A week has flown by and here's your new chapter.

Percy: 

I coughed very loudly and glared at the guys staring at her as if she was candy. They all looked at my threatening glance and looked away awkwardly. 

Leo and Jason looked at me curiously, I just shrugged and looked back at Annabeth. She was smiling so genuinely, it made me smile. She appeared to be the kind of person who doesn't smile that often. 

Perce. She's a girl you just met. WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU? 

I was starting to question that myself. I sound like a stalker. Ugh. 

But I wanted to be somebody to her. 

Annabeth: 

The girls who came in with Thalia swarmed around me. A girl with long, curly brown hair, hazel eyes that looked like 14-carat gold, and dark skin approached me and introduced herself as Hazel Levesque. The name suited her. 

A girl with warm brown hair and brown eyes said that she was Calypso Atlas. 

What a strange name. But I still smiled and was about to shake her hand when she hugged me. 

"I'm so happy to have a new friend!" She said. 

"Me too," I said. 

Next came a seriously beautiful girl. Her chocolate-brown hair was cut choppy and uneven, with thin strands braided down the sides. She wore no makeup like she was trying not to draw attention to herself, but it didn't work. She was seriously pretty. Her eyes seemed to change color like a kaleidoscope - brown, blue, and green.

"I'm Piper McLean."

"Hi!"

"I feel like we're gonna be great friends." She said and winked. I laughed. 

They all started talking about different things and I happily joined in. I felt very happy and giddy. I had friends! This was so good. 

The boys who were sitting across us were awkwardly trying to engage a conversation with themselves. I think the girls are the main talkers here. Before I could ask who they were, Piper spoke up. 

"Guys, Annabeth's not gonna bite. Let me introduce you to her." She said. 

She pointed at a guy who had curly short brown hair and a mischievous grin. 

"That's-" She started. 

"Leo Flaming Hot Valdez." The guy, Leo, said. 

Piper rolled her eyes at him. 

Next, she pointed at a boy who had a crew cut and looked Chinese. 

"That's Frank."

"Hi." He said timidly. I smiled at him and nodded. 

"And you already know Jason and Percy." She finished. 

They all started chattering as soon as she finished. 

I knew I'd fit in this group well. 

Except with Percy. I glared at him as I caught him staring. Oh, he's going down.
