Tired. That's how Donatello felt at the moment. He was tired of being torture and he's tired of being away from his family. Also from blood loss and the lack of sleep, he was feeling really woozy.
Footbots were dropping like flies as the two teens fought against them. Unfortunately for them, shredder's mutant henchmen have been stalking the siblings from afar and from the top of the building, without being noticed. Once all footbots were destroyed, there was an eerie silence which didn't settle fine for the two teens. Karai and Donatello remained poised, ready for anything to strike. The two teens just listened for any voices or movement. Donatello could hear giggling coming from alleyway to his left. 'Most likely Beebop and Rocksteady.' Donatello thought to himself. "Come out and fight you cowards!" Karai exclaimed, tightening her grib on her tanto. The sound of footsteps was heard from their left. The sound of something robotic was heard from above. They have to act fast if the two are gonna make it out of this situation.
The eerie silence was back and the two teens were back-to-back, or more like back-to-carapace. The thought of running away came into Donatello's mind but if he got caught again his torture would be twice as worse than before and he may never see his family ever again. Not being able to tell his family that he loved them and not being able to see them made him feel terrified. Leaning his head back the genius whispered to his sister, "how fast can you run..?" the question confused the kunoichi. "This is not the time to ask that, Donatello.." Karai responed sternly but quietly, cautiously watching for anyone hidden in the shadows. "I have a plan and it involves you running, so how fast can you run..?" the purple masked teen asked again. "I guess pretty fast, what's your plan anyway..?" as Donatello was about to respond, the sound of scrapping was heard from the right. Which can only be Rahzar or Tigerclaw trying to intimidated them. Donatello calculated on how far the noise was heard from and the number of steps he heard. He figured out that shredder's henchmen were going to ambush them at the same time from different directions. "When I say now, run alright?" Donatello asked. "I would never run from a fight." the kunoichi sternly said. "Just trust me, ok?" with a defeated sight Karai nodded in response.
Within two minutes all hell broke loose when all of shredder's henchmen came out from their hiding spots and dove straight for the teens. "Now!" Donatello exclaimed and Karai took off running, not realising that the genius isn't following. Now that Karai is out of harm's way, Donatello dove out of the way at the last second causing the mutant henchmen to crash into each other. Donatello glanced back seeing Karai disappear into the shadows. "Stay safe Karai." the purple masked terrapin muttered, not noticing a certain tiger creeping up to him with his sword in hand.

Leonardo sheathed his twin katanas into it's hold, waiting for his brothers. Raphael made his way into the dojo, not liking being awoken from a nap. "What do you want, lame-o-nardo?" he grumbled as he rubbed the sleep out of his eyes. "We're going on patrol, maybe we can get some information from the foot about Donnie. Tell Mikey, we leave in five minutes." Raphael nodded and ran to inform his younger brother. 'don't worry Donnie, we'll get you back I promise..' Leonardo thought to himself.

Karai ran as fast as she could not even looking back, assuming Donatello was following her. After about running at least a mile, she skidded to a stop panting lightly. "How you holding up?" the kunoichi asked between we breathes. Not receiving an answer Karai turned around. Donatello was nowhere in sight. Panic started to settle in the teen as she started to run back to the abandoned church. Suddenly, Karai was body slammed into a brick wall. The team grunted and fell to the ground. "Where do you think you're going, little cub?" Tigerclaw asked pointing his sword to Karai. "Where's Donatello?" the teen asked holding her shoulder. The question made the tiger smirk. "What did you do to him?!" that's when Karai noticed fresh blood on the mutant assassin's sword. "He never stood a chance, I am twice his size and three times his strength." the kunoichi tried to stand up but was kicked back down knocking the wind of her. Tigerclaw lifted his sword ready to strike. "Any last words, girl?" Karai was unresponsive for a moment. Then she finally spoke up, "Yeah, see you in hell." the mutant tiger growled and swung his sword down to Karai.

A/n: well here it is sorry for the long wait it's been a depressing week with the program Every 15 minutes and witnessing a reactment was sad. If you don't know what the program is it's about drink driving and the consequences of drunk driving. Well have a lovely day my lovelies! 💕
