Ash's POV
I look over to see a soldier. Completely surprised that I had been found. He looks at me then smirks. He flys next to me. "Well Kanto was great." He smirks more.

He pulls out a baton and almost swings it at me. Pikachu comes from my bag, and uses Iron Tail, knocking it from his hands.

Greninja stands up, and we jump, followed by the soldier. There's a large lake down below, which is where the soldier went for.

Greninja grabs hold of me and Pikachu as we free fall. As we close into the tree line, I swear I hear the splash.

We about hit the tree line. "Greninja! Slow down!!" I shout. Greninja nods and uses his tongue thing to grab a Branch and slow us down.

We land, and I hear a little scream. I look over to see a frightened blonde haired girl. I look to the lake and see the soldier come out.

Before she can say something, I cover her mouth, and get her to follow me behind a tree.

"Ok...what's going on?" The girl whispers.

"That's what's happening." I whisper to her, pointing towards the soldier. Her eyes widen and I remember seeing her light blue eyes in newspapers before.

The soldier walks by, and eventually his footsteps can no longer be heard. Then I see the girl staring at me.

"And what exactly was that about!!" She yells at me.

"Ok. Hold on!"

She then looks at my eyes and she quickly nods and grabs my shoulder.

"Y-your Prince Ash Ketchum! From Kanto!" She shouts. Then I remember where I remember her from.

"Y-yes that's me. You wouldn't happen to be Princess Serena of the Kalos region would you?"

Serena's POV
Yes! I found help! Now I can get help from the Kanto region! I can't believe Prince Ash just fell from the sky!

"Y-yes that's me!" And then a thought came into my head. Why was he hiding from that soldier? Wait...could they be after him!?

"Princess? Why are you out here? Shouldn't you be at home?" Ash asks.

"Oh...uh... about that." I say softly.

"What happened?!" Ash shouts with worry.

"Well...Vaniville Town was attacked around midnight... I barely made it out."

Ash's eyes widen. No...it couldn't be! No way that Kanto has also been attacked!

"So it's happened here as well..." Ash says quietly.

"What was that?" I ask as I couldn't hear what he said.

"Pallet Town was attacked....I barely managed to escape as well..." my worst nightmare came true. I finally find someone from another region. A Prince at that, but he's also on the run from his home!

Then a newspaper falls. It must've come from where Ash did... it landed in my hand and I saw the worst news I could've seen.

Kalos and Kanto Royal Families arrested for treason! Prince Ash and Princess Serena on the run!

I hand the newspaper over to Ash, who gets completely shocked

"New king says both families will be stopped and the two escapees will be found and executed for running..." Ash says. His eyes kept widening as he reads.

"Bounties for Princess Serena Yvonne and Prince Ash Ketchum continue to sky rocket as the new king grows desperate to find the two traitors." Ash finishes.

"I can't believe people would believe this stuff! Both our families had been there for our people for both our regions!" I shout frustrated.

"I know....I know....Who is this new king anyway! How can he even begin to control both regions!?" Ash yells.

"Ok. I don't know. Maybe because of the amount of soldiers he has."

"What do we do? We can't just attack. We'd get captured and executed."

I think we need to go into exile...." I say sadly.

"There's no other way. I agree. We'll come back when the time is right. However right now, wouldn't be then. The entirety of our regions are now hunting us..." Ash starts.

"Because of such the high bounties on our heads...." I finish

"That's right. The moment some one recognizes us, we will be turned into the authorities."

"Yeah....so I guess....for a while....we can't show our faces anywhere...." I say slowly.

"Yeah. Where to Princess. You know your region." Ash asks.

"There's a small village near here. Just to the other side of that huge lake."

"Now hold on Princess! You just said we can't show our faces anywhere." Ash says.

"Ok, you know what? Stop calling me Princess. Call me Serena, and I know what I'm doing. Besides we need to get supplies before we disappear for a long time."

Ash's POV
She was correct....if we were going into exile...we did need supplies. I still had many question, and I bet Serena did too.

It wasn't my first choice....But Serena was right. For now, we had to go into exile, for who knows how long. Once everything calms down I guess...

As we approach the village, I pull out two brown cloaks. I hand one to Serena. We both put one on, pulling up the hoods, to cover our faces.

We walk into the village and we see wanted posters. I have no clue how the new king for our regions worked so fast.

Both of us have a reward of half a million poke dollars as a reward for turning us in. God....whoever this king is, really wanted us found...

We walk into a little pokemart and buy almost everything. We buy food for us and the Pokémon, we buy potions, and all those kinds of things.

Before we leave... "excuse me. Do I know you two from somewhere?" The shop owner asks.

This causes me and Serena to stop in our tracks. We couldn't have been found out already. It's to soon.

"No way! I'm sorry. I was mistaken you two for someone else. Sorry. Oh have you seen the news of the Royal...."

"Yes we have. Now we really must be going. Thank you." Serena says.

And with that we walk out. We see multiple soldiers marching into the village. Me and Serena turn and take off into the forest.

We hear footsteps behind us but we keep running. Eventually the soldiers give up. They didn't know it was us. However me and Serena kept running to the edge of the Kalos region....

???'s POV
"You Know what Grace! If you don't tell me where your daughter hides than I will hurt your son!" I shout.

"He's stronger than you think! Also, I would never tell you where Serena goes to hide! If you found her then you'd kill her!"

"Now, now. Why would I ever hurt or even kill your traitorous daughter?"

"How dare you! You took over two kingdom and your calling us traitors!?" Calem yells.

"Yes I am! And the worst part is, your people believe me!"

"You won't get away with this!" George Yvonne, or the old King, yelled at me.

"I've had enough of you three! Send them to the dungeons! Let them rot along side the Ketchums!" I yell.

And with that I smirk as my new guards take away the Yvonne royal family.

"My sister will come back!! She will come with Prince Ash to save their family's! Don't underestimate her!!" Calem yells.

"Oh. Prince Calem. Don't worry. I know she'll come back." I say as I start laughing.

The Yvonne's were taken around a corner. It finally happened. After so many long years! I'm king of Kanto and Kalos!

And yes it's true. I know they will come. And I really have a feeling, Princess Serena, had found Prince Ash already.

I knew, until they were found, they would be a threat. However, if they had gone into exile, I'd be able to build my ranks, and build an unstoppable army......
