There are many theories going around for who is the UA traitor. The most prevalent one Is Kaminari. My theory is different. While I do love Kaminari, he is too much of an idiot to be able to hide it, at least when he overuses his quirk.

My theory is that Midoriya is the traitor, but not intentionally.

As my theories earlier state, Midoriya's quirk doctor looks exactly like the one serving All for One. When you get bad news fro the doctor, you don't just go once. You get regular checkups.

If Midoriya went to the doctor after he got his quirk ad got into UA, I can bet he would be so excited that he would tell the doctor, a supposed confidant. With a new quirk, it would make sense for a doctor to want to do checkups, especially if the doctor is working for the enemy of the school you are going to.

The point I am getting to is that the doctor could have bugged Midoriya with something that could gain information on the school. If it uses only voice, that would make sense why the villains did not know everyone's quirks but knew when class 1A would be at the site. If we take this into account as well as them using past data for figuring out where the field trip would be, everything falls into place.
