Q. Where did Celeborn and Galadriel meet?

A. In Doriath. Galadriel and her bro Finrod (later called Felagund) were visiting Doriath because they were related to the king through their mother, Earwen. Earwen was the daughter of Olwe, Thingol's brother. Celeborn was also related to Thingol through his other brother Elmo. (XD) They fell in love and got married and lived happily ever after. That is until Doriath got ruined, and Beleriand sunk, and everything bad happened.
