"Sure," Josh said.

"Of course," Tyler replied.

"I-I um... I-I..."

"What is it, honey?" Tyler asked, taking Ruby's hand in his own.

"I-I..."

"You know you can tell us anything," Josh said, kissing her temple.

"I-I'm bi."

"Oh," Tyler said.

"Oh," Josh said. "I knew that."

"W-What?"

"Yeah," Tyler said. "We've known for a long time."

"H-how?"

"You've always gravitated towards both guys and girls," Josh said.

"S-so you're not m-mad?"

"You do realize we're both guys, right?" Tyler giggled.

"And that we're married," Josh laughed.

"And we're pretty frickin' in love with each other."

"And we have been for years and years and years."

"I-I know, but, y-you're not... y-you're not upset w-with me?"

"Of course not!" Tyler said.

"We love you so so much," Josh said. "And we're so proud of you."

"And we love you so much," Tyler said, kissing her cheek.

Ruby smiled softly. "T-thanks. I-I was so nervous."

"Why, honey?" Tyler asked, gently rubbing her back.

"I thought you'd be disappointed," she shrugged.

"Ruby!" Josh laughed. "We're gay! We're so so so gay! So gay that we're two males who got married! And kiss a lot! We could never be disappointed in you for simply falling in love with a certain gender."

Ruby nodded, sighing softly, so, so relieved that she got it over with.

"We love you, sweetheart," Tyler promised, kissing her cheek. "We couldn't possibly have asked for a better daughter."
