{Adrien's POV}

After last night's events, I am pretty tired, and yet I still woke up early. I'm holding onto Mari as tight as I can, but not enough to hurt her; I'm afraid of something happening.

It's around 7 AM, and school starts at 8:30.

"Hey, Mari, wake up." I shake her lightly.

"Mmm, five more minutes, mom." She replies, adjusting herself.

"You get up right now young lady!" I say jokingly in a high-pitched voice, trying to imitate a female.

Marinette laughed. Her beautiful laugh immediately made me smile.

"Okay, mama Adrien" Marinette smiles. She gets out of bed and heads for her bathroom, to shower, I presume.

Just as she closes her door, screams are heard outside. She opens door again, and sighs. "Tikki, Spots On!"

"Plagg, Claws Out!"

After we transform, we head toward... father's mansion?

I rub my neck as we stood directly at the open gate. The mansion was covered in various colors.

What happened?

There were splatters of blue, red, yellow, purple, green, magenta, pink, basically every color!

It looks weird...

"Are you okay, Cat Noir?" Ladybug asks me. I nod, gulping.

We walk through the gate, and I prepare myself to see my father in danger, or something.

Instead, I see a female wearing sunglasses with sharp edges standing o the landing of the stairs, wearing a business outfit that has various of colors.

My stomach dropped. "Nathalie...?"

Ladybug turns to me. "Gabriel's assistant?"

I nod. "Where is Gabriel Agreste?!" I shout to her. Nathalie was like a close babysitter to me, but I honestly just wanted to know if my father was okay.

She holds up a pen and clipboard, chuckling. I could see my father's shcoked face on the clipboard. "I'm afraid you're a minute too late. Gabriel Agreste wouldn't let me help find his son, so I decided I'll just trap him and do it myself."

I felt sweat gathering on my forehead. Ladybug swings her yoyo. I rotate my staff.

"We won't let you get away with this!" I shout to her. She smirks.

"I already have." She lunges at us, and the fighting begins. She kicks a me but I dodge, just as Ladybug wraps her yoy against the akumatized victim's wrist.

"Let. Me. Go!" She screeched and pulled. Ladybug was flung t the wall. I growled.

"I see that Hawk Moth is running out of ideas," I taunt her as Ladybug sneaks up behind her. "It looks like a unicorn threw up all over you! For that, I'm going to call you Uni Poop."

She hisses at me as I dodge her punch. "My name is not Uni Poop! It's ColorLok!!" She kicked me again, and I didn't dodge quick enough. I flew back, hitting the wall with a oof.

"Lucky Charm!" Ladybug receives a lifesaver. She holds it. "What in the Miraculous world am I supposed to do with this?"

She looks around. "Cat Noir, I need your tail!" I toss her my tail as she sets it up, hanging from the ceiling. She hooks the lifesaver with it.

It looks like a tire swing, I thought.

"It's over, pretty kitty." ColorLok walks over to me, as I was still slumped against the wall.

I smirk. "Not just yet."

I get up and run, Ladybug watching from the top of the stairs. I run behind the lifesaver as ColorLok chases me.

"Cataclysm!" I shout as I use my stick to boost me up and cataclysm the roof. I land next to Ladybug.

ColorLok shrieks, and jumps through the lifesaver in an attempt to save herself from the falling rubble.

Just as planned, she gets stuck. "No!"

Ladybug and I jump down. Ladybug grabs the clipboard and breaks it over her knee as the akuma flies out.

"Get out of here, you nasty bug." She says as she starts swinging her yoyo. "Time to de-evilize!" She swung her yoyo at the akuma, successfully catching it inside. "Got 'cha."

She taps her yoyo, setting now the white butterfly free. "Bye bye pretty butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!"

All the damage was fixed as Nathalie changes back to her original self, Gabriel right next to her.

"What happened?" She asked, holding her head and stirring. I sat ext to her, peering over. "A-Adrien?"

I fling back. "I- uh, no, no! I-its Cat Noir!" I stutter.

Father stared at me intently, and I felt tears in my eyes.

"Thank you, Ladybug and Cat Noir." He says, smiling slightly.

He... smiled. At me.

"Y-you're welcome." I turn to leave, tears pouring down my face. "I miss you, father. I miss us."

Ladybug says her goodbye as I walk through the gates, propelling myself towards Marinette's house.

I can't call it home anymore. The mansion was my home, with my body guard, Nathalie, father and mother.

"Stop living in the past," I say to myself as I climb through Marinette's window and release my transformation.

"You okay, kid?" Plagg asked me. I nod as I let myself fall face-first on her chaise.

And cry.

"I wish I was, Plagg. I really do." I respond, turning to lay on my back and wiping my tears just as Ladybug jumped through the window and detransformed.

She immediately hugged me, laying down next to me as I wiped my tears.

"It'll be okay," she whispered. "I'm always here. Always."

I smile. "How— Why— Just how in the world is it possible for someone to be so amazing?!"

She giggled, making me blush. Marinette was just so cute, adorable, and beautiful. I can't help but think how lucky I am to be hers. For her to be mine.

Marinette and I got up and sat at her desk, turning on the news.

"Don't be bemused, it's just the news! Nadia Chamack her reporting live at the Pont des Arts love lock bridge! Gabriel Agreste is shacking people, quite aggressively, asking,"

The camera zoomed in on the Gabriel Agreste, aggressively shaking citizens and asking, "Have you seen my son? Where is my son?!"

I felt my heart drop to my feet.

I sigh. "Looks like we haven't seen the last of him,"

"I think this whole cat-tastrophe just got started," Marinette said, looking at me winking and her tongue stuck out.

I stare at her before I burst out laughing.

She blushed, looking away. "Was it that bad?"

"It was so bad that it was good!" I say through laughter, placing a hand on my head.

Marinette finally joined me, laughing quietly.

"I mean, you see how he is Agreste-ively shaking those poor citizens?" Marinette made another pun, and I laughed even harder.

"I mean, seriously! Looks like we have to put him under Agreste."

I was laughing so hard, it was taking the air out of my lungs. I started wheezing, not believing that my girlfriend, who is Ladybug, was making cat puns and Agreste jokes!

"M'lady! I. Can't. Breathe!!"

"I'll help you." She said before smashing her lips on mine. I took me by surprise, and I already had no air in my lungs, but the kiss felt so nice, I just couldn't help it.

She pulled away shortly after.

"F-for the record, that made me even more breathless," I said, breathing heavily as I smirked at her.

She giggled. "But you finally stop laughing, right?"

"Doesn't matter. Just looking at you makes me breathless," I whisper, my eyes trailing from hers to her lips.

I place my hand on her cheek, slowly drawing her in the illusion of my lips.

Then, our lips met. Slow and sweet, our lips move in sync. I pick her up, eyes closed, as her legs wrap around my waist.

She giggled. "Lil' Adrien is poking." She said against my lips before reconnecting them.

I blush a deep red, opening my eyes as I threw her on the bed.

"Let's let him free then, shall we?"

Sorry I haven't updated in awhile. I've been super busy with school starting, and we had a test on the first day of class.

I hate, hate, HATE tests that I only studied 2 days for!

Lol, I miss summer break already.

(Okay he's not actually my little brother, but we're around each other a lot so we just go with it. He thinks I'm his sister anyway lol)

On Thursday we're going to his Boo~Hoo Breakfast were we say goodbye. They said they will provide free food and Kleenex 😂😭🤦🏾‍♀️
