Saturday morning Serena wakes up extra early, she takes a bath, lietrally drains her breakfast and leaves for her first day on the job.

"Although I haven't really got it yet" she thinks to herself "No no think positive I will get the job for sure". She makes her way to the company and on reaching there she meets Lizzy.

Both of them look at each other and Serena smiles but Lizzy stares at her expression less
"May the best person win, good luck" she says as she turns her head and walks into the building.

Serena stands there completely confused with Lizzy's split personality, She sighs and walks in. Lizzy and Serena stand in the lobby pretending to be strangers as they were now enemies.

Mr. Callahan approaches them and leads them to his office.

"Please have a seat" he tells both the ladies and they do as he says.

Mr. Callahan informs them "We have 2 new recruits here today with us, since you both will temporarily work for our company we need you both to have proper partners which will decide your and their fate in this company. Both of you will have to team up with one of them and I have already chosen who will be your partners."

Lizzy and Serena nod their heads wondering what's the deal here.

"Very well" he says, He picks up the landline and calls the receptionist and orders her to send them in.

The office door opens and both of them walk in.
"Ah!!"
"Ah!!"
Serena and Lizzy both point out to one of the person and then look at each other.

"I guess both of you know him but leave all personal introduction for later. For now let me introduce You, these are you cameramen/ partners, This is Charlie Quinn and this is Zen Kingsley." Mr. Callahan says.

"Both of them are our new recruits but they have experience in this field work. Now for the teaming, Serena and Zen will be one team and Charlie and Lizzy will be one team. Alright now all four of you will head into the meeting room and familiarize yourselveswith each other, I'll be back in a few and we'll have a briefing regarding your work."

"Alright"
"Yeah"
"Okay"
"Yes"
All four of them nod their head in agreement and head towards the meeting room, All the while Serena thinks about Zen and giving him a piece of her mind regarding what happened at the alley.

They enter the meeting room and Mr. Callahan shuts the door while saying "I hope you guys get along". Serena looks at Zen and begins to speak but it stopped with Lizzy's excitement.

"Zennnnnn" Lizzy yells in excitement while hugging him.

"Wait, Y-you guys know each other" Serena questions.

"Yeah ofcourse we do" says lizzy "we're childhood friends". "But wait how do you both know each other?" Lizzy questions Serena.

"Umm no- ".
"I dont know her" Zen cuts Serena off and says with a cold attitude.

Serena is puzzled and gets pissed "How can you say that, I bumped into you a few days back while getting outta ootome building and I was the one who cried out for help at the back alley!!!"

"Oh yeah you're that girl! so hows the other girl who was with you, got out alive??" Zen says while laughing.

This annoys Serena "What the hell is wrong with you, You don't help a girl and then you laugh on her. You coward!!" She yells.

"Don't get cocky, I aint responsible for your shit. If you couldn't do anything then you shouldn't have gone and saved her in the first place!!!" He yells while grabbing onto Serena's collar.

"Zen!!" Lizzy yells.

"Woah buddy chill out" Charlie tells Zen as he pulls Serena away from him.

Serena is shocked and filled with anger as she has never met a more despicable person than him. Zen leaves the room and Lizzy follows him,

"Zen wait up!! What is wrong with You?" Your still the same person, I thought you changed!" Lizzy says as she catches up to zen.

"Quit it Liz!" He yells "It's not like you could understand me".

Lizzy scrowls "Yeah right thats why I was with you" she turns and walks away ,Zen looks at her with sadness in his eyes.

Back in the meeting room Charlie gives Serena a glass of water and calms her down as he could see how angry she was "How could he say that" she thinks to herself in anger

"Hey chill out Serena" he tells her, She looks at him in anger. "Woah now don't take out your anger on me okay?" He tells her worriedly.

He looks at her, seeing as she isn't getting any less angry "Hey Serena is a really nice name"

"Thanks" she says as she keeps mumbling to herself

"Could I call you Sam?" He questions her

"Huh? Why would you wanna do that? That's not my name!" She tell him

"Yes yes I'm well aware of that but Serena seems really long and I personally feel that your a Sam kinda person" he tells her while taking the glass from her hand

"Hah Sam kinda person?" She snorts a laugh as she hears something like this for the first time

"Well yeah you notice how the people with the name Sam are tougher, I mean you didn't even flinch when he grabbed your collar" he smiled

"Well my dad wanted a boy so he made me quite tough" she smiles back

"Yeah so Sam is the perfect name for you besides Serena sounds like a pure girly name but your awesome!" He sits beside her

"Woah, yeah that was a bad of getting me to laugh" she chuckles

"Well it worked, didn't it?! You have a great smile so a frown doesn't suit you!" He tells her

Serena notices how he is trying to make her mood a little lighter by talking about her name and she appreciates his effort "Yeah I'll remember to smile more".

After few minutes Lizzy returns back and apologises to Serena

"You don't need to apologise, besides let's forget whatever happened" she tells Lizzy

"Yeah" Lizzy gives a relieved smile and talks to Charlie

Zen stands outside hearing their conversation and enters in and sits far away from Serena. Throughout the wait Serena and Zen didn't talk much but Lizzy and Charlie had a good chat.

After few hours of waiting Mr. Callahan enter in and starts the briefing, After giving the basics information he says

"So there is movie premier the day after tomorrow from Hollywood. Because the movie was shot here that is why the premier is held here. Now I suggest that both the teams with fairly decisions decide on the questions that should be asked to the celebrities, no private life questions allowed yet. Ask questions which are sensible and not boring, try to keep things interesting." He commands "Any questions?"

"No" they all answer

"You've got everything I explained?" He questions

"Yes sir" they all answer in unison

"Very well!" He says as he packs up his things, He looks at every one as everyone gets up to leave and stops them "Wait!"

All of them look at him.
"Whatever happened in here before I came I suggest all of you to get over your differences and keep the team compatible and strong otherwise there is no point in a team. I'm not here to criticize anymore nor I'm here to solve your difference. The teams will not be changed under any circumstances. Has every one understood?" He questions

"Yes sir" they all agree

"Good u may all leave and be ready with the questions by tomorrow and mail it to me, I will decide if it alright or not!"

They nod in agreement and leave the room, They all leave the company with Silence.
"Hey Sam you want me to walk you home?" Charlie questions out of concern

"No its alright I'm fine" Serena replies back

Someone comes to pick Lizzy up, she runs towards the car as she yells "Bye guys, Charlie gimme a call tomorrow."

Charlie and Serena wave at her, she looks at Zen and notices a angered face as he sees Lizzy get into the car. After lizzy leaves, Charlie waves off at Serena as he gets onto the bus.

Serena sees zen walking up to his bike she stops him "Zen wait"

"What is it now" he rudely questions her

"Well could I have your number so that I could call you tomorrow and let you know when to come to my place so we could discuss about the survey questions" she explains

"No need" he says with a heavy voice, sits on his bike and drives away

Serena just stands there wondering that it is no point of her trying to get along when he doesn't want to. She catches a bus to head home, exhausted and tired.

She then lays on her bed with her feet aching but she couldn't divert her mind to anything else than what happened today and the look on Zen' s face and she keeps wondering what makes him hate her so much.

She sighs "No point thinking I better go to sleep" she shuts her eye hoping for the next day to be better.
