Jin's POV:
"Oi! Jin!",a very familiar voice called. "What do you want, Adam?", I asked. It was Saturday, and I was reading on Wattpad.(Jin, no!!) I was reading this book called "Us against the world". (NUU!! DA FOURTH WALL JIN!!)
I dont know why, but after a second, I slapped myself. (Srry). It hurt. "JIN?! COME DOWN HERE NOW!!", screamed the very stupid Adam. "OH, MY GODS, WHAT?!?!", I screamed back. I went down to the kitchen, where Adam was currently. He was shaking, but not with fear, but excitement. He was staring at 2 white-wooded boxes. One of the boxes, which had Adam's name in it, was open. In Adam's hand, though, was a ring. It was transperent, but you could still see it. I turned my attention back to the box that had my name on it. My name was neatly written in cursive. I opened the box, carefully loking inside.

There was a chain with a red, yellow, and orange pendant inside. It looked like it had a design of a flame. It was very shiny, and I knew it was special. Also, inside, there was a note. 

"Jin. You open your letter first, 'cause I wanna know what's happening.", Adam said. I was about to ask why he couldn't read his, but he had a worried expression on his face. It bothered me, so I read it out loud. I cleared my throat, and began.

"JIN, YOU HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED AS THE ELEMENT OF FIRE. YOU SHALL GO COMPLETELY NORTH, UNTIL YOU REACH A SMALL HOUSE IN THE WOODS. DO NOT WORRY, ADAM HAS BEEN CHOSEN, TOO. THERE HAS ALREADY BEEN A RECRUIT THAT HAS ACCEPTED THEIR POWERS. HER NAME IS-" I stopped. My eyes widened at the name. "J-Jin? What's wrong?", Adam questioned.

I couldn't wrap my mind around it. Jess?It's impossible. Adam told me that's...his sister. She was with her parents, at the market. Adam was at their house, cleaning and talking with me. There was terrorists there, and Adam's parents were apperantly shot. Police didn't find Jess' body, so they assumed she fled and got shot later on. I have never seen Jess, because that was the first time I'd ever come to Adam's house. I did not know what she looked like. But I knew the name in the letter was Jess'. "Adam", I said, my eyes starting to water. He had search for her for a year, but had no luck. "What, Jin?! What's up with you?!", He asked, panicked. I responded by saying,

Jess is alive...". 

"W-What?! Jin, she-", he said, on the verge of tears,"-SHE DIED!!", He shouted, now sobbing. I felt so bad. I showed him the letter, because it was proof. The letter said,"Jessica Aphmau Phoenix".

Adam's name was Adam Sky Phoenix. He stared at the letter like a ghost. His kind of pale skin turned even PALER. He wiped his tears. 

What he said next filled me with determination. "Jin, let's go find my sister."
