"Why're you so jittery tonight?" Josh laughed as he lied in bed with his arm around his husband. "You were giggling in the middle of sex. Then again that's normal for you..."

"Because Ruby's comin' tomorrow!" Tyler said excitedly. "I haven't seen her in forever!"

"You saw her a couple months ago," Josh replied.

"That means she hasn't been spoiled in a couple months. That's wayyyyyy too long," Tyler answered. "I've missed her soooooo much."

"You're such a sweet uncle to her," Josh said. "She's really lucky to have you."

Tyler smiled. "She's so cute. And so snugglable. And so sweet. And I get to see her tomorrow!!"

"Mhm," Josh hummed, nodding his head.

"I'm gonna go to sleep so I get to see her sooner," Tyler said, kissing his husband's lips. "G'night, Jishwa. Love you."

"Love you more," Josh hummed.

"THERE'S MY PRETTY RURU!" Tyler exclaimed as he opened the door to see his sister holding his two year old niece.

Ruby grinned goofily, drool running down her chin as she reached out for him.

"Hi, Princess!" He smiled widely, taking her into his arms and squeezing her tightly. "I've missed you so much!"

"Thanks so much for taking her," Maddy said. "Will and I haven't had a date night in forever."

"No problem," Tyler hummed with a smile, hugging Ruby tightly as she hugged him back. "We've got a whoooole day planned out. We're gonna go get brunch and then we're gonna go get our nails done, then we're gonna go check up on Uncle JishJish at work, then we're gonna come home and make dinner then go out for dessert and come back and have snuggle time."

"You spoil her rotten," Maddy laughed.

"She's my niece!" Tyler exclaimed. "That's my job."

So Tyler took Ruby to brunch, and while ruby couldn't form sentences just quite yet, she was able to point things out that she observed, such as the flowers on the table and the pink dress a woman had on near them.

Afterwards they headed to the nail salon, Ruby sitting in Tyler's lap so he could keep her still while they painted her little toes and fingers. She was incredibly well behaved, and everyone was quite impressed with her.

They then went to Josh's office to visit him since he left for work before Ruby came over. Everyone in the office said hi to Tyler, as he was frequently up there visiting his husband.

Everyone loved Tyler. He was always so kind and friendly to everyone he met.

He knocked on the door to Josh's office before hearing him say to come in, opening the door and carrying Ruby in with a smile.

"I have someone here to see youuuuuuu," he hummed with a smile.

"RuRu!" Josh exclaimed with a grin, getting up and taking his niece into his arms. "How are you, beautiful??"

Ruby smiled and hugged Josh back, kissing his nose with a goofy grin.

Josh smiled. "What have you two done today?"

"We went to brunch and got our nails done," Tyler hummed with a smile.

"Oh my god, Ty, if we ever have a kid they're going to be the most boujee person to walk the earth," Josh laughed.

"Leave me alone," Tyler pouted.

Josh laughed. "C'mere, baby."

Tyler pouted and went over to his husband, Josh kissing his lips.

"I loooooove you," Josh hummed with a grin.

"I love you more," Tyler mumbled, nuzzling his nose into Josh's neck.

"I lah ooooooo," Ruby hummed, that being her way of saying she loved her uncles.

"Awwwwww, we love you too, RuRu," Josh chuckled.

So ruby and Tyler stayed at Josh's office for a little bit, letting Ruby sit in Josh's lap while he slowly spun around on his chair, the baby giggling happily.

They eventually went home, beginning to make dinner.

Josh came home around 6 and the three had dinner together, Ruby happily sitting in her high chair giggling as Tyler fed her.

After they finished, they went for ice cream, Tyler getting Ruby three flavors because she didn't really know what was going on and he wanted to make sure she would get a flavor she liked.

"You spoil her," Josh laughed, shaking his head. "So, so much."

"She's my lil bean," Tyler replied as he hugged his niece tightly. "Until we have a bean of our own, I get to spoil her."

"I know, baby," Josh said. He knew Tyler wanted to have a kid of his own someday, but with his chaotic Josh's work was at the moment, it wasn't the right time. "We will someday."

The three then headed back to Josh and Tyler's home, Tyler snuggling with Ruby on the couch until she fell asleep.

He laid her down in the guest room, kissing her forehead. "G'night, sweet RuRu. See ya tomorrow. Love you."

He went back to his and Josh's room, crawling into their bed and snuggling up with his husband.

"I can't wait to have our own baby someday," he smiled up at his husband sweetly. "I'm gonna snuggle it so much."

"I know, baby," Josh smiled softly down at his adorable husband. "You're gonna be the best daddy every someday."

Tyler smiled, humming happily.

Josh kissed Tyler's lips softly. "But you know, once we have a baby of our own, we won't be able to have sex as much."

"I know," Tyler pouted. "But we'll get a baby."

"Yes, Ty, that's very true," Josh laughed lightly.

"G'night, Joshie," he hummed with a smile, pulling Josh in for a deep kiss. "Love youuuuu."

"Whoa whoa whoa," Josh laughed. "You cannot kiss me like that then just decide you're gonna go to sleep."

"What?" Tyler giggled innocently.

"That was a TyTy during sex kiss," Josh said. "Not a normal TyTy Goodnight kiss."

Tyler blushed. "Well nothin' is gonna happen sexy-wise tonight because Ruby's here."

Josh pouted. "Not even a bath together??"

"No, Joshie," Tyler said. "Tomorrow night we can."

"You promise?" Josh asked.

"Yes, Joshie, I promise."

Josh smiled to himself and nodded. "Ok. I love you."

"I love you more, honey."

Around 2 in the morning, Josh heard the door open. Tyler was lying in his arms, so he turned his head to see a small figure toddle in.

"Hi, RuRu," he said softly. He turned and picked her up, placing her on his belly. "What's up?"

"Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii," Ruby hummed goofily.

"Hi goofy girl," Josh grinned, tickling her belly.

Ruby giggled and giggled, Josh smiling widely at how adorable she was.

Tyler woke up to the noise.

"Joshie," he mumbled, feeling around for his husband's face until he found it, kissing his lips deeply.

"Hey, baby," Josh laughed. "Ruby's here."

Tyler's eyes shot open, his face turning red. "O-oh... h-hi RuRu."

"Hiiiiiiiiiiiiii," Ruby hummed.

So Ruby snuggled up with Tyler and Josh, falling asleep pretty quickly, Josh and Tyler not far behind.

The next morning, Josh woke up early and made pancakes for everyone, Tyler smiling as he woke up to the smell of blueberries.

He made his way to the kitchen, seeing his husband cooking in nothing but his joggers.

Tyler hummed and went over to Josh, hugging him tightly and looking up at him with the sleepiest smile.

"Hi handsome," he hummed.

"Hi baby," Josh smiled, kissing Tyler's lips. "G'morning."

"G'morning," Tyler mumbled against his lips, giggling as Josh picked him up and set him on the counter, standing between his legs and kissing his lips deeply.

He smiled and rested his arms over Josh's shoulders, Josh's arms wrapping around his waist.

Soon, they were interrupted by the smell of something burning.

"Shit shit shit shit shit," Josh said, pulling back and quickly getting the solid black pancake out of the pan and into the trash.

Tyler giggled, Josh turning and looking at him.

"Oops."

"Come back here, Joshua," Tyler giggled. "I was havin' fun."

Josh grinned, returning to his position. "Where were we, hm?"

"Shut up," Tyler giggled, pulling him close to him and connecting their lips again.

Josh grinned, kissing Tyler back. His hands found Tyler's thighs, beginning to make their way up his legs until they heard tiny feet smacking against the floor.

"Helloooooooo," Ruby hummed with a grin.

"Hi, RuRu," Tyler said, jumping back out of surprise.

Josh pouted, having really been enjoying his time.

"We'll continue tonight, Joshie," Tyler whispered in his ear.

So the boys had breakfast with Ruby, talking with her about cats and flowers, those being her favorite things.

Before long, Maddy was back to pick her up.

Ruby cried, not wanting to leave her uncles.

"Awwww, RuRu," Tyler said, hugging her tight. "We'll see you real soon, okay?"

After they both said goodbye to ruby, they closed the door and Josh picked Tyler up, carrying him upstairs to their bedroom.

"That's the thing about babies," Josh said. "If we had our own, we'd have to stop fantastic mornings like that. Every single day."

Tyler sighed. "I know," he said. "Maybe we should just wait a few more years."

"I couldn't agree more," Josh smiled, kissing his forehead. "But it was fun having Ruby over."

Tyler nodded. "I agree. She can be our baby while we wait for our own."
