Percy finishing /Jason's Pov

Percy

As the vines wrapped around us, everyone basically had different reactions; Piper and Annabeth yelped, Hazel's eyes grew to the size of pancakes, Frank tripped, Leo set on fire, and Jason and my own knees buckled again. As Jason and I were dragged into bowing positions, I forced myself to flatten to my stomach in order to not break my back I saw Jason struggling to follow my example and tugged him by his arms to the ground.

"Thanks man" Jason winced

"No problem" I replied "didn't want to give Gaea the pleasure of either of us bowing at her feet"

Jason grimaced "agreed"

"This is extremely fun, when I was forced awake this morning, I said, you know what, I-" Leo started before two synchronized screams interrupted him.

It took me a second to realize I was one of the people who screamed, and Jason was the other. I then realized that my vines now had very, very, very, pointy thorns digging into my skin.

"I feel sooooo much better now" I said through gritted teeth

"Me too" Jason said through gritted teeth as well.

"Jason, if-" Piper began sounding worried, but was cut short by an evil and cold laugh. My thorns tightened and I moaned.

"Yes thank you I can really feel it now" I yelled

"Stop. Talking. And. Yelling. If you. Don't want to be killed!" Hazel advised witch surprised me.

"Sorry Hazel, I'm just a tad freaked out right now." I apologized wincing.

Just then my thorns tightens again and sharpened I resisted the urge to scream bloody murder.

"Oh thanks," I whined " I was starting to actually feel my circulation and gods forbid breath but thank you!"

To tell you the truth, the last thing I wanted to do was me another ancient all powerfully deity mad at me but maybe, if I was annoying enough, ( I know I'm talented like that) and got her angry enough at me (also extremely easy for me to make gods hats me) she'd leave my friends alone and I'd absorb the suffering.

So far so good, kind of.

"Gaea" Piper scowled

"I presume your over for some tea and cookies right?" Annabeth asked sarcastically.

"Of course I am" laughed the mysterious voice (Gaea)

"Gaea let us go!" Yelled Frank

"Calm down, yelling will only get you the thorny vines" Percy groaned "oh and since I already have them, GAEA LET US GO! WHAT DO YOU WANT!" I yelled pain surprisingly evident in his voice as he squirmed and yelped in his vines.

"Seaweed brain listen to your own advice" Annabeth said

"Not helping" I grumbled

"You're going to kill yourself at this rate!" Jason exclaimed.

"I know" I practically moaned

Jason:

I decided to stop talking to him so he didn't end up crying or screaming in pain. Just then Gaea appeared out of nowhere and started laughing.

"Oh the great Percy Jackson, and Jason Grace, why won't you bow like good little boys?" Gaea asked us sweetly.

I heard Percy groan next to me and reply

"I'm soooo sorry my Ladyship" he said sarcastically

" I really really would totally do that" he says rolling his eyes " but I appear to be caught in some really thorny vines and can't get out to the point of where it hurts to breath." he angrily replied

Gaea just grinned and snapped her fingers making Percy and I gasp out in pain....
