You wake up to a thump from beside you. You open your eyes to see Tino standing beside you, a slightly panicked look on his face.

"C'mon (y/n), we have to go" he tells you.

You groggily get out of bed and put your shoes and large coat on. Tino wakes Emil up and he does the same. You both get dragged down the hallway by Tino. You walk out of the back door where the others were waiting.

"What happened to the house?!" A loud voice rings from inside the house.

That's when you realize the situation. The owners of the cabin had returned. Four lights swiftly fly towards you and ends up hiding in tthe inner coat pockets. The six of you begin to run off into the woods, and although it was hard to see because the sun hadn't even started to rise you all kept on going forward in fear of being caught. While walking you were handed some poptarts that had been taken from the house.

"Hello, who's there?!" A voice calls out.

You freeze, looking in the direction of the voice. The older boys pause before deciding to follow the voice. Not a good sounding idea but it didn't see to matter. You eventually come across a fairly large house, kids were running around happily. There was an old lady standing at the gate. When she notices the small group a worried look takes over her face.

"What are you doing out in the cold?" She asks, "come inside".

Cautiously, the older boys walk toward the house, Lukas takes a hold of both Emil and your hands, bringing you along.

Once you're all situated in the kitchen with warm cocoa in your hands the lady begins asking questions.

"Why were you out in the woods all alone?" She asks.

"We ran away" Tino replies.

"Now why would you run away?" She asks.

"The man who kept us was cruel" Lukas answers.

"Well, would you like to stay here?" The woman asks, "I already have a few kids running around".

"Yeah!" Matthias exclaims and Lukas hits him upside the head.

"We would be extremely grateful" Tino smiles.

"Well welcome to the family"

The old lady you now knew as Margaret had given you all some clothes to change into which was much better than your tattered clothing. She had taken the bags you had been hauling around and put them in your rooms. The boys were all sharing a room but you were by yourself. The fairies all his in your room to keep safe from other kids.

"Here you go" Margaret smiles, placing the last plate of food on the table.

In total there were 15 people sitting at the table, you figured that this place was an orphanage.

All of the kids begin digging in, including yourself. You were so hungry after wandering around in the forest all day.

"What's your name?" A boy around your age with dark hair and blue eyes asks.

"I'm (y/n)" you answer.

"I'm Danny" the boy tells you, grinning and shoves another potato in his mouth.

"That's cool" you reply and continue to eat.

After dinner the older kids helped clean up while the younger kids ran off to play. You and Emil sat in the corner of one room.

"Hey (y/n)!" Danny yells, running up to you.

"Hi Danny" you smile.

"Who's this?" Danny asks, pointing at Emil.

"Oh, this is Emil, my brother" you introduce him.

"Oh, hi" Danny grins, "wanna come play with us?".

You and Emil share a glance before you nods, "sure".

Danny leads you to a group of 4 other kids your age.

"This is Sarah" he points to the blonde girl and green eyes.

"Matt" he points at the red head with Hazel eyes.

"Carly" he points to the black haired girl with grey eyes.

"And Jack" he points to the slightly younger boy with blonde hair and dark brown eyes.

"Well I'm (y/n)" you introduce yourself.

"And I'm Emil" Emil replies quietly.

"Let's all be friends!"
