See in life, there are times when you begin to undervalue yourself, slight or significant, but that's precisely when your obsession with a person/thing happens.

So the only way around is to rediscover yourself, going back to the depths of your mind. Long story short, when you start performing self-love, that's when all of your problems come to an end, even such- 'One-Sided Love' situations.

So as soon as you understand the true meaning and application of self-love, the better things will be.

But, what would happen if you cannot move on and forget about all your feelings for him.

You admitted it and confessed a few times but he rejected you saying you aren't his type and he was unable to catch feelings for you.

Its has been 4 fucking years since you started to chase after Mikey.

I mean who wouldn't.

He is handsome.

He is popular.

He is almost perfect.

You love everything about Mikey.

As ussual and on common days like this you would cook him some food and head to their hideout to give it to him.

Mikey never understood how resilient and stubborn you are. He already said everything to make you give up. But, none of those things works.

You have a deep obsession with Mikey.

In your room, you have his pictures on your walls, tons of photos on your phone and you even treassure the
garbage he has thrown away.

You were fascinated in everything that's about him.

One day, you were planning to go to the hideout to gave them the cookies you bake last night. You put hardwork and effort making these cookies delicious and perfect.

"Mikey will be so happy" you mumble to yourself while holding the bag of cookies on your hand. Walking happily towards the place you would visit often.

You enter the door and saw Smiley and Angry arguing about randok stuff again and you scan your surroundings looking for Mikey.

You saw him sitting on the corner with someone. You went closer and saw a girl, she is pretty and she looks kind. She probably gives him butterfly by the way he looks at her. She makes him happy.

I could never make him laugh like that.

You stopped from taking one more step so he wont notice you, you turn around and wanting to leave when you bump into Draken.

You quickly apologize and bow down. Theb handed him the bag of treats you made last night.

"here Kenchin, please share this with everyone. Specially, Mikey." you fake smile and walk away.

I was fully aware that he doesn't like me.

I thought if i tried harder he would have a change of heart.

I thought if i dont give up he would see me and appreciate my existence.

But, seeing him with someone else breaks me.

They look so good together.

After 6 days of crying and locking yourself in your room. You pick up yourself and tryin to convince it to move on.

A lot of Toman members texted you, they were looking for you. They got use to your kind gestures and generosity. Angry wonders what happened to you this past few days and also Smiley.

Not even one text msg from Mikey.

You decided to eat as you were starting to lose weight.

You thought that not seeing Mikey would make you're feeling for him dissappear.

However, some of your classmates are talking at the hallway. You heard that tenjiku and toman will have a big brawl and you worried about Mikey and the other Toman members.

The brawl will be held this afternoon so you ran and went outside to skip class.

When you got to the place, everyone is a mess already most especially Takemichi.

You scan the crowd to look for Mikey. You saw him standing in the middle fighting with a white haired boy with red gang uniform and hanafuda earings.

You ran to get a closer look when you saw Kisaki a former gang member who were standing at the side and holding something in his pocket that seems to be suspicious.

You stand close to him and peeking on the item he is holding. Your eyes widened when you saw a gun on his hand. He was about to shoot someone.

Aiming at Mikey, you didn't had a second thought and ran in front to block the bullets.

Two gun shot echoed in your ears. Your chest feels numb and you look down to see that your unifrom was slowly being covered in blood.

Its too painful that i dont know how to react.

Am i going to die.?!

Oh.. Maybe this is it.

Mikey's eyes widened as he ran while reaching his hands for you but he was too late. He could only catch your body before it fell to the ground.

Kisaki dropped the gun and ran off with hanma.

Takemichi and Draken chase after them.

Mikey was holding your face with both his hands. You were trying to comprehend what he was trying to say.

" Dont close your eyes. The ambulance is coming, why the fuck would you do that. You idiot!" he said and you can hear his voice tremble, is he crying?

You look at his blurry image and give him the warmest smile you could possibly give.

"I love you Mikey-kkun." you mumble as you feel your body getting colder and colder in any seconds passes. Its getting hard to breath.

"Please dont go, dont leave me" he said while holding your hand. His forehead was on yours while his tears drip down on your nose to your cheeks.

A few days had past and Mikey was standing near your grave. He is still sobbing and not even wanting to leave. Luckily, Draken was there to drag him out of the cemetery everytime he planned to sleep there every night since the day you died.

"i tried my best to reject her so that she wont get involve in any trouble and be safe"

" i even hide my true feelings for her, she died without knowing how much i love her"

"I tried everything to save her, i even tried to meet other girls so that she would stop after chasing me."

" i did all of that to keep her safe"

" But in the end, i still lost her...

Mikey scream from the top of his lungs while kneeling on the ground punching his fists on the hardened soil.

Draken can only watch him crumble down while holding his tears. I knew how much he loves YN. It pained me to see him lost everything he wanted to protect.

Draken tried to support Mikey's shoulder so that his head won't touch the ground.

You'll never know if its too late, when its too late.

Words, a little they mean when you are already to late.....
