{ SPOILERS AHEAD. }

this episode was really good. It dealt with a lot of heavy topics seriously, unlike other shows I've seen. It genuinely made me cry, and just. wow. Reaching Out was great.

It also helped me realize my situation rn is a lot like Amity's, which is kind of eye opening.

Amity wanted her girlfriend's help in joining the brawl, and that certainly happened.

I do love Alador. when he's not in the shadows of Odalia he's a rather nice character.

I loved Amity's outfit for the episode, it really fit her AND she looked cute. 10/10.

Luz got the notification and then decided to help Amity even more. I think it was to take her mind off of everything.

Luz lying to her clearly hurt her. I really just felt bad during the scene

I headcanoned that the from tree is where these two go when their emotions overwhelm them, and I guess I was right.

This scene is what made me cry. The way Luz pretends it's fine that her dad is dead and how she felt and just how it might've been jealousy that caused Luz to do all this,,, wow. They really showed grieving in an accurate way.

Amity being understanding and still trying to help Luz get flowers for the ritual was really sweet.

Alador and Eda knowing each other. Also,that height difference when she's in harpy mode is nice.

Amity and Alador helping take down the beast and Alador finally stepping up as a dad.
He complimented her hair and said he'd talk to Odalia about letting Amity keep it that way.

repair the broken family relationship! the "it's a start" means that maybe they'll slowly work on healing.

This is really pretty, and I like that cameo of Camila at the end. They're grieving, and I've only seen that shown accurately on one other show and that was infinity train.

This episode really got my heart.
