"Hey, babe," Josh said.

"Hi, honey," Tyler smiled. "Do you need something?"

"Do you wanna have sex tonight?"

"Um... sure?" Tyler said confusedly.

"Cool," Josh said.

"Is there any specific reason...?"

"No," Josh said. "Just I love you."

"I love you too," Tyler giggled. "But we have sex all the time without a call in advance..."

"I know," Josh replied. "I just... i dunno. I wanted an excuse to talk to you, ok?"

"About what?"

"I'm bored at work and wanted to call my husband," Josh admitted. "Please entertain me, husband."

Tyler laughed. "I don't know how to entertain you by just talking on the phone."

"You can come visit me," Josh said hopefully. "And we can make out in my car."

"I'm not making out with you in your car in the parking lot of your office, Joshua," Tyler giggled.

"Please?"

"Nooo, Joshie," Tyler said.

"Will you snuggle with me in my car?"

Tyler thought about it for a minute then giggled. "Oh, what the heck? Sure, Joshua. I'm on my way."

Josh smiled widely. It was rainy outside and a bit cold. Perfect snuggle weather. "I love you so much."

"I love you too," Tyler giggled, gathering a couple blankets. "I'm gonna make us some tea and I'll meet you in about 30 minutes, ok?"

"I can't wait," Josh grinned.

"Me neither. I love you, Joshua."

"I love you more," Josh smiled.

They ended the phone call, both excited to get to see his husband.

Tyler arrived five minutes early, getting into Josh's car and starting it so it would be nice and warm for them to snuggle.

Josh exited the building, smiling as he saw Tyler sitting on the hood.

"Why're you sitting in the rain, baby?" Josh asked with a smile as his husband stood up, wrapping his arm around him swiftly.

"Because I was waiting for you," Tyler giggled, his sentence becoming mumbled as Josh pressed their lips together.

They got in the backseat, getting under the blanket and at first sitting by each other, but pretty soon, Tyler was in Josh's lap, impossibly close to him.

"I love youuu," Tyler hummed with a giggle as Josh nuzzled his nose into his neck.

"I love you more," Josh replied, kissing his neck.

Tyler hugged him tightly. "I think you should leave work early to spend some snuggle time with me at home."

Even though it was Friday and would be together every minute of the weekend, the boys wanted as much snuggle time as possible.

So Josh went inside and grabbed his things before heading home.

They met back at home since they had to drive separately, walking inside with Josh's arm around Tyler as the changed into comfier clothes and got into bed.

They looked out the window at the rain as they spooned in bed, Tyler smiling as he felt so incredibly safe in Josh's arms, their fingers intertwined.

"Life is beautiful," Tyler said.

"It really is, isn't it?" Josh smiled, propping himself up on his elbow so he could see his gorgeous husband better, running his fingers through his hair and kissing his cheek.

Tyler turned on his side so he was facing Josh, pulling him down so he was kissing his lips, both boys smiling widely.

They were just so in love, as usual.

Life was beautiful.
