  Calypso POV

I couldn't stop the screams from escaping my mouth. I wasn't even sure what was going on anymore. I was only aware of pain, and lots of it. My vision was blurry and blacking around the edges as the pain threatened to pull me under. All the sudden the world flashed white and blue. The wet white and blue liquid..... water, that's right, water. Stay with me brain. Anyways the water encased me, but for some reason I wasn't scared. Maybe I was going crazy but, I could breathe. Weird. Helpful, but weird. All the sudden the water somehow lifts me up, off the table, breaking the straps. I hear a watery scream of protest from my torturer and can't resistant the painful smile that my face conformed to. I stopped moving suddenly, and was lowered to the ground, shakily, but gently. Suddenly I feel good as new, almost. I still feel ridiculously tired but, the pain has reduced dramatically, to almost a dull throb. Then the water melted away and I came in contact with the ground. I lift my arms slowly and examine my hands, gasping out loud as I find them mostly fine.  It still hurt  but all the long cuts were scabbing over and scans had disappeared into scars or faded altogether. I tried to sit up but as I did a force gently pushed me back down a familiar voice , but a hoarse one said
"Stay down. Your not completely healed yet."

Yes, even though it was strikingly familiar, I was unable to discern whether it was a good recognition or a bad one. I struggled in the familiar hands grasp, getting nowhere. So, I resorted scratching. I clawed at the hands holding me. I felt my fingers scratch over a burn mark and instantly felt bad. The person made a yelping noise and then a sort of scream with their mouth closed.

"Really Callie? Really?" The voice said in pain.  Then the voices body, or more it's face came into view.  I gasped, again. Dark raven hair, scattered messily about his head. Tan skin, littered with  it's and bruises, destroyed by marks, burns and blood. Face soaked in sweat, water, and blood. Hair dripping. But the most obvious feature, the deep sea green  eyes. But some how different then I remembered. They had lost their usual sparkle. Also they had been clouded over in pain. His trouble maker, playful attitude replaced by full scale pain and worry. All in all still recognizable.

"Percy" I breathed. He offered me a small painful smile and said " that's my name." In a weary sort of tone, but joking all the same.

"What are you doing here?" I ask wincing. He frowns "actually, I don't really know....I was captured about a month ago."

Frowning I nod slightly "me to"

His mouth formed a thin line and his eyebrows knit together. He looked about the room, the thin line pulling down into a frown. He took one last glance around before saying " okay, let's go"

With that, he scoops me up bridal style and begins to rush to the door. As he runs me through the door, I see his eyes flare in pain with every step. His footfalls are heavy, making water splash up from the puddles that littered the muddy cavern. I feel weak, but out lean into him, attempting to comfort him in any way. Even if moral support was all I had to offer, it was support. I felt my eyes start to droop as we made our mad dash/escape into the creepy cave. The darkness finally gave away to light as we flung ourselves out of the cave. I scrunched my eyes shut as the bright light assaulted it. I felt Percy come to a halt as well, as if adjusting to the light also. When the world was no longer bathed in bright white but more of a dull yellow, I carefully peeled my eyes back open. I was looking up at percy's face.

All I could see was his expression.

A mix of shock, surprise, astonishment, and horror.

So he was happily surprised, then horrified. Oh no. I look up myself. I front of me is the Roman country side. Beautiful. Easily recognised. The horror made sense immediately, as I spotted a small trio of monsters, a drakon. It's scales simmered in the afternoon light. A hell hound, it's tail wagging, and finally a hydra. It's four heads hissing and glaring right at me. ohhhhhhhh man, were we in trouble. He looked down at me in determination, which masked his obvious fear and exhaustion. I nodded. Smiling weakly, he carefully set me down. I swayed a bit o my feet, but I noticed I was mostly healed.

Physically.

The mental part? That may never heal.

With that comforting thought I drew my small bronze dagger and Percy drew his sword. Sharing small shaky smiles , we charged towards the monsters. I could only hope we made it out alive.

Pipers POV

When I finally came back to, i was floating in the dark. No, scratch that, it appeared as though I was jetting through space. Complete blackness with the occasional star whizzing by. I resisted the urge to scream. Here i was, all alone, in the middle of nowhere. I swallowed this thought and put on my brave face. I called out to the empty space,

"Who are you? Where have you taken me?!!"

A soft chuckle bounces in the air surrounding me. It filed the air with its eerie, ominous, tone, and dotted my body in goosebumps. The voice, deep, sweet, and definitely male replied,

"Ah, dear dove, I am ouranos, and this is my territory." Just like that I stopped floating and began to plummet. My head screamed at Mr to think, but my mind was running Blank. I gasped when reaLized that this was it. I pinched my eyelids firm together and waited.

For I was about to fall from the center of the universe. And the sky refused to save me.
