So I guess most of you have been waiting for this form, well here it is and I tried taking an anime style to Steven's design:

Yeah, it may not be good but here are the abilities:

Enhanced Strength, Speed, Agility, Eyesight and Thinking (Ultra Instinct)

Five finger beam: Charges smalls balls of purple energy on finger tips, then fires in small beams.

Energy ball volley: Fires multiple energy balls

Flight

Regeneration

Alteration: Can make illusions and manipulate reality

Pain tolerance

Cloning

Bubble

Energy Blade

Demon Rush

Dead End: Encases individual in a bubble, fires multiple energy balls into the bubble, snapping his finger causes the balls to explode

Divine Spikes (It's like Goku Black's Divine Lasso): Fires purple energy spikes from energy blades, when stabbed into the victims body, taking a special stance they will detonate causing an explosion

Final Laser Light Canon

Ultra Light Canon: Fires a purple energy wave at enemy.
