Dear Connor,

    You're totally fine for not writing, I wasn't sure what we were doing either, so I'm glad that you made the move to write, since I do enjoy it.

    And you don't have to keep addressing the letters that way.

    I'm also glad that we talked on the phone, since I think it resolved a bit of our issues and a bit of what was troubling us for the past few months. Getting everything out in the open is always a good thing. I hope you had a nice conversation with Dan afterwards.

    I had a blast with Jen and Riley, and they definitely were sad that they didn't get to see you this time around. Also, I got first chair in the NYCSO! I know that we already texted about it, but writing it down makes it so much more real. Of course now I have to worry about Amy Summa stabbing me in my sleep, but I think I'll be okay for the time being.

    And the username switch really isn't that big of a deal. My pun of a username felt more like it belonged in high school or even college, but I'm not in either of those places anymore. I'm in the real world, living as an adult, and I wanted to be able to have more of an adult name online. It was just personal preference, nothing to do with anyone else.

    I can't wait to see you at the engagement party. Hope to hear from you soon!
