Well nandini and dolly were all set to leave for the hospital....

After an ride of half an hour in their fully furnished BMW car... they finally reached hospital....

Dolly: di iss baar mugambo ne lecture di fir mein bhi suna ungi samne and don't you dare stop me...
Nandini: okay dolly maate...

Dolly: maate seriously di... huhh... ek yeah mugambo kam tha ke ap bhi....

Nandini: haha.... dolly chill na kuch nai bolege re....

Dolly: ya ya yeah cheeze toh ap pichle paancho sessions mein bolte aa rahe ho... par jasa abhishek bachan ke sathe hota hai uske har films ke flop jate hai wase hi apka yeah dialogue har bar galat proof hua.... sirf aur sirf shree mugambo urf Mr. Albert Johnes baba ke wase se... huhhh.... such a lecturer he is... kabhi kabhi i wonder why is he isn this occupation... it would have been great agar woh lecturer hote....😣😣

Nandini: dolly shanth hoja... bapre kitna bole gi ab chal....

They moved towards reception...

Nandini: mm i had an appointment with Dr. Albert... with dolly murthy's name....

Receptionist: just a minute mam...

Nandini nodded...

Receptionist: there you go mam just wait for 2 minutes in his cabin he is on a round. ....

Dolly mumbled..: huh woh kya round pe jaynge bechare patients subha subha recovery ke badle aur bimar hojange mugambo ka lecture sunke....

Nandini was having hard time to control her laughter...

Receptionist: did you say anything Miss. Murthy...

Dolly: mm no stella... i didn't say anything...

Nandini: shall we go...

Dolly huffed a yes and they moved in cabin....

Dr. Albert came in after few minutes.....

Albert: ee jai shree krishna miss muorthy...

(Guyzz here on the conversation with albert will be in gujarati touch and yes there is no spelling mistake in murthy i wrote it soo.... beacuse you all can understand the accent he must be using so... have fun guyzz and in further dialogues also i will write it so only because you all can understand the type of accent he uses.... )

( well he was one of the most renounced doctors in london and no doubt his father was a britisher and he married a indian doctor... so abliet result of ut was albert with mixture of gujarati and hindi.... which he mixed with english... and his this funny nature helped him in interacting and being comfortable with his patients...☺)

Nandini enjoying the situation greeted him the same but seemed like dolly was in no mood so she just faked a smile...

Albert: so have how are you feeling muorthy ben...

Dolly: what ben... muga... Dr. Albert miss muorthy is fine... .

She said imitating him....

Albert: bhale bhale... so tame having pain anywhere...

Dolly: na pain no where... Dr. Albert cany please converse in english....

Albert: good that you don't have any pain... ben (sister) pan regaaurding the thing you toldne... mane aave lage ke (i feel that) one should speak in his matru (mother) bhasha (tongue) hain... a english to sab angrejo na chochla hai.... haa ne to... (all this are the banters of Britishers )

(P.s. no offence just for funn).

And there doctor albert started with his soo called mixture of hindi gujarati and english...

And the best part was nandini was having full on entertainment but poor dolly had to "jhale" (tolerate) all these things....

Dolly: suru iska... she mumbled...

Dolly: mm mm Dr. Albert i got it.. continue in your mother tongue....

Dolly spoke not wanting to hear his further lecture..

Albert: well saras (fine) ... toh have tame su karso (now ypu will) you will continue this tablet till one aadthvadiyu..(one week) and then you are perfectly all right to go....

Dolly: thank you doctor...

Albert: just be carefull ke bahu theek khava nu noo kav (that you don't eat to spicy food)...till you take this tablets after that you are all free to go....

Dolly: huhh finally... thank you doc... oblivious that had a great time with you and thanks for treating me sok well with all the complications and being me myself also a big complication....

Albert: haha kasu vandho nai ben...(no problem sister..)

Dolly: miss murthy is fine dr. Albert...

Nandini: haha anyways really thanks doctor for treating her soo well.... and any other precautions to betaken...

Albert: na na ben... just what i told... and any complucations or problems then contact the doctor in india i will have a word with him... am toh koi complications nai aayenge pn still kadach ave toh...(there will be no complication but incase some arise )

Nandini: touch wood doc....

Albert: haha any queries call me .. here my contact number...

He said passing his contact number card....

Nandini: foresure doc and really thanks for the treatment...

Dolly: yeah you gave a new heart a new life to me... thank you...

Albert: bas ben.. ab rulao ge kya...

Nandini: okay doc i will check on the bills and all amd clear them...

Albert: thank you... okay so its a bye to one more patient of mine....

Dolly: yeah finally....

Albert gave her a serious look.. and then trio looked at each other and brusted out laughing....

Nandini&Dolly: byee doc...

Nandini and dolly completed formalities and then left for home....

As soon as they reached home they saw a very "phunny" site....

Bhavan was sitting with a scared face on couch and leena was chopping vegetables as if thinking its some person and she will chop them and time to time glaring at bhavan....

Dolly and nandini raised their eyebrows looking at each other and then chuckled ans moved inside...

Dolly: hyy pops... kya hua... why are you sitting like bheegi billi...

Nandini: kya hua chachu...

Bhavan gestured at leena through eyes who was chopping potatoes mercilessly...

Dolly: hyy gabbar kya hua... .

Leena gave her a angry dead glare... dolly sensing tge situation became quite...

Nandini: kya hua chachi.... koi problem hai...

Leena glared at bhavan first and then spoke...

Leena: inn shab ki koi meeting pending hai due to which we have to stay back and hum lok engagement ke ek din pehle hi aapayenge.. all cause of some stupid meeting of bhavan...

Bhavan tried to speak but stopped cause of an anrgy glare...

Dolly: what pops this is not fair yr... i was soo excited to go...

Bhavan: toh kisne kaha tum naija rahe tu and nandu ja rahe huo after four days.. mein aur gabb...

He stopped midway...

Bhavan: i mean mein aur meri pyari wifey will come late... cause some documents need her signature aur woh ready nai hua... and it will take one week that's the reason she is needed to stay back warna toh she would have also come with you.... mein reh jata...

Leena: bhavan i also understand the situation but i was soo excited bhabhi ke sathe engagement ki tayari karne...

Bhavan: arre leena abhi tannu ke shadi baki hai... aur hum lok ek din pehle ja rahe hai na.... aur mein document jaldi ready kar wane ka try kar rahu okay...

Leena finally smiled...

Bhavan: beta hum sab itne din tob busy the guud ke surgery ke liye.. ab tum dono free ho na...

Dolly & nandini: haa...

Bhavan: toh bas ek kaam karlo na... tum dono aur leena sab ke liye gift karidh lo na please and usme kuch chise tannu ne magwai hai so tum dono abne sathe sab gifts leja...

Nandini: okay chachu... hum shopping karle ge..

Leena: yeah finally shopping jaenge...

Dolly: kya papa apko daya ni aai apni masum se bete pe....

She said making a puppy face... .

Bhavan: aare kya hua....beta koi problem...

Dolly: aur ni toh kya dad dodo shopaholivs ke sathe mujh bechari masum antishopaholic ko bej rahe ho.... thodi reham mere pe...

And that's its there started tom and herry fight between dolly and nandini...

The atmosphere was soo good...

No ome could say that dolly and nandini were cousins... and that nandini was not leena and bhavan's child...

The had fun and food... the day passed....

They days passed in packing their stuff shopping gifts for everyone and then finally it was the d day they bid bye to bhavan and leena saying them to try to come early and finally boarded the flight....

After a long long flight they finally reached India and excitement was clearly shown on both of their faces but there was some vaid on nandini's face... which was not at all hard for dolly to guess... she got that...

Dolly hugged nandini and held her hand tight and gave an assuring smile to nandini due to which nandini sighed in peace knowing that when she has her sister together nothing wrong can happen...

And finally faves full of excitement amd real big ear to ear smile the boarded of the flight....
