, and I heard about this pregnant lady and her accident, you and Ziyi did well."

Yibo smiled, "Honestly sir, we wouldn't be able to do anything if it wasn't for Mr. Xiao."

"Ah, yes I have heard about him as well, Xiao Zhan, not only he arranged the blood, but he also paid the medical bills, that's truly impressive, where is he now? I would love to meet him."

The chairman became curious once he heard Yibo praising Zhan so nicely probably because he had never seen him praise someone so enthusiastically.

"I will take you to his room," Yibo said but once he reached Zhan's room, he saw that it was empty.

His expression changed to that of concern, however one could not notice that until you carefully and the chairman observed him, he saw the slight worry that was in Yibos eyes when he didn't see Zhan over there, "Nurse!" he called out to the nearest nurse.

"Where is the patient from this room?"

However, this nurse didn't so she shook her head and went away while Yibo was getting annoyed, he knew how troublesome and annoying Zhan can be and so he thought that Zhan might have gone out on his own.

What if he got hurt!

Just by thinking this Yibo got angrier.

The chairman spoke, "He must have gone somewhere."

Yibo sighed, "um, I will go look for him, sir." he said and was about to leave however the chairman stopped him, "You can just send another nurse to search for him."

"No, I will go on my own sir..." he said and walked out the chairman found this behavior and so he followed him his curiosity to meet Zhan was increasing now.

Yibo called Mrs. Nelson and she told him that she was the one who was with Zhan and so Yibo went there.

At this time Zhan was with the woman whose life he had saved and was looking at her child, "I can't thank you enough for saving my family."

Zhan smiled, "oh it's nothing. I am glad you are blessed with a beautiful daughter."

"Would you like to give her a name?"

"Oh no, no I am very bad at naming others." He said and happily chatted with her and soon Yibo reached there as well and the first thing he did was scold Zhan.

"Why are you here? you should be resting."

Zhan looked at him, "Well, this lady wanted to see me, how can say no to the request of such a beautiful lady?" he said and winked at the woman who only smiled.

Yibo rolled his eyes and Mrs. Nelson spoke, "Oh, Chairman what a surprise."

And that was when Zhan finally noticed the Chairman as well, he came ahead and smiled at Zhan before raising his hand and saying, "My name is Jackson Harvey it's nice to meet you."

Zhan smiled and shook hands with him, "Same here, My name is Xiao Zhan."

"I know that you have become quite famous at the hospital and even dr. Wang was praising you I couldn't help but want to meet you."

Zhan looked at Yibo, as he felt good to know that Yibo was praising him, before he looked back at the chairman, "Oh it was really nothing, real work was done by Dr. Wang and dr. Meng I just gave them a little support."

"You are quite generous."

Yibo spoke, "Well, I think you should be back to your room," he said to Zhan and was about to push his wheelchair but before he can even touch his wheelchair the chairman put his hand on Yibo's shoulder, "Dr. Wang, the nurse can take him, I would like to discuss something with you."

Zhan didn't miss that way the chairman eyes him, he felt a little bit of animosity from him and the way he wanted to take Yibo away was not missed by his either.

"Um... Alright." Yibo said and walked away with the chairman while Zhan kept on looking at them.

"Who the hell is he?"

He asked as he was being pushed by the nurse to his room, "He is the chairman of this hospital Mr. Xiao, he comes from a very influential family and he owns a hospital chain.

Not only that he is extremely charming and kind, and you know what?" the nurse whispered suddenly.

"What?"

"Me and some other nurses think that the chairman likes Doctor Wang."

When Zhan heard this, his smile became cold and his eyes also became icy as he asked, "Oh... why do you think so?"

"Because whenever the chairman comes he often goes to meet Dr. Wang, and the amount of times he talks with him, is more than he talks to any other doctor.

I have even seen him bringing coffee for dr. Wang and on Dr.  Wang's birthday he send him a rose bouquet isn't that so amazing."

The more Zhan heard the more bitter he felt his face became colder and colder, "and what else did the chairman do for Dr. Wang?"

The nurse kept going on about how she thought that the chairman was a perfect match for Yibo and yada yada.

While Zhan was listening to everything with a fake smile.

Meanwhile, Yibo was in his office with the chairman, "so what is it that you wanted to say?"

"I would like to ask you to go out for lunch with me tomorrow."

Yibo was taken back by this sudden proposal and he thought for a while, saying no to his boss would be bad, and besides free food won't hurt, and the most important reason was that he was scared that if he said not then it will become awkward.

"Alright... but is tomorrow something special?"

After he said this the chairman laughed, "Actually yes, tomorrow is your birthday."

Yibo had completely forgotten about that, he smiled as he felt thankful that the chairman remembered his birthday, "Oh, I forgot thanks for reminding me again."

"No problem."

That day when Yibo went to check up on Zhan, he was particularly in a good mood, and Zhan couldn't help but ask ,"You look really happy today."

"Then should I cry?" Yibo replied as he placed Zhan's lunch in front of him.

Zhan remembered everything that the nurse had told him and after he saw Yibo so happy after talking to the chairman he couldn't help but ask, "Is the chairman married?"

Yibo paused and looked at him, "Why do you want to know?"

"I am just curious, I have nothing else to do so..."

"He is divorced."

Zhan nodded, "you have a terrible choice." he murmured. 

"You said something?" Yibo asked and Zhan smiled, "Well, he should get married soon. He looks quiet old he must be in his late forties."

"He is thirty-six, not that old. And it's up to him why are you prying in his matters."

"I have no interest in his matters," Zhan said, ' I only have interest in your matters.'

"But if he wants to get married I can introduce him to some people."

"You worry about yourself and leave him alone."

Zhan became quiet and ate his food before he spoke again, "Why did he got divorced?"

"OH god shut up and eat your food!" Yibo scolded him as if he was a child and Zhan obediently nodded.

But one thing was sure his mind saw the chairman as a threat.
