Annabeth:
The classes passed peacefully without me bumping into anyone again, to my relief.
I walked into the cafeteria looking for the blonde I met. Unfortunately, as far as i could see, he was nowhere to be found.
I walked in, taking a deep breath and with my head down, as usual, towards the food. Picking up a tray, I was getting into line when a person ran into me, literally.
I fell down. Ouch, my butt!
I looked up to see who it was and boy was I surprised.
Percy:
Why do people always get in my way? I was running towards the window so I could see an airplane. Ugh- Wait!-
What the- ANNABETH?!
"If you're done staring, you could help me up you know." Said the same blonde, who threw me down, picked me up, and threw me down again.
Time for sweet revenge.
I walked away without another glance at her to our usual table.
Leo, who saw me, started waving at me like a madman.
"You do know I can see you, right?" I asked as I sat down. He didn't answer because he was too busy staring at something behind me.
Someone.
I turned around to see... none other than Annabeth.
She was fuming. I could practically see the smoke coming out of her ears. Add two horns and she would look like an angry bull.
"What is wrong with you?" She yelled.
"Me? What is wrong with you?" I asked.
"Don't you have the minimum manners to help a person up who you ran into?"
"No," I answered smugly. "Anyway, that was revenge for that day."
"Oh, really? That was a day ago. I forgot that until you reminded me again. The game is on, Jackson." She said with so much malice, I gulped. But I put on a brave face and smirked.
"The game is on, Chase," I said. She looked as if she was going to stomp her foot like a little girl. I would pay to see that.
"What- Annabeth?!?!" Thalia asked, half-question and half-surprise.
"Surprise," Annabeth said. Even though, Annabeth looked surprised too.
"What are you doing here?" Thalia asked.
"Nothing. Just talked to some trash." She said and smirked at me. She was beautiful. Percy, focus! I shook my head.
"Oh, you mean, this trash?" Thalia asked her and pointed to me. Oh. They were ganging up on me.
"Yep."
"I'm so happy to see you!" Thals said.
"And I missed you," Annabeth said.
Jason sat down and noticed his sister squealing with that girl.
"What is wrong with my sister?" He asked in a whisper.
"Don't ask me, I do not know," Leo said. He smirked at me. "But I think Percy does."
"Well, do you?" Jason asked. I glared at Leo.
"No," I answered.
And in a minute the girls all crowded around Annabeth exchanging squeals, hugs, and personal information as if she was some pop star or something.
Hey. Hot guys sitting right across you. I thought. I mean, what's interesting about a new girl?
Except for the fact that she's hotter than you and that she's so pretty every guy is staring at her. A small voice added in my head. I looked around and sure enough, every other guy in the cafeteria was staring at Annabeth.
I didn't like that, for some reason.
OoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOo
Oooh, the game is on! But what's the game? Read on to find out!
So how was the chapter?
Cool? Okay? Bad?
Tell me in the comments.
