Pilots:
must be female
must be bossy
has to have a little bit of flirt
has to be rude

MOI Medics
Can be any gender
Must be sweet and soft hearted

Field Medics
Medics that work out in the field
Generally rude
Fairly bossy
Only listen to a few freelancers
