So, I have made mention of old oneshots/fanfics in the past.

I remembered one recently called 'Everybody Wants To Rule The World.' (Yes, it's based on the song by Lorde.) 

It was in my very, very early days of shipping. 

Basically, the mafia had returned. Maki, Ryoma, and Kirumi take em' down. Kirumi kills a whole bunch of them and Maki kills a whole bunch as well. There's a huge fight. If I remember correctly, Ryoma was too shell-shocked to join in. They lure Kirumi and stab her "to death." 

(Yes, yes, I know. Veryyyy dramatic.) 

Somehow, Kirumi gets to a hospital, and surprise, she's alive! I think she was preggers in that one. 
I even had fanart of it, though I would wither in my very pants if anyone ever saw it. 

 So, you get the point. I was thinking of it recently and decided it was a good concept, but I had executed it in a very wrong way. I got a flash of inspiration, and decided, hey! I should revamp it. 

Though, I shall make some changes: 

*No Maki. 

*No random alleyways. 

*Angst, gore, and brutality are all things I want to add.  

*None of Ryoma being a wimp. 

*It's a fanfiction instead of a oneshot. Yes, you heard that right-- a fanfiction!!
