After waking up late Serena rushes over to her office but luckily she wasn't very late. There she meets Lizzy and Charlie and greets them, she's happy that her mood is good with all that's been going on, She got along well with Zen, she's able to hold a proper conversation with Lizzy and she's happy that Charlie has given her a nickname.

While they wait for Mr. Callahan to arrive, they try calling Zen's phone but his phone has been switched off, they start worrying about him but there was nothing that they could do.

After waiting for some time Mr. Callahan enters the office to start the meeting and notices that Zen is missing

"Where is Zen?" He asks, the other explain how they cannot get in contact with him.

"How irresponsible can you youngsters be" he yells

"Serena as you being his partner you also have the responsibility to make sure he is on time. Today is a very important day for you both!!! you both are getting a chance and you are just wasting it. I specifically mentioned that today no one is allowed to be late!!!!. And both of you stay in the same building right? Are you even trying to get along?? "

Mr. Callahan is very annoyed, he sighs and starts the meeting. This makes Serena very sad, a little because she got yelled at and a little because she has no idea where Zen is, she thinks to herself that it is a little her responsibility.

 At the same time at Zen' s home, his friend comes back from a previous night party and wakes him up

"Zen wake up, your so damn late". Zen suddenly realises and gets up immediately. He washes up his face and gets ready and leaves his home, He rides his bike as fast as he could but by the time he reached the office, the meeting was already over.

Before entering the room he heard Mr. Callahan yelling at someone. In that moment Callahan walks out the office and sees Zen standing there.

He shows an annoyed face and shouts "Zen come to my office right now".

All the other inside the room hear him and Serena runs to open the door but zen and Mr. Callahan already left from there.

"Phew atleast he reached, better late than never" Charlie says with a relieved tone.

"Yeah" Lizzy agrees

"No it's not ok!!! He's gonna be yelled at from Mr. Callahan, I may not know much about Zen but i know he isn't the type to slack around when it comes to work. It must have been a reason why he was so late" Serena mutters with a sad face.

Lizzy and Charlie look at Serena with silence.

"Don't worry Sam" Charlie assures Serena that everything will be fine.

"Yeah dont worry, Zen will explain everything and I'm sure Mr. Callahan will understand" Lizzy too assures Serena.

After a while Lizzy, Serena and Charlie are busy with the stuff regarding the premier one of the final things to do, during this whole time Zen never appeared neither did Mr. Callahan.

Serena went and asked one of the office person about Zen, They told her that he was still in Mr. Callahan's office. Finally there was only 3 hours left for the premier and Lizzy, Serena and Charlie leave to go back home to get changed.

On their way out Mr. Callahan stops them and informs them to be at the company at 7.30 as the there will be a van available for them to pick them up and drop them back

He also informs them that Zen wont be with them in the van he will be riding on his bike, they all agree and go home.

Serena reaches home and starts changing while thinking about Zen and how he was doing. She didn't get to see him the whole time in today's day.

After she finished changing she left to go to her company with her dazzling black short dress. On arriving at the company, She sees that she's the first person there and waits for Lizzy and Charlie.

After a moment Charlie and Lizzy arrive together on Charlie's bike. Serena looks at them and thinks about Zen.

The van arrives and all of them get into the van. Serena seeing that zen still hasn't arrived she tells them to wait for some time.

During that time Zen had already left his home and was on his way to the company but then suddenly a black car stops him and a man in a black suit gets out of the car. Zen's eyes r filled with hatred as he angrily stares at the man.

"What the hell are doing, get outta my way!!" Zen shouts.

That man walked towards zen and grabbed his arm "Listen to me, we need to talk. I-"

Zen cuts off the man sentence "No I don't want to listen to anything and I don't want anything to do with bastards like you"  he pushes the man aside to the ground and starts his bike and rides off.

Back at the company the van driver tells serena "We cant wait any longer, otherwise we're gonna be late"

"No wait a second, he'll be here any minute now" Serena manages to make the driver wait for 10 more minutes.

After a while zen arrives at the company and apologises to every one for being late, the driver looks at him with disgust and say "How irresponsible you young people are".

Serena gets annoyed with this but she can't say anything to him while clenching her fist and showing a disgusted face.

Zen looks over at her and see's her expression, he thought that even she was disgusted with him. With his head down he sat on his bike and everyone were ready to go.

On arriving at the movie premier every one were dazzled with the set up except for Zen. Serena looks over at him and sees that he had such a painful expression on his face and she wondered about him.

The staff starts setting up while Lizzy and Charlie go through the survey questions. Serena looks at Zen and sees that he still has that painful expression on his face, she starts walking upto him when he gets a call.

She stops in her tracks and he looks at Serena "Gimme a minute" he says and she nods to his response.

He picks up the call and walks far from the site to talk. Serena starts getting worried about his state but there was nothing that she could do.

She keeps looking at him while he talks on the phone, suddenly she sees him running back, He runs to his bike, starts it and rides off in speed.

"Zen" she yells but he didn't  hear it. Charlie and Lizzy hears her shout and walk up to her.

"What's going on?" Charlie questions.

"I don't know he just got a call and then suddenly he ran back and took off" she explains worriedly.

"I'm sorry guys I may know what is happening but I can't say it. This is something Zen will tell you himself if he trust you. He's that type of a person" Lizzy says sadly and walks away pulling Charlie with her.

Charlie looks back and give a smile assuring her not to worry. She nods and smiles back but she cant keep herself from not worrying.

The staff calls out to Serena telling her the set up is done, The premier had started and all the celebrities start entering one by one. The staff sits back in the van while Lizzy and Charlie start up their work. Serena waits for Zen to arrive, She starts getting hyper.

Half an hour pasts and Zen has still not come back, Lizzy and Charlie have already got 3 interview so they take a break. They too start worrying about Zen and walk up to Serena, seeing that she's getting hyper Charlie calms her down while Lizzy calls Zen's phone but he doesn't answer.

In a moment's time Serena sees a bike coming close and notices that it's Zen. He parks the bike and gets off it.

She goes running to him and yells in concern "where were you"

Zen looks at her and sees her expression but he mistook it in an angry way "Shut the hell up, it's not like you would understand" he yells and walks past her.

Serena looks to ground on the verge of crying, Lizzy goes to Serena and put her hand on her shoulder "Serena?"

Serena exhales and looks up at Lizzy with a big smile hiding her sadness and stopping her tears to flow out which Lizzy could clearly see "Alright lets start this thing, be prepared Liz!" she say while acting happy.

They all walk back to the front gate of the premier and start the shoot.

After hours of standing and talking, the premier was finally over, Lizzy and Charlie still had 3 interviews but Zen and Serena managed to get only 2, Serena looks sadly at her paper.

"Hey cheer up Sam" Charlie jumps from behind and put his arm around her shoulder.

"Hey don't hug me" Serena looks at him.

"Man this is not a hug" he chuckles.

"How can you comfort an enemy" she laughs at him.

"It's okay" he looks her and gives her a warm smile and She she smiles back.

While they both talk. Lizzy walks up to zen "What made you leave the premier?"

Zen doesn't reply to her
"Was it him?" She asks

"I don't wish to talk about this" he says rudely

Lizzy smacks him on his head and tells him whatever happened in the office today morning when Mr. Callahan blamed Serena for him being late and how worried she was when he left from the premier, She also told him what Serena said at the office.

(("No it's not ok!!! He's gonna be yelled at from Mr. Callahan, I may not know much about zen but i know he isnt the time to slack around when it comes to work it must have been a reason why he was so late")).

Zen looks over at Serena, Lizzy tell him "Ehen you yelled at her, when u came back, She hid her tears and sadness behind her smile, thats the type of girl she is, Shes way more stronger than you to smile when she's filled with angry and sadness. It's time you learn something, it's time you open up" saying this she walks towards Charlie and Serena.

"C'mon guys lets goo homeeee" she cheerfully says.

Serena and Charlie agree and get into the van one by one. Zen stops Serena "Serena would you like to ride back home on my bike?" He asks.

She smiles "yeah sure"

Zen looks at her with a stunned face, He realises how strong she is, he looks over to Lizzy and gives a warm smile at her, Lizzy gently smiles back.

Lizzy and Charlie get into the van and drive off, Serena and zen get on the bike and ride behind the van. Throughout the journey Serena and Zen never spoke a word until they were almost reaching home.

"I noticed a sad and painful look on your face throughout the whole day I saw you, You dont have to keep it in you know, I'm sure you have friends who will want to listen to you, so I think whatever is on your mind you should talk it out. I'm telling you this based on my personal experience trust me it's way better than bottling everything up" she says with a low voice

Zen didnt say anything and just kept riding. After reaching their building Serena and Zen get off and walk inside the building into the elevator, Serena arrives at her floor and gets out the elevator. As the door closes she smiles at him gently "Bye Zen"

"Wait" he yells, he stops the door from closing by using his feet.

"Whats wrong?" She asks.

"Im sorry for my behaviour today I was irritated and took it all out on you" he says.

"Nah don't worry about it" she chuckles.

"Not now since its late but tomorrow afternoon, I'll explain to you everything that happened today. S-so will you listen to me?" He asks with a painful expression.

Serena smiles wholeheartedly "yeah ofcourse anytime"

Zen smiles and pulls his leg back which results in the elevator door closing, Serena walks up to her apartment, unlocks the door and walks to her bedroom.

She changes her clothes and lays on her bed. Serena seems happy that Zen finally started opening up to her and getting along. "I guess today's day wasn't so bad after all" she thinks to herself.

And with this both of them were a tad bit closer than before and will grow even more closer after Zen reveals about his past.
