(Cat Noir's POV)

Gabriel's eyes widen as my hand touched his chest.

He looked down at my hand as his jaw dropped.

Tears flew down my face, turning pink from my blood.

I watched as he turned into nothing but black ashes that soon flew into the wind.

I felt Gorilla's grasp loosen and I fell to the ground.

My eyes slowly closed, as I watched Gorilla and Nathalie take my friends' Miraculouses.

I felt my ring being pulled off of my finger, I heard gasps.

"A-adrien?!" Nathalie's voice.

My world went black.

(Marinette's POV)

{Oh how I missed writing in this POV!!!}

I heard a lot of shuffling and thuds.

Then silence.

Following that, I heard louder thuds and footsteps, coming towards me.

I am scared.

"H-hawk Moth?" I said, looking at whoever opened the door.

A figure appeared in front of me, hidden from the light, and looked as if they were only a one foot taller than me.

Suddenly the figure bent down and opened their hand to reveal...

"...Tikki?" I said, tears streaming down my cheeks.

"Marinette!" My Kwami flew to me and hugged my cheek.

"Tikki! I'm so sorry Tikki, this was all my fault!" I cried harder, unable to stop.

"Marinette, please don't cry. It wasn't your fault." I head Tikki's little voice crack.

Then I remembered the person in front of me.

"Hey, Bugaboo," a soft voice said.

"CAT?!" I exclaim. My heart beat became faster than it has ever been.

"Here." Cat Noir said and handed me my earrings.

I wish I could see him, his smiles.

I grabbed them, the chains rattling in protest as I put them on.

"Tikki, Spots On," I whisper, barely even audible to me.

I transformed.

I miss this red and black suit against my skin.

"Lucky Charm." I say and receive a key.

More tears run down my face as a put the key in the keyhole of the chains.

"Hey, M'lady do me a favour," Cat Noir said and I stopped what I was doing and looked at him. "Don't cry. It doesn't suit you."

I bit my lip to stop.

I proceeded to put the key in the keyhole and turned. The chain fell off my arm.

I did the same with my other arm.

The chain fell and I rubbed my wrists absentmindedly.

Freedom never felt so good.

Finally, Cat Noir stepped into the light.

A sob escaped my lips as I saw fresh blood running down the side of his face.

I ran to him and hugged him. I squeezed him, afraid to let go. Not wanting to let go.

"You s-saved me... I w-was so s-scared t-that I w-would n-never see y-you again!" I cried into his chest.

So many things were happening right now, my brain couldn't function.

"Shh, it's all okay now," he soothed me while running his clawed fingers through my hair.

My body was shaking and he sat down, with me still hugging him, as I cried and sat in his lap.

"Our team helped us, Alya, Nino, and Chloè. Alya was Ladybug. But no one could replace you."

I stopped crying.

I got out of his arms and stood up.

"Miraculous Ladybug." I threw the key into the air. Millions of little ladybugs left the room.

"Where are they going?" I wondered aloud.

Cat Noir chuckled lightly and picked me up bridal style and carried me out of the room.

He took me to the foyer and I saw Alya, Nino, and Chloè rubbing their heads and standing up.

I also saw Adrien's bodyguard and Nathalie knocked out, leaning against the wall. A lot of blood on them.

I gasp.

As if reading my mind, Cat said, "No, they're not dead. Just...unconscious."

I nodded slowly and m transformation released. Tikki flew into my head.

Cat put me down and Alya, Nino and Chloè ran to me.

"MARINETTE!" Alya screamed in joy and ran to me. She hugged me with tears in her eyes.

"Marinette," Nino smiled brightly and hugged me.

"I'm sorry, Marinette. I should've been...nicer to you." I smile and pull her into the group hug.

I feel Cat's arms wrap around us all and I smile. This is my true family.

"Plagg, Claws In." I heard Cat say and I gasp.

I pull away from everyone and watch as Cat Noir detransforms.

"ADRIEN?!" We all exclaim at the same time.

He smiled nervously and waves.

I smile. "My two crushes, the same person."

He smiles and embracing me.

"Awwww," Alya cooed and Nino winked at Adrien.

Chloè just...smiled.

"Truth be told, I have gotten over Adrien," she said. "I fallen for someone else... Nathaniel."

"Really?! I could get you guys together! " I exclaim and she laughs.

"You're really amazing  you know that, Marinette?" Adrien said and I blushed.

I smiled as I got lost into his green emerald eyes, like a beautiful wilderness, or electrifying beauty.

"Marinette Dupain-Cheng," he breathed out, his face just inches from mine.

"Will you be my girlfriend?"

I blushed a really deep crimson and smiled as my eyes widened.

"Oh my gosh this is actually happening!!!!" Alya fangirled.

"Say yes, say yes, say yes..." Alya, Nino, and Chloè cheered together.

"Yes." I finally said.

Adrien swept me off my feet and kissed me, grabbing my waist and bowed me down.

"WOOOO!!!" I heard the trio cheer but I was in my own world.

I was very shocked at first, but soon melted into the very passionate kiss and melted away. I kissed back and threw in all my love, gratittude, and happiness into the kiss. Just the feeling of his hands on my waist sent very pleasant shivers down my spine, and when he grabbed my head to pull me closer to deepen the kiss, I might as well have died.

He pulled away and we were both panting due to the long kiss. He pressed his forehead to mine and stared into my bluebell eyes.

"I love you," he whispered.

"I love you, too." I whispered back in the same tone.

"Now, we can finally be Always Together."
