"Where have you been?!" Tyler exclaimed as his husband entered their home around 11pm. "I've been worried sick!"

"Getting this," Josh said with a grin, turning to show his husband his fresh tattoo.

It was of Josh, in an astronaut suit, being abducted by an alien spaceship.

Tyler didn't know what to say. It was cool, he guessed, but wasn't Josh going to regret this in a few years?

But, being the good husband he was, he didn't say he didn't like it.

"W-wow!" Tyler said. "It looks really good!"

Josh grinned widely. "Y-you really like it?"

"Y-yeah," Tyler assured him, nodding.

"Okay, good. I wasn't sure about it but now that you like it I like it a lot more."

Tyler just continued to nod, humming quietly. "Did it hurt?"

Josh nodded. "Really bad. I wanted you to come be with me and hold my hand while I was getting it done but you wouldn't answer your phone."

"Oh, baby, I'm sorry," Tyler said, grabbing his phone to see he had 4 missed calls from Josh. "My phone was dead. I would've come in a second if I had known."

"It's okay," Josh hummed with a grin. "This way it was a surprise. And you like it so it's a good surprise."

"Yeah," Tyler said, unable to help but smile. His husband was just so adorably sweet and happy. "I'm just glad you're here and safe. I was getting worried."

Josh grinned, wrapping his strong arms around Tyler and hugging him tightly. "Sorry I scared you."

Tyler smiled, softly kissing Josh's lips. "What really, really scares me is when you ride that skateboard."

"Skateboarding is sick," Josh grinned.

"It makes me so nervous watching you do it!" Tyler exclaimed with a giggle. "Especially because you don't wear a helmet."

"Helmet's make ya look like a goof when you wear them while skating," Josh said. "And I'm no goof."

"Oh, you're definitely a goof," Tyler giggled.

"Nooooo," Josh hummed with a grin.

"Must I remind you that you just got a huge tattoo of an alien spaceship abducting you? And that's gonna be on your body forever?"

"I think it's cool," Josh grinned.

"It's very cool, Joshua," Tyler smiled, kissing him softly. "Just like you."

Josh blushed, pecking Tyler's cheek. "Oh, I brought you something." He headed to his car then returned with a bouquet of roses.

"Awwww," Tyler said, taking them in his arms. "Joshie, thank you."

"Hey guess what," Josh said at 2am that night, poking Tyler repeatedly. "Ty guess what. Hey. Hey Ty guess what."

"What, Joshua?" Tyler groaned sleepily.

"I love you and I'm gonna get you tattooed on me next."

"I love you more than anything but absolutely not."
